Ford never wanted to be a Daddy. So how did he end up with not one, but two boys who need one…?
Master Ford loves his life. He’s respected in his club, has his choice of boys to play with, and is happy staying single.
When the club owner asks him to take in two abused boys, Ford reluctantly agrees. But when one doesn’t even talk, and the other is a bundle of hostility, Ford wonders if he’s in … wonders if he’s in over his head.
It takes a long time to win their trust, as the abuse they suffered is worse than Ford could’ve imagined. But when he discovers that Thierry is a little and that Jathan needs a firm Daddy, Ford questions if he can be what both his boys need. And where do his own needs fit into this?
Slow Hand is the fourth book in the Perfect Hands series. It can be read as a standalone but may be more fun if you’ve read the previous books. It’s a 108k word slow burn MMM romance with two hurting boys, a man who discovers new sides to himself, and one very happy end. It features daddy care including age play.

This is hands down (lol) my favorite of Nora’s books. I love hurt/comfort, and I was expecting to get all the feels with Thierry, but she took a different direction with Jathan and I loved him even more by the end. If you love a good Daddy romance this will be on your top shelf. Don’t miss it!
Oh boy how I loved this book, I loved every single thing about it from beginning to end. It was a long book but it didn’t feel long at all, it was such a complete story that left me entirely satisfied. This book was everything I was hoping for and more. Jathan and Thierry were both so damaged, both so deeply scarred and hurt and both trying to recover from a truly horrible ordeal. Enter Ford, oh how I loved Ford. He took these 2 traumatized boys in and cared for them, helped them heal and helped them learn to love again, both themselves and each other. Their recovery was not immediate and it was not easy. Ms. Phoenix took her time healing these men and it was done perfectly. There were no instant fixes, no simple solutions. They had to learn to communicate with each other, they had to learn to trust again, they had to figure out what they needed to feel whole…that journey was phenomenal. It wasnt rushed, it wasn’t forced…it was earned through trial and error, constant communications and self introspection.
We also get to see a lot of Rhys and Cornell and even some of Brandon and Raf in this book and it was fantastic! I loved how Ford leaned on his support network of friends to ensure he was doing right by these boys. I loved how all his friends were there for Thierry and Jathan as well. It was wonderful to see them all again.
Watching these 3 men find their path together was such a joy. When they finally let their guards down enough to trust each other, the payoff was supremely satisfying. The dialogue in this book was so very well done. They discussed a lot, they respected and cared for each other, they were always checking in to make sure they were all ok, it was superb! This book was a masterclass in writing, it was exceptional from start to finish and left me feeling so completely satisfied and happy!
This was the sweet and sexy story of Master Ford and the two abused young men he took in. Thierry and Jathan were each so different, but they were each exactly what Ford never knew he needed. I loved watching the young subs come out of their shells as Master Ford provided them unconditional care and acceptance, that eventually began to turn into love. These three were each well written and had very distinct personalities and desires. I was thrilled that none of them was a “typical” dominant or submissive. They felt very real to me. There were some tough moments and tears in this story, but overall it was optimistic, sexy, and satisfying. I enjoyed seeing all the ways these three men made each other’s lives better. Ford’s never-ending patience, Thierry’s devotion, and Jathan’s need wrapped in attitude, all combined to create a wonderful love story. I loved it!
I love stories where the confirmed bachelor finds his other. And two others makes it twice as nice. But the emotional start to their story is heartbreaking. Made worse by the thought that things like this are happening in the real world. They overcome so many issues as they move forward. And the twist and turns add to the story line and add some fun along the way. It is wonderful when love helps sets your priorities. I listen to the audio version and it was well done. I was never confused as to who was speaking or taken out of the story.
Such a wonderful read! I thoroughly enjoyed watching the dynamics play out in this MMM story – lots of patience, sass and gentle loving brings this story to life. A beautiful addition to the ‘Hands’ series!
Another wonderful book in this series. Loved seeing how the relationship between Ford and his boys Jathen and Thierry grows and changes as love and trust builds between them. I had tears and laughter as I read this.
Oh how Nora has done it to me again. A beautiful book with warm, fully fleshed characters. Thierry and Jathan are just so endearing , that you want to make the world a better place for them. As for Ford his strength and wisdom show through. It’s great to see characters like Raf, Brandon, Rhys and Cornell offer their insights and support too. It’s a beautiful ending to a truly superb series.
This book for me was beautifully moving. Ford and the community coming to the aid of subs in need. The dynamic between Ford, Thierry and Jathan was so well written you will fall in love with this story. I encourage you if you have not given yourself the pleasure of this author to do so and evev though this book brings us other characters from previous stories this works and a stand alone! But really go read everything I am again!
