HarmonySixteen months ago, I had a drunken one-night stand. Now I have a seven-month-old daughter. Her father doesn’t know she exists. He’s not the kind of guy who would ever step up to the plate. But I have a problem. My overbearing parents see me as an unfit mother. When I discover they plan on taking my baby away, only one person can help me.Ford. I hope he can forgive me for keeping our baby a … me.
Ford.
I hope he can forgive me for keeping our baby a secret.
Ford
I wouldn’t say I’m a commitment-phobe.
I just don’t to do long term.
But when Harmony Mitchell shows up holding a baby who’s unmistakably mine, my mindset changes.
Too bad the sexy hotel heiress sees me as a loser and a deadbeat dad.
I’ll do whatever it takes to prove her wrong.
Even if that means turning what was supposed to be one-night into forever.
Ford’s book is part 3 in the Broadaxe Security Series. It can be read as a standalone or as part of the series. If you enjoy alpha males who don’t take life too seriously, heroines who can laugh at themselves, and steamy short romance stories that will make you smile, then you’ll love Ford and Harmony’s journey to finding love.
No cliffhangers. No cheating. One very happy ever after.

Easy and quick read

A quick and easy read. Medium heat level. The angst was a bit farfetched and I would have liked to experience the growth of the relationship and not just been told about it, but I did like the couple. Resolution felt too easy and more could have been done with the ending.
I did like the bit of humor the h expressed at inopportune moments. I have not read other books by this author, so I am not sure if this was a specific character trait or the author’s personality shining through.

This was an awesome read that I thoroughly had a great time reading this one. The chemistry is undeniable from the beginning to the end. The characters are well well written and the storyline flows smoothly.

Thanks to the publisher for an ARC to read and give my honest opinion. This is a short romance involving what happens when a one night stand goes completely left field.
“It’s me,” Ford whispered.
“I was expecting Bradley Cooper,” I whispered back, “but I guess you’ll do.”
This was a fun short romance where two people are forced together by babies but still manage to find love and connection. It’s enjoyable, but short and sweet.
What did I like? Ford and Harmony definitely have chemistry since they managed to get pregnant by a one night relationship. Harmony though goes to Ford because her parents are threatening to take the baby.
Would I recommend or buy? If your into the series, then this is a recommend. Or short stories based on romance. It’s just a straight forward novella that involves babies and drama.
Thoughts for the author? Congratulations on your new release, I gave it four stars but I think it would be best read along with the series.

An amazing fast pace and exciting book three in the Broadaxe Security series! A second chance romance with a story line that is well-developed, emotionally deep, funny, engaging, well written, and steamy with some family drama and ups and downs. Likeable characters; their chemistry is off the charts! Definitely recommended!

This book got me hooked from the beginning Harmony is a sweet human being struggling to be a mom away from her parents. She goes to Ford when it is clear her parents want something from her. An arrangement that turns into love and finding a family.

FORD is the third book in Cora York’s Broadaxe Security series and was absolutely worth the wait. As much as I have loved this entire series, Ford is definitely my favourite, sexy bad boy so far.
After a hot and heavy night of passion following his partner’s wedding; Ford (the love em` and leave em` playboy) and Harmony (the bitter, narcissistic, one-night stand only girl) part company never expecting to cross paths again. And all would have gone to plan if Harmony hadn’t been left with more than just memories after they set the sheets on fire.
Faced with the fear of losing the most precious gift she has ever received, Harmony is forced to seek Ford’s help and reveal the secret she has guarded since their last encounter, 16 months earlier. When Harmony arrives at his office, Ford is instantly reminded why he has never been able to erase this fiery woman from his mind and the longing that has lasted for over a year. But the insta-love he experiences, isn’t for the opinionated and stubborn woman standing before him; it’s the precious bundle that she holds in her arms that captivates and steals his heart.
There is so much I can say about this story, but to keep it simple; Ford is adorable! So, if you only allow yourself one random read this year, make sure to one click Ford. A short story with a wealth of family drama, sizzling attraction and a man who discovers a love for someone he was never destined to know. Nothing is as heart-warming as a man besotted by his adorable baby.
Ford is quick and hot! I love this author’s books because they are perfect to read in one sitting. Harmony and Ford have a one-night stand and they go on with their lives. At least that’s what we think. Her parents will force them to meet again and join forces to become the perfect family.
I like that we get updates from previous couples, but Ford can be read as a standalone. It’s told in dual points of view, so you know what our couple is thinking. Love this story so much!
