A light and a bit silly reading. Characters are really cliché. You can feel the storyline coming from a mile away.

Suspense: 2.5/5
This was a fast paced read and rather on the short side, it is a palate cleanser between heavy reads. Though I must say the pacing might’ve dulled the believability between Hayden & Summer.
I feel like the growth & persona change for Summer was a bit too fast for me, the transition was to quick so it felt like there was 2 Summer’s rather than 1.
I didn’t get the ranch life feel like I was expecting, it wasn’t up front, it’s more like a blurry/non focused background on ranch life.
I do look forward to reading Elli’s Book & Shane’s Book!
OMG. I absolutely devoured and loved this book but let’s start with the begin of the story. It kinda reminds me of King Thrushbeard (by brothers Grimm) not really about to marry someone but for the spoiled one to be teached a lesson, just in a modern time.
First when I started I was like WTH is wrong with this spoiled brat. Yes, I am talking about the main heroine Summer. But the more you get nto the story those layers of “not living in the real world” fall away and she quite blossoms from shallow brat only made for partying to one real hard worker. From the very first moment Hayden is smitten by her beauty and has all kinds of reactions to her. But she becomes his cleaning lady and he needs to stay away of her.
The attraction is undeniable so they kinda get into explosively smoking hot and temporary arrangement until her departure. Although without even knowing they slowly fall in love with one another.
But the arrangement is just temporary and Summer needs to go back home and he doesn’t want to keep her away from her family and friends.
How will Summer decide? Will Hayden hold her selfishly back just for himself?
Find out for yourself. I loved every second of this book and can’t wait for the next book about one of Hayden’s buddies…the hot vet Clay.
Love both of these authors so it’s no surprise I loved this book.
This is a gorgeous read.
Sweet, sexy and heartwarming.
Hayden is just perfect in every way and Summer is so sweet
They made the perfect couple
Also loved the secondary characters and cannot wait to see who is up next.
Must read
I enjoyed this small town romance where opposites attract. They attracted hard. The chemistry between our main guy and gal was off the charts. Their story was woven under the stars, between city and country.

Even though I’ve read both of these authors before, I didn’t know what to expect from “Wild Heart”. I was pretty sure that I was going to enjoy it but was completely caught of guards by all the feelings it invoked in me.
I love me a country man and Hayden is the epitome of one – his every trait from the perfect gentleman, the right amount of rough around the edges and the hotness overload. It’s all there.
Every single character in this story draws you in; they are worthy of their own book and I’m totaly down with that idea. I want to know everything there is to know about Papa Saywer, get a sneak peek of Hank and Verlyne’s relationship, witness Ellie’s new life in Heartsville and get to know all of Hayden’s friends – up-close and personal.
Summer’s journey was a pleasure to watch unfold and it left me wanting to move to a small town and leave the rest behind. Maybe I’d find my own Hayden, who knows?
“Wild Heart” is a beautiful, sweet, sexy, heartwarming love story of two people who fight against it because they assume it’s the right thing to do, since Summer’s stay is suposed to be temporary… right?
This could only end in heartache, no?
You will find yourself cheering for Summer on her new adventures and smiling like a goof at the interactions between her and all the other characters: Papa Sawyer definitely has a special place in my heart.
I’m dying to return to Heartsville and read the next books in this series.
She’s city, he’s country.
She’s spoiled, lazy and a little bit lost.
He’s complicated, hardworking and a smidge gun shy.
Summer is an Irish princess, living off of her trust fund, shopping and partying, the extent of her commitments. Having disappointed her parents one time to many, she is sent to America to live on her uncle’s ranch.
Hayden is a rancher. Tasked with an enormous amount of responsibility , he dedicates his time to his work. Women come and go and for now all he wants is for things to stay the same.
Summer and Hayden are polar opposites but when they’re thrown together their chemistry is off the charts and even though they try, resistance is futile. Their happily ever after, is not easy but it is sexy and sweet.
TBR and enjoy. (I read an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.)
Entertaining, enjoyable, funny and hot Insta love story. Summer is a spoiled rich girl who after being told one too many times to stop partying and get a job is shipped from Ireland to her Granpa’s brothers farm in Texas and has a job as a cleaning lady at the nearby ranch. Hayden is helping his neighbor out by hiring who he thinks is a spoiled teenager to help with the cleaning around his house while he and his dad tend to the farm, but to his surprise it’s a beautiful woman and it’s the same one he got a glimpse of and was instantly attracted to at the store. It was an enjoyable read as these two fight their attraction and as Summer tries to learn from YouTube how to clean and make cookies. I look forward to reading more from this series.
Irish city meets Texas country and manages to mesh wonderfully. Summer is only in Texas to learn a lesson, or so she thinks. Hayden has no time for women after his latest disaster, or so he believes. He didn’t count on Summer though, just like she didn’t count on finding her heart and happiness in a rough and tumble place so far from what should feel like home. And when these two finally give in, sparks turn to flames. They just have to find a way to speak their minds before it’s too late. Of course, since hearts are involved, words don’t always come, and it takes both Hayden and Summer experiencing what they’ve lost for it all to come together like it should.
I really enjoyed this story and can’t wait to see what’s next for this town.
This book put the biggest smile on my face! The chemistry between Summer and Hayden was very genuine. Nothing seemed forced or moved too fast. I loved their push and pull but also the sweetness they shared. Oh, and the patience that Hayden had for Summer as she adapted to country life was swoon worthy. I also fell for Sawyer and his cranky ways! Such a great mix of characters, I can’t wait for more!
This story is about Hayden who is a rancher in a small town in Texas. Summer is a very spoiled rich girl from Ireland who loves shopping, partying with her bestie and has no commitments or has ever worked a day in her life. Her Mom gets fed up with her ways and sends her out to Texas to her Uncle’s house. Her Uncle sends her to Hayden’s house each day to handle the cleaning chores in the house. Not sure if her manicured nails can handle this. lol
The chemistry between the two grows but they both know she’s only there a few weeks. Will they make it work? Can she give up everything to live in a small town?
I received an ARC for my honest review. I give this 3 1/2 stars
I just loved this one. It’s sweet, steamy, amazing characters, zero drama and a Happy Ending. My favorite kind of book.
Summer is a socialite from Ireland, her parents tired of her way of living send her to the United States to live with a relative hoping she’ll improve her ways of living. There she struggles with many things since she’s far from society and social media. But those things stop being important when she meets hot rancher Hayden Taylor.
Hayden is what I imagine your typical cowboy must look and act. He’s handsome, great body, respectful and sweet. They start a beautiful relationship, after a little miss understanding they separate for a little while but love is stronger and they get their HEA.
I really enjoyed this story and I’m looking forward to the rest of the series and those handsome cowboys.
This first book in the My True Heart series is about sexy Hayden from Heartville, Texas and Irish Summer whose parents have sent her to her Papa Sawyer in America to teach her a lesson. She has to work as a cleaner because her parents do not know what to do with her partying and not working and hope sending her to Papa Sawyer will help. It is a story of Summer finding herself and living a life where she is no longer pampered. It is also a fun story of her finding hot, steamy love with Hayden. It was funny to see her Papa Sawyer treat her best friend Ellie just like he first treated Summer. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
