I promised her that I’d live my best life once I was free. It was that promise that led me to Voyeur–to Daniel. What better place to conquer my fear of intimacy than a club that allows you to watch? Who better to help me than the owner himself? On night one, my past comes roaring back, urging me to run like I always had before. This time I ran into his arms. With my fear still clinging to my …
With my fear still clinging to my skin, he brushed it away and made his own promise.
“I’ll teach you.”
His promise turns to friendship. A friendship turns to passion.
We didn’t know what to do with that passion— between the not-so-broken girl and the man who promised to never love again.
Daniel and I started because of a promise, and I hoped that we wouldn’t end because of one too.
Teacher is Daniel and Hanna’s steamy, tension-filled, friends-to-lovers standalone romance. The last book in the bestselling Voyeur series.

LOVED this one, this whole series is really great but I especially enjoyed this book! Daniel and Hanna are both sorting through some past issues, neither looking for anything other than physical pleasure and release. What they find in each other is more than that. Kindred spirits they share a sense of humor, a sense of adventure, and a quiet acceptance and understanding. They aren’t exactly the same, more like they fit together, each fill in the cracks of the others heart in a beautiful way. And I mean, whats not to love about Daniel? Hot, dirty talking club owner with a heart of gold? Sign me up! Daniel and Hanna were on fire together for sure but I can say this book is so perfectly well rounded, I can’t even say it was my favorite part. Just a really great book, perfect beach or pool read!

This is only my third book by Fiona Cole and I truly enjoyed it. I loved Voyeur, so when I saw this book was a part of that series I just knew I wanted to read it.
I went into this book based off the title….Teacher….thinking it was going to be a teacher/student forbidden romance, well I guess I should’ve read the blurb before hand, because that isn’t what this is about. Now that’s not a bad thing, just unexpected for me. And there actually was a teacher/student theme here just in a different sense. That will make more sense when you read the book.
I will say that this story covered some really serious subjects and I will warn readers that there could be some triggers in this story. I thought this book was very well written. It tackles these two tough subject with tact and grace. Nothing is overtly graphic but nothing was glorified or romanticized in this story either.
I thought the flow of the storyline worked well but I thought the pace of the story was a little slow for my liking. I thought some of the wording or filler could’ve been cut out to make the story move just a bit quicker. But this didn’t take away my enjoyment of the story.
I also loved both Daniel and Hanna. Hanna went thru something so horrific that my heart broke for her so many times. But she was also resilient and strong. She came out of that tragedy stronger and willing to fight for the life she wanted. Daniel also had something tragic happen in his past and that has led him to putting up walls and not trusting himself to love or be loved. I loved how these two overcame their fears and worked on things together.
Teacher is the last book in this series and can be read as a complete standalone. Fiona does a great job filling in the holes if you read these books out of order….like I did. I never felt lost or that anything from the other books were spoiled.
If you are a fan of Fiona Cole’s books I would recommend reading this latest novel. Just know that your heart and emotions will be put through the wringer at times.
This is Hanna’s long awaited, long anticipated story. And boy, oh boy, did Ms. Cole do it justice
It is intense, heartbreaking, gut-wrenching … especially the flashbacks.
But it’s also romantic, heartwarming, beautiful … amazing.
The intensity is on such a high level that I had to stop reading over and over again to take a deep breath and calm down. It spoke to my heart and soul, shattered me and put me back together with every new revelation and every new accomplishment of the two characters.
Daniel is the person you would want to have at your side, the understanding friend and insightful, compassionate, empathetic and sensitive lover. But he comes with his own package that incapacitates him to open up to Hanna …
I LOVED this sensual and beautiful, soul-shattering, heart-breaking and so very emotional story. And I loved the way Ms. Cole addressed the topics and how she carefully and sensitively intertwined them with the plot.
This book is the icing on the cake of this wonderful series.
Wow! This book….. I thought that the hotness level was off the freaking charts! And how can you NOT love Hanna and totally want her to get her HEA? It was so great to see her start to grow into herself. She has been someone that I have thought a lot about in this series and I was just WAITING for Fiona to finally give us her story! It was totally worth waiting for! There is a ton of foreplay in this book and I am all for that! I thought (given Hanna’s history) that I would cry during this book…. I almost made it through….. and then Fiona just HAD to pull out the big guns and the waterworks started! It is very difficult to read through tears! This book took me all over the place! And it is a great lesson in owning your feelings. No matter what your feelings are, they are ok. Love this story! Absolutely in my top reads for the year!
I would give this book more than 5 stars if I could. Fiona Cole never disappoints but this book is up there with some of my favorites of hers and in general too!!
I loved it!! It has it all: angst, great characters, difficult subject matters, heat 5+, witty banter, tears, a beautiful hea, great writing, etc.
I couldn’t get enough!! Wow! Loved it!
I absolutely adore Fiona Cole’s Voyuer world. Teacher is like the end of an era, but oh what an ending it is. This book is steamy af, but it also deals with a lot of deeper issues and I adore the way Cole can weave a story that is both meaningful and sexy. And DANIEL *swoons*
My very favorite kind of story is one where both the hero and heroine are afraid of love, yet despite their very real fears, they fall hard anyway. Daniel is the perfect hero. He’s patient and kind and he puts Hanna’s needs over his own. Hanna is a survivor, and watching her truly come into her own was amazing.
Cole nailed it with Teacher. It’s the perfect end to a brilliant series
„Eventually, there comes a moment- or a person- that helps you want to be more.”
Please, hand me a fan to cool off and a tissue to wipe my eyes. Dear heavens, this book is simply magnificent! I couldn’t wait for Daniel and Hanna’s story, because Voyeur is one of my favorite series ever. I was eagerly waiting for the last man standing to find his match, but I didn’t expect it to be ME to be the one who will fall to my knees. Fiona Cole blew my mind completely!
Daniel instantly stole my heart. He’s so caring and patient. And full of surprises! I loved how he managed to push Hanna out of her comfort zone and yet still treat her with tenderness. He’s everything a girl could wish for, but unfortunately his past still casts a shadow on him and therefore it seems impossible for him to build an intimate relationship with a woman. This man is completely swoon-worthy and sexy AF.
Hanna is a survivor in every sense of the word. This girl is so strong and brave, and reading about everything she went through brought me to tears. I loved her determination to face her fears and the courage she showed asking for help. Hanna seems quiet and timid, but she can also show sass. Watching her coming out of her shell and gaining confidence was simply wonderful.
These two were just perfect together. Incredibly sensual and passionate. I love that they were friends first, so the trust they shared made the progress in their relantionship believable. They both are struggling with their own traumas, and they help each other heal. And this emotional aspect was just as wonderful as their intimate moments.
This story is moving and steamy as hell. Fiona beautifully handled delicate topics and masterfully interlaced them with passionate scenes. This book is filled with emotions, hotness and angst. And although I want to cry that this is the end of the Voyeur series, I must admit that Fiona ended it with fireworks. Teacher is simply outstanding!
Oh…my…God!!! Teacher was AMAZING!!! Hanna and Daniel are hot hot hot! This story was so emotional and very true to the unfortunate things that have happened in this world. I literally could not put this down! Finished in less than a day! Fiona has slayed it again!!!!
