JOSEPH
Coming out of the jungle after almost twenty years, I’m not grappling with my faith as I reconsider my future in the priesthood, it’s a different sort of calling. Something I don’t even know yet, until I meet her.
I’m not grappling with my faith, but I’m sure as hell gonna be grappling with my Grace. In the horizontal position, if I’ve got anything to do with it.
Her dad Carl is my best … it.
Her dad Carl is my best friend, we grew up together and he’s saved my ass so many times it hurts to think I’m breaking his heart by loving his daughter, but that fresh calling I got? The one that drew me from the jungle, it all makes sense as soon as I see her, and I know, right there and then that she’s my woman and I have to make a family of my own with her. Starting right now.
GRACE
What’s wrong with me?
It feels like something in me is going to burst, all from staring at a man?
A real man though, that’s the only way to describe Joseph Parker. A priest, maybe. But he’s a real man, right here in my dad’s dining room.
I’ve never even kissed a boy before, let alone touched myself. Nor have I ever thought of, let alone done half of the things I’m suddenly thinking as soon as his hand touches mine.
Is this just a stupid crush? I don’t think so, and from the looks of things in the front of Joseph’s pants, plus those smoldering dark eyes he’s giving me, he feels exactly the same way I do.
It’s instant jungle love and I’m hooked. If only I knew the best way forward to make him my first, my only. And without hurting my dad.

Another steamy insta love romance by Flora Ferrari who once again brings strong characters and an entertaining read. Sparks fly when Joseph returns from a missionary trip and sees Grace, his best friends daughter. She’s not at all what he remembers. The pages sizzle and you can feel the fire and steam between them. I loved the story line and especially loved the epilogues. It’s well written, moves quickly and smoothly and I would recommend reading.

I had a great time with this older/younger couple who have an instant connection. The characters are well developed and engaging and the storyline has a great and easy flow. Which calling will he follow the spiritual or the physical.

This was a great read. The characters were remarkable. Love at first sight. The storyline was spot on. The ending was sweet.

I loved the characters in this book, including Carl!
Joseph is the sexist hot alpha of this story. He has been doing missionary work for the past 2 decades, but now realises that he craves something “more”.
He decides to visit his best friend Carl & sort out what he wants to do next in his life – little did he know that Carl’s Daughter Grace would be exactly that!
I wholeheartedly recommend this book to everyone – It’s a truly superb read not to be missed!
Well done Flora. I look forward to more & soon!
The author has given us characters that we can care about. Joseph, a missionary, returns from Guatemala and is planning to stay with his best friend, Carl, for a while. However, once he sees Carl’s daughter, all bets are off. Joe immediately wants Grace and she wants him. What are they to do about Carl?
