Ashley
He’s everything I HATE in a man! He’s arrogant, he’s shallow, he’s rude… why, he’s a living, breathing, walking male chauvinist jerk. That annoying misogynist actually turns up at my office and brazenly proceeds to insult my dress sense, and tell me he finds me unattractive, then proceeds to ask me to marry him!
I smile sweetly and tell him to go to hell.
But then I have a change of … then I have a change of heart. Is it because he has piercing blue eyes, jet-black silky hair that a woman can grab onto when things get hot, and is basically a hunk that must be washed down twice a day with a woman’s tongue.
No, no, none of that. I’m immune to such obvious charms. I don’t like men who think they can order me around just because they’re rich, and successful, and gorgeous.
But I do need a little money, actually a whole lot of it so…
Sensibly, we agree to a marriage in name only, and only for as long as it takes for him to get what he wants.
After all, we both hate each other’s guts.
Until the incident in his study happens. Unexpected, that was. We both acknowledge it was a mistake and promise not to do it again.
Until it happens again.
And again.
Oh dear, how was I to know chauvinist jerks can grow on you. So fast it makes your head spin.

I enjoyed the story of Finn and Ashley because it was a enemies to lovers story with two really good people that really weren’t the type to make enemies.
Ashley has a generous soul and passion for her work with homeless young people. Finn is equally passionate about working hard to keep the company his grandfather built. He just has to marry Ashley to get it.
It is a fun book because try as they might, they simply cannot resist one another. They give in to their weakness then punish themselves by avoiding each other afterwards. The fake wedding is on the horizon and each has yet to communicate to the other how they feel.
If you are looking for a steamy, light hearted quick read, read NO BOSS OF MINE.
When Finn’s grandfather dies he learns that there’s something in the will that he must do in order to inherit. He has worked hard for the company and he wants it more than he cares about the money so he agrees to do what his grandfather laid out for him. To marry a woman he doesn’t even know. However there’s just one thing Ashley doesn’t know about this clause in the will either. Ashley has left her high powered job behind with the fake friends. She is now working to help those in need which upsets her family and has caused a rift. So when Finn shows up she laughs In his face. Yet after she thinks his offer over she goes to him and agrees. Soon his mother takes over the wedding planning and when Ashley needs a place to stay Finn lets her move in with him. Sparks start to fly between them even though they both said they weren’t attracted to each other. When Finn learns something about the will he is afraid to mention it to Ashely so he keeps it to himself. Will his secret break them up? Can they have something real with how they began?
This is an amazing story that once I started it I couldn’t put it down. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This is one of the better “fake fiancee” stories I have read in a long time. Could they be more different? The characters of Ashley and Finn are great examples of how to write good, remarkable characters. There is some thought provoking comments about how the world in general views the homeless and their biases toward each other’s chosen lifestyle. The amount of time spent with their inner discussions, dialogue and sex is well balanced. Of course, they get their happily ever after, but it is an interesting journey.
Finn and Ashley had instant hate when they met but they needed to get married. As they got to know each other they started to become more friendly and the chemistry started. Can they be together for real with so many secrets. Great characters and storyline highly recommended. Great book
I received this ARC from Bad Boy Update. This is the ultimate enemies to engaged romance! Finn has run his grandfather’s company for years, but now according to his will he must marry Ashley or lose control of the company. He hasn’t seen Ashley for years, but he’s willing to do what ever it takes to keep the company. She is his exact opposite and despises him on site. I love their banter, bickering and the chemistry they can’t deny! Great story!
What a fun read! From laugh out moments to intense heat level this newest release was so unexpected. I loved Ashley’s character she was sassy, fun and brings the chemistry to a whole new level when she decide to say I do with Finn. Finn was sweet which I wasn’t expecting since I found his character stuffy and so opposite of Ashley. But the author brings them together so perfectly that you can’t help but cheer for their HEA. Definitely recommend from an author who knows the R in romance and doesn’t disappoint.
Contractually binding
This story was amazing Finn’s grandfather dies and leaves a marriage clause in his will for Finn, stating if he doesn’t marry Ashley that he will not inherit the shares needed to take over the company fully. Finn only had a few days to fulfil this clause but decides he’s going to take his grandfather up on the challenge. However, when he meets Ashley it’s not going to be as easy as he thought
A wonderful story that I absolutely loved and would recommend to others as it shows that everyone needs a second chance, even when you don’t think that they do
