A madman is trying to kill off mother earth.
Earth Elemental Gia has been poisoned, and the only man who can heal her is the scion of the most evil witch family in history, Salvador. If she fails to trust him—or if putting her trust in him fails her—Mother Earth will die.
After a madman ingratiated himself to the Water Elementals, only to later betray them, Gia’s trust is shaken. But the same … shaken. But the same misogynist man who infected her with poison threatens to infect Mother Earth as well—an act that could change life on earth irrevocably…or end it forever.
A dangerous journey to the Mother is only half the battle. The real challenge comes in the form of what Gia must agree to once she arrives: wipe out the human race she’s spent her whole life protecting…or wipe out the supernatural race she belongs to herself.

This book brings a conclusion to the series, while also leaving it open for more to come. I personally hope there is more to come. Especially after all the little surprises at the end, I can definitely see this going on and bringing lots of the same action and storytelling that I enjoyed throughout this series. This book belongs to Gia and Salvador, but everyone plays a part and the interactions, dialogue and character development was well done. I would definitely recommend reading this book, but suggest starting at the beginning. Otherwise you really might feel like you are missing something, and that would be because you are.

Killing an Elemental is not easy, let alone finding Mother Earth. That learned the enemy while using different and paranormal means to carry out his crime. Gia was the oldest of the Elementals and the one who best understood what was happening, or so she thought because, she did not understand how Salvador fit into her life. But as they say out there, united we will win, and the witch showed her that he was for her and she for him. Action, suspense, adventure, some funny scenes, an evil man who was half crazy, a fierce battle with an intense suspense and surprises that suggest a new generation with more intriguing situations. I liked the character of Salvador, level-headed, smart and self-confidence. Gia was cautious, not for nothing was she the one who had lived the longest and experienced the most losses. A good story with an intriguing plot development, Diana, Logan and Serin had interesting situations that added to the suspense and most of all it left me avid for more.
Speechless. Absolutely, utterly, and completely speechless. No part of this story was anything like I was expecting, particularly the outcomes. The action. The drama. The angst. They pulled me through the book. I could not flip pages fast enough to learn what came next. But, I was a little disappointed in the chemistry between Gia and Salvador. I loved their snarky banter. Adored every single jab and comeback. It kept me snickering through most of the book. I just wasn’t feeling the romance between them. And, I’m dying over that ending. The book answers most of the questions brought up during the course of the series, but it also poses a bunch of new ones. Ones I would kill to get my hands on the answers to. It probably goes without saying I need to know what the author’s bringing us next.

abilities of Gia, being an earth elemental, very interesting. Would have liked more interaction with her fated mate
3.5 Stars
I really like this author. Well, I like her other pen name. So I decided to chance this one because I’ve recently started branching out into paranormal romance. I didn’t pay attention to it being the last book of this series. Whoops! I liked it, but felt I had missed out. She writes well and I liked the characters. I am trying to decide if I want to back track, or just move on with the next series.

Fun magical adventure! I’d recommend reading the previous books to get the full impact of this story. This one features all 4 of the Elementals as they try to find the bad guy. It’s great getting to read more from each of the Elementals and their mates.
This story starts with Gia, the Earth Elemental, poisoned. The other Elementals have brought her to witch, Salvador, in hopes of healing her. Fun adventures in Hell and deadly mazes add to the problems for Gia and Salvador. Also, the bad guy is out to poison the head honcho, Mother, so all the Elementals and their mates set out in search of clues and such for his whereabouts to stop him before that happens. Danger is afoot!
Loved Gia’s powers! Some super cool stuff! Traveling underground, metal manipulation, and sucking people into the ground to name just a few. Gia kicks butt! The connection between Gia and Salvador was nice, but Salvador is a bit too soft for my liking, but he’s a nice guy. Didn’t quite feel the romance with them; more like companions. Luckily, the unique ideas for this series and the magical adventures the characters find themselves in make for an entertaining read.
It seems like there may be some spin offs, so I hope we get to see more of the Elementals, and what in the heck those dragon shifters got going on. And of course, those wolf shifters! Looking forward to checking those stories out. This has been a totally fun and interesting series! Enjoyed it!
Dang it the last of the elemental’s story is here and while we should be jumping for joy at reading the Gia’s story unfortunately that isn’t the case, well not totally. The hard part about this review is I truly enjoyed the story and couldn’t turn the pages fast enough (I do love this author and her style), however. . . yeah there is a but. Yup I admit it I looked at another review before posting this to know if I was the only one torn. While I did laugh and enjoyed the back and forth between the characters there is so much going on with out clear and finished details from the other books that kind of got left and forgotten.
The characters Gia and Sal, well even though I enjoy a clean read there is very little mentioned prior to them becoming mates about more than a heated gaze. We still don’t get the full info on Gia or mush on Sal so it’s really hard to be invested in their story. After reading the other stories this felt more like an introduction to a new series than the resolution of a series.
Don’t get me wrong it’s not a bad story just not what i expect not only from this author but also from the series. With that being said keep in mind this is the opinion of me and me alone. It also isn’t something that will stop me from grabbing the next book this author puts out. Also it wont stop you from laughing and enjoying a good action filled read. I just needed and expected more which could be the reason for my disappointment.
