The prince is in prison for a murder he didn’t commit—or did he?
With all the intrigue at Spring Court, I don’t know who to trust anymore. Even my own sister is keeping secrets from me. The closer we get to Drake, the more dangerous it is for both of us. Not only because of the swirling rumors of murder but also for our traitorous hearts.
We were never supposed to fall for the prince.
As more … prince.
As more girls are eliminated, tensions rise within the palace and beyond. The lesser Fae are out for blood, and it’s not just Drake’s they’re calling for. When an attack on the castle proves deadly, an unexpected secret about our past is revealed that could change everything.
Between sorting out family secrets, dodging Fae mean girls, and trying to keep our hearts intact, the next few weeks of the competition are going to be brutal.
But we have to survive because now there’s more at stake than just a ticket home.
One of us could win the prince’s heart…

I really enjoyed listening to the audiobook for this story. The story really captured my attention and held it throughout! I had trouble turning it off because I had to know what happened next.
The “battle” to win Royally Hitched really kicked up a notch. And, the battles in and out of the palace continued to rise. The level of unrest amongst the “lower fae” was rising.
There was a lot more action in the book. There were fight scenes between the prince , the guards and others. There was some fighting between the contestants both during filming and outside of filming, and there were more assassination attempts.
This book keep giving us more and more. Friendships are becoming stronger. The chance for love is there. But, there are lies, deceptions, challenges and more that face Drake, Bella and Tempst. I loved how the story line grew in depth involving these characters and others.
The epic turn of events at the end of the book…..wow! I totally didn’t see that coming. I can’t wait for book 3.
As the competition heats up, attractions become stronger and to complicate things even further, fated mate marks appear. Once again, duty rears it’s ugly face and stands in the way of following your heart. This book truly runs the gauntlet of emotions and this author manages to keep me in the dark like a ninja on a mission. Why do secrets have to be so destructive? This is the second book of this series and I am drawn deeper and deeper. Tempest and Arabella have both fallen for Drake who is in prison for murder. He continues with the show after his release, but decides to choose for himself. On top of all of the back stabbing at Court, the rebels attack the palace and the twins are taken, someone tries to kill Drake again and gets Tempe instead. While recovering Drake, Bella and Tempe get one heck of a surprise. The twins may be more than they were told and Drake discovers the twins dear old dad is Garrix. I’m not fond of cliff hangers but I will force myself to be patient. I loved that this book had cameos of most of the Sup Slayer Squad at one point or another. I requested an advanced reader copy and am under no obligation to leave this review.
Royally Hitched: The Fae Twins (The Dark Fae Series Book 2) picks up soon after the events of book one, and things aren’t looking good for Drake. With the finger pointed in his direction he’s got to do whatever he can to uncover the true culprit before life, as he knows it is over. And if that wasn’t enough to deal with, he still has the show to contend with, while the lesser fae are rising up, conspiracies are coming to light, and his heart is being more and more torn between Tempest and Arabella.
I absolutely loved this book, possibly even more than the first. It was fast-paced with a few jaw-dropping twists that kept me reading well into the night. And that ending…ah! I can’t wait to see how things will resolve, so all I can say is bring on book three!
I received and ARC of this book. My review and opinions are my own and voluntarily given.
WOW this is another fantabulous room the Hitched world! From the very beginning I found myself once again lost in this incredible world as we carry on from where book one left off! Swoon worthy romance, action, danger, fab characters and a love triangle, the twists just keep on coming and that ending!!!! OMG I really need book 3 please!
Oh my gosh, what a simmering story book! Love the series, you never know what is going to happen. Like paint, the speckles are all over. The show was filming about the Winter Prince, Drake picking a wife from several fae that attended. Turmoil abound, death attempts, accidents and lots of action. Great storytelling, good book!
I love this series it pulled me in right from the first page, and is definitely a real page Turner. There’s twists and turns I didn’t see coming. And the world building along with the characters building is fantastic. Reading it I could see in my mind’s eye the epic scenes and how they would play out. I definitely recommend.

Royally Hitched: The Fae Twins (Book 2) by G.K. DeRosa is a fast paced romantic fantasy. It has colorful characters and suspense. The story continues from where The Fae Prince left off, which was a cliffhanger, folks! Both sisters are in a game to win the Prince’s heart, but the game turns deadly. Things only get harder when both sisters inadvertently fall for the prince, but will this get in the way of their loyalty to each other? And, is the Prince guilty of any of the murders that he’s said to have committed? The sisters are facing intrigue, mean girls, and broken hearts.
I received an ARC. This is my honest and voluntary review.
Wow emotions run high throughout the story and in my home. I laughed almost cried and got mad and angry. This is great and am hoping the next is just as entertaining and exciting to read.
