I was born with a sickness that can’t be cured, and I’ve been getting better at slowly getting worseI’m no longer single, no longer all alone.I have a family now. They’re not afraid of what I am.They nurture my sickness, cultivate and help me control it.For a short time, things were close to perfect. Now, someone wants to ruin us.They want to take them away.I’ll fix everything they dare to try and … take them away.
I’ll fix everything they dare to try and break.
I’ll make them perfect in the throes of decay.
This is a companion to Depravity.

What a fantastic story as we are taken back to The Dahlia and the Andreu family and their psycho ways. This time around it’s Declan, Ethan and Helena this threesome is one you never want to come across. I’m afraid no spoilers found here just a recommendation that if you’ve been follow this family and their eccentric ways you won’t want to miss this one.
I can not get enough of the Andreou”s . Love reading Declan, Ethan and Helena story. And they are still as dark and twisted as I love about them. Like I said can’t get enough of them I’m so looking forward to the next one of the Andreou”s to tell their story.

WARNING: This is a dark dark read and isn’t for the faint hearted.
This has elements of dark and macabre elements and understanding it’s fiction, I was ok with that.
What I liked most about the series, is how the author humanised the abnormal traits behaviour of the main female characters.
Morgana was a cutter and a schizophrenic,
Katie-Kat, I don’t know what label is applied to her, but she had deep seated dark tendencies,
Helena has alexithymia, an inability to express emotion and empathy. She is my favourite.
The men in their lives, Julian, Mason, Declan are from the Andreou family, and Ethan. Their family business is streaming snuff. Torture. For the most part, these guys are sane, just slightly off kilter. The women they fall for are “perfect in their imperfections”.
Bennet handled the tragic start of these girls lives and evolved them into strong women who eventually embraced themselves and learned to love their uniqueness. No one more so than Helena. In book 5 we get to see how much she has grown. Speaking to Declan, she says …
“Because of you, I know I can be strange and different, and someone will love me no matter what.”
Declan’s reply …
“You don’t need to be anyone other than who you are right now. You’ve always made sick look beautiful”
That says it all. I really enjoyed reading the series.
This was a terrific addition to the Dahlia series. Helena had me on the edge my seat the entire time as I waited to see what she would do next.
This book had no shortage of dark depravity and yet, when Declan, Ethan, and Helena interacted, there was a softness there that truly showcased their feelings for one another. It was quite brilliantly woven together. I really enjoyed it and am already eagerly anticipating the next book in this series.
The Dahlia Saga is easily one of my favorite series written by Natalie. It’s dark, mind spinning, super hot and so brutally descriptive. The characters are always one step darker then you expect. You just never what what to expect to take place at the Chateau. This lastest installment you get a more in-depth story of Declan and Ethan. You learn a bit more about just how crazy Declan and his family are or rather, why they are this way.
Going into this one, Helena’s character really grew on me. She completely fits in with the activities at The Chateau and WOW!!!, those moments with Ethan and Declan. Like totally melt your pages right off your screen hot and leaving you phanting for more kinda hot. What can I say other then Helena is not what she appears and is a very new level of dark and twisted. I think she can easily five Declan and Ethan a run for their money and always keeps them on their toes.
The Dahlia Saga is not stand alones, so do yourself a favor and start from the Twisted beginning of how it all started with Book One. This book, along with the others, are quick, mind blowing dark reads. They’re absolutely fantastic!!!
This book is from the Dahlia series and follows Helena, Declan and Ethan in their depraved and unconventional relationship. I love this series and this book did not disappoint. I love reading about these 3 and the dynamic between them. Love, love, love!
Iniquity is HAF it’s the 5th Installment in the Dahlia series, the relationship between Helena, Declan and Ethan continues and hell it will make soak your panties.
They are all dark and twisted and you can’t help love them all.
Once again Natalie has delivered a fantastic read.
With Iniquity, we are back at the chateau alongside Helena and her lovers Declan and Ethan.
Helena who is still adorably different as well as mad as a box of frogs but is now also much more practised in deciphering and owning her own emotions.
She still does struggle with the whole empathy and emotional side of things but she is definitely evolving and growing in all things.
Also, Declan and Ethan both have there own worries that they are keeping close to there chest and Helena is also keeping secrets.
This is M/M/F the second book in this trio’s story and you do need to read that one first.
In fact, I would suggest starting at the beginning here just to get the whole experience.
This was as usual hot as hades and as you can imagine completely psychotic, gruesome and as morally reprehensible as its predecessors and I inhaled the whole disturbing saga like air.
I adore this series but please be aware that it is also totally messed-up and doesn’t hold back at all.
I enjoyed Iniquity and it gets a torturous thumbs-up from moi.
I voluntary reviewed a copy of Iniquity (Dahlia Saga Book 5).

Ahh my heart screams for these characters. This series is what made me love natalie bennett as in author. And this is the one series i recommend most to any dark romance reader. This book follows Duncan, Ethan and Helena again and I find my self loving them more than anyone in the series at the moment. Helena reminds me of myself. The darkness, and wickedness of this series and book will make you want more. Read it, kill for it. Bathe in your victims blood while turning each pages because its that good.
” We’re all a little sick. And there’s nothing anyone can do to change that.”
This is the book I have been waiting for since Depravity. Depravity was my favorite book of last year. I loved everything about that story. The dynamic between Helena, Declan, and Ethan was everything. When I finished that book, I was so hoping that there would be a continuation of their story. I just couldn’t get enough of those characters. When I found out there was going to be, I may have gotten a little too excited.
This series contains the stories of the Andreous and their Chateau Dahlia. And in case you couldn’t tell, I am beyond obsessed with this family.
“The Andreous had malice swimming through their veins. They were unashamedly obscene, flat out depraved. But no matter how malevolent they tended to be you’d never find a family more genuinely loyal and devoted to one another.”
Even though I love each of the stories in this series, scenes and books with this depraved triad are by far my favorite. I wasn’t sure where this story was going to go after Depravity. I was hoping it wouldn’t be overly angsty and jump the shark and thank fuck, it wasn’t and didn’t. This story is basically detailing how the throuple have settled into their everyday life with one another.
Declan’s and Ethan’s love for Helena is everything and their love for each other…*le sigh*
They had found a way to incorporate Helena’s need to “fix” things into their shows. And don’t think I didn’t bookmark the part after that one show in the book. Who would have thought seeing your SO covered in blood would turn you on so? Declan obviously.
I don’t know what that says about me that I enjoyed that scene a bit too much but so not sorry. And that isn’t the only hot as fuck scene in this book. I was not disappointed in that area at all.
There was a bit of drama but eh, nothing of much note. And honestly, I didn’t give a shit. I could just read a full novel about them just living day by day. That’s how much I love these three. I do have to point out there were a few anomalies in the story (Helena’s hair color change? and a few grammatical errors) but I can look past those. The epilogue left a little to be desired though. As always, I wanted more. It seemed a bit rushed and left me with some questions.
Hopefully, in further stories, I can catch a glimpse into how their story continues.
Warning: This is NOT a standalone and you’ll need to read Depravity in order to understand the story. Heck, read the whole Dahlia saga to truly enjoy the experience. But thread with caution because it is not for the faint of heart.
Phew, now to the review
I devoured this book. Inhaled it because I needed it much more than air. Helena Declan and Ethan, with their unique personalities, problems, secrets and connection to eachother creates a dark romantic tableau that you can’t help but watch play out. And the Queen of Darkness, Ms Bennett as their puppeteer, you know it can’t be anything but good. Now I am dying to know how it will all play out in the next one!
Well this was definitely a dark and delicious treat ! I loved being back at Chateau Dahlia with Declan , Ethan and Helena and the depraved fucked up shit this family gets into ! Declan is my man I LOVE his possessive dominant nature and he really is the dominant in this threesome and he has tattoos he is just yummy , and Ethan is the more calming almost peacekeeper and the clean cut looks can be deceiving though ladies , and Helena she is just learning how to live in the world and she has absolutely know emotions or there just foreign to her . I really like this threesome and I think each of them compliments the other nicely. This story definitely satisfied my little black heart , but it is not for the faint at heart ! So if you like your reads dark , twisted and a little bloody than this is definitely the book for you , I know I sure do !
*** I voluntarily reviewed an advanced complimentary copy of this book ***
You must read Depravity before you read this baby.
4.5 Hearts of 5
This book is so freaking good! It is dark twisted and everything you would expect from the Dahlia Saga.
It pains me that this could me by last time to see Helena, Declan, and Ethan! I adore these sick twisted creatures. These three are perfectly twisted and made for each other.
In this book, Helena started to become the little monster that Declan and Ethan knew she would be once she felt comfortable. Declan and Ethan let their little flower blossom and boy did she. She knew what she wanted and went for it.
I cannot say much more without giving away some of the plots perfectly sprinkled throughout this book. This book is filled with tons of twists. I will say I am salivating for the next book. Can I have it now, please?!
Also, another book with these three would make my little twisted heart flutter.
One-Click people.
***4 Stars***
Helena, Declan and Ethan (Depravity) are my favs from the Dahlia Saga, so it was fun to see where they are at and how they’re settling into their relationship. Without giving any more away than what is in the blurb ~ They are good and yet they still have things that they need to work out and a few of them come to the forefront here, but things got dealt with accordingly.
This book also gives us a little intro to the next book in the series ~ which, even without the tease, I am totally down for because I’ve been dying to see how this particular situation would get dealt with after first meeting the characters involved many moons ago.
Note: This is not a stand-alone. Starting at the beginning of the series is the most ideal, but if that isn’t an option, then reading Depravity first is an absolute must!

Iniquity is the 5 in the Dahlia series by Natalie Bennett and if you have read anything by her you know how well versed she is at mixing sex, erotica, love, violence, humor and death together in a beautiful dark way. When I first started this saga I wasn’t sure if I could even finish the first book because it was so very dark but I was so happy I did. This story is the continuation of Depravity and I absolutely love the beautifully sweet dark innocence of Helena. Especially when you add in the hot sexuality of Declan and Ethan who are hot as all get out Alpha men who can’t help their hands, lips and bodies off each other. Helena has wanted to be a part of a family her entire life and likes to “fix things” but some people can’t appreciate true love and will do everything and anything to screw everyone they know. Now that Helena has two men who can’t live without her and she can’t live without them and her precious Hannibal what is Helena to do that’s the question. The biggest mistake people keep making is that they believe Helena is dumb but that’s the furthest from the truth. Don’t underestimate the quiet ones. What would you do if a Demon tried to tear your family apart? Sometimes it’s hard to tell a human from a true Demon but every once in a while the mask will slip and you get to see their true form. But if you’ve read the series it’s never smart to cross the Andreou’s but to do it over and over again blatantly will have you as a permanent resident of a Dahlia Red Room. This book does have some great moments of levity just like Depravity did some parts still make me laugh when I remember them. If you’re not faint of heart and can handle blood, death, torture, sex, love and humor please give the Dahlia Saga a read.
” The Andreous had malice swimming through their veins. They were unashamedly obscene, flat out depraved. But no matter how malevolent they tended to be you’d never find a family more genuinely loyal and devoted to one another.”
I’m obsessed with the Dahlia Saga… this series is dark, twisted & unapologetic and I cannot get enough of it. Seriously, every book in this series keeps getting better and better for me and Iniquity was no exception! From beginning to end Declan, Ethan & Helena held me captive as we go on this continued journey with them.. These three are keeping secrets from one another.. each trying to protect the others. Their relationship is evolving and it’s interesting to see how they deal with those growing pains all while navigating through more secrets, new additions & responsibilities to their family and each other. So deliciously dark and SO GOOD! And now… well as per usual I have more questions than answers as to what will come next… I’ll be anxiously awaiting book six
Iniquity (Dahlia Saga #5) by Natalie Bennett. This story is about Helena, Declan and Ethan. You can read this book alone if you so choose but I would at least read Depravity which is the introduction of these characters and how they became a couple. I wish I had reread it just for a refresher on how Helena joined the guys. Definitely MMF with a dark, sick and twisted lifestyle. The family business is not one many have but it is lucrative and exclusive. Some people have come to town to speak with Helena in order to get to the family. What they dont know about is Helena’s special illness. Loved seeing the gang again. Always get a kick out of reading how the author describes the family business and the sex is always kinky. The story didn’t feel complete to me. I was left with so many questions. I can only hope I can get my questions answered in the next book. Definitely looking forward to it and will be reading it just as soon as I can get me hands on it. 3.5 stars for me.
The Andreous are back. Helena wants to protect her new found family (Declan & Ethan). She doesn’t feel like other people but that is why Declan & Ethan love her. This book has it all. Romance (not really lol), adventure (always with Helena), and mystery. I really like this book but of course I love Natalie Bennett’s writing. Than k you Ms. Bennett!!
Received ARC from Author for Honest Review.
I Give this Book a 4(?)/5 Star Rating, Even though I might think it’s a 3.5/5 for Helena, Ethan & Declan actually being center stage.
HEA(?): Yes
But its the ending epilogue that is a Cliffy for Luca’s book DEBAUCHERY, I really anticipate that cause ‘universe wise,’ there is a cliffhanger.
Dark: 3.5-4/5
Romance: 3.5-4/5
Heat: 5/5
Drama: 5/5
Suspense: 5/5
Ok… so when you close the book and ‘look’ back at what you’ve read, I feel like it was mainly for ‘bonus sex scenes in a way’ and the main story felt out of focus and this was way too fast of a read and feels very very unfinished.
Side characters seemed almost too important and sadly this book didn’t feel like it should’ve been Helena’s, the plot to me dimmed down the strength of their relationship that was apparent in the first book.
To me she felt kinda discarded in a way, POV wise and in the book she’s is so pale she looked like an apparition. Ironically that’s what she seemed like to me, until she became important in specific areas.
Drama was pushed into their relationship yet was easily resolved.
Ethan seemed like a completely different character than their first book, as well as Declan who seemed completely different as well but mainly in the first half.
This IS A good Book and a very important one, I sincerely hope they get another book. Would LOVE a Third Book with Helena, Declan & Ethan!
