At last, Book 7 of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers! Like the other 6 western historical romance novels, this book is a keeper too. Great series!
A cowboy romance with much more.
Benjamin and Georgina have been friends for quite a while now but he hasn’t realized that Georgina feels much, much more than friendship for him. And she’s finally made up her mind that it’s time for her to move on with her life and away from her hometown of Bullet. But when Benjamin learns of her plans, it really throws him for a loop. He doesn’t want Georgina to leave but he isn’t sure what to about it.
It’s an emotional story about two friends who discover that they care for each other more than they ever realized but they don’t know how to express their feelings.
This is the final book in the Seven Brides For Seven Brothers and should be read in the order it was written and there is a storyline throughout the series that finally gets resolved in this one.

Benjamin doesn’t think he has enough go offer Georgina, but he learns more about himself and about the woman he loves. This is the seventh book in this great series.
The last to get it together.
I have always felt for Georgina it did not take much to figure out that she cares for Ben and I can understand that after a while it would be too hard to live close to him. So with an offer to purchase her business, she decides to leave Bullet. Now like all good romances the fates have other ideas. The trouble is that fate has a way of putting danger in the path of the characters. For such a quick read there is a great deal going on, bad guys, a cowboy who cannot get it together, a friend who decides to take matters into his own hands, and a group of brothers that deal with a problem in a very realistic way. I think that is what I liked the most the action taken was very true to the old west ways. I have enjoyed this series and this was a great addition to it. If you have not picked up the series do yourself a favor you will be glad you did. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
Brother #7, Benjamin, finally finds his match. Georgina has been his best friend, confidant, and supporter, albeit abundantly taken for granted. When she realizes that her longing for more isn’t being reciprocated, she determines to move on with her life – literally as well as figuratively. Despite loving Ben and his family, she makes plans to sell her cafe and move to Washington. By the time Ben figures out she’s the one for him, complications abound and he’s going to have to fight for her. This was a lovely conclusion to this series and I very much enjoyed it. Good End of Series
I have read each book in this series, and I have enjoyed each to varying degrees. I did like this one, though I am sad to see the series go as the author managed to create a delightful cast of characters that I don’t quite want to part with yet! (Ms. Lawless… consider giving Percy a book! He deserves an HEA.)
This installment is all about Ben and Georgina. I liked that it was about two characters already living in Bullet. She has carried a torch for him for a while, but he has no clue… and he doesn’t think he is capable of loving anyone. The two have been friends; in fact, Ben relies on her as a confidant and just assumes they will be friends forever. But Georgina is tired of being taken for granted and decides to strike out on her own, selling her cafe and heading to work as a cook in a logging camp in Washington.
Like all the books in this series, I not only loved the couple’s story, but I also liked the interaction of the Mason brothers (and the Mason wives as well). The book did a good job of wrapping some storylines that have been a part of the series since the beginning. The author even managed to throw in a twist or two. An excellent book in an excellent series. Highly recommended, but you should start at the beginning so you can understand the large cast of characters as it builds as well as the complex society of good and bad guys in Bullet.
I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.
What a wonderful way to end the Seven Brides for Seven Brothers series. Friends to Lovers and a long slow burn to their HEA. Kathleen Lawless has done it again.
Might there be a spin off?????
Benjamin is the last single brother. He and Georgina, who owns the cafe, have been friends for a while. She’s leaving Bullet, though, because she loves him, she feels that he takes their friendship for granted. He thinks he’d like more with her, but he’s shy and awkward, and sending mixed messages. Maybe if he has a little competition… This is a great book – so glad to see the last brother find a bride. Along this journey, we learn the fate of Guy Hawkes (who went escaped from the sheriff in the last book), watch the ladies figure out what to do with a newly acquired property, and watch Benjamin and Georgina fall in love.

Ben and Georgiana are friends, but she’s wanted to be more for a while and he can’t see it, so she plans to sell her cafe and move away from the heartache. Seeing another man interested in her makes Ben see the light, but he’s killed several men and went to prison, so doesn’t think he’s worthy of her love. I loved that Ben and Georgiana were friends first before they become romantically involved. She was a tough independent woman and he tended to be a loaner as a gunslinger. This story wasn’t as action packed as the others, but there were still people held at gunpoint and some suspenseful moments. It was nice to catch up with the brothers and their families. I hope Percy sticks around for a while and finds his own happiness.
Book #7 in this series brings best friends Ben and Georgina with their story. They have been best friends but now Georgina wants more than just friendship she wants a life and family with Ben but he does not feel the same way so she decides to sell her cafe and move to Seattle but at the last minute her plans fall through. When Ben thinks she is moving he realizes that he has lost his chance with her and also thinks he is not good enough for her. With the help of his brother and sister-in-laws he knows he has to express his feelings better but now Marshall Phillips is also courting her. Will Ben and Georgina be able to find their happy ever after with each other?
ONE REFRESHING THRILL RIDE!!!
Exciting! Kathleen dropped the bomb and blew me away with this astonishing approach, bestowing one magnificent storyline and arresting plot, blasting this little treasure wide open in all its glory, welding it together sleek, shiny and tight. A raging vortex of fervent events and surprising circumstances, catapulting those churning emotions into play front and center. Toss in drama, secrets, turmoil, distress, danger, mounting suspense and nerve racking situations along with a boatload of chaos while dodging calamity, you have one block busting adventure. Exhilaration rocks this jewel, bringing it home with such intensity and precision, riding roughshod and imparting one block busting piece of perfection, thrusting this gem to life brilliantly. Navigating the trials and tribulations, noting the thrilling twists and wicked turns, testing our characters in ways they could have never envisioned. Anarchy, escapades and havoc run amuck, kicking this bad boy into a raging tempest, blasting it into a tailspin with a mind-blowing culmination. The characters are complex and authentic with depth and traits that blend and flow, transforming into genuine approachable personalities. The scenes are strikingly sharp with abundant details and depictions creating a colorful backdrop that makes the storyline pop. Remarkable job Kathleen, thanks for sharing this little treasure with us.
Book seven in the Seven Brides for Seven Brothers series and I think it is the last book in the series. But I think we need Percy to get a happy ending, and maybe show if Brody becomes Mayor and Ben the Sheriff, we need one more story. Now my opinion has been aired, I will say that this was my favorite of the series to date. Benjamin has to tell Georgina how he feels. There is so much happening in this book the ladies doing what they are making come to life. The villains that are being found, and the surprise near the end that the brothers had to hear about. I recommend this book if you have been following this series you will not want to miss this book. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Georgina has spent many years as Ben’s confidante, his support, and his best friend. But if friendship is all that he is willing to offer after all this time, she feels it is time for her to move on and make a new life for herself in another part of the country. She loves Ben, but she puts her plan into action to sell her cafe and move to Washington. Ben finally figures out that he can’t stand the thought of being without her and decides to make his move. But this is not going to be as easy as he thought as danger and chaos throws roadblocks in the way! He really is going to have to fight for her or lose her forever!
This was an enjoyable book with likable characters and a cute story line. I’m glad to see Ben finally had to work for what he wants rather than take it for granted that Georgina is automatically his! Does he get the girl in the end? Grab your copy and enjoy a well-written book!
This book is not the best I have read. It wasn’t the worst either. The story wasn’t original and the characters were flat and I felt no empathy for either of them though I wanted to like them. This is book seven in a series but it wasn’t necessary to have read the previous stories. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad read but there are so many more out there that are better.
I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
