Black Light: Roulette War

The Black Light series is one of my absolute favorites and the Roulette stories are always incredible. I highly anticipated this book and it surely doesn’t disappoint.

Prelude by Renee Rose is the first story and it really packs a punch. It’s about Ravil, a member of the Bratva and Lucy, a lawyer who is looking for something different in her life. While she is most definitely nervous about participating in this event, Ravil puts her at ease. I loved the chemistry between these two people who come from such totally different worlds. I’m hoping that this author will make it into a full length story, because I definitely want to know what ends up happening with them!

A new author to me, Eris Adderly wrote Breathless. This story focused on Anson, a quirky IRS guy, and Violet, a young woman who is looking for the right Dom. Anson has some issues, that are clearly defined in this story, and just makes you love the guy. These two have great chemistry and I enjoyed the detail of their scenes together. I will be reading more by this author.

Burn by Kay Elle Parker is an emotional read that will pull at your heartstrings. This story will hold you captive from beginning to end! The story of Finn and Ava will make you fall in love with these characters. He’s been looking for someone like Ava, and Ava needs someone like Finn. I so hope this author continues this story in a full length book! It’s incredible!

Inflamed by Golden Angel is the story of Elliott and Lisa. Lisa is a bratty submissive who Elliott is wary of. He is not the type of Dom who likes brats, but there is something about her he finds intriguing. These two dance around each other with their feelings and when the ball drops, will they be paired up? And if so, can he tame Lisa? This is a truly enjoyable read!

Wicked by Jennifer Bene is about discovering who you really are. Tori has always been a “baby girl” and is looking for a Daddy Dom. So when she meets Pierce, she is thrown off her axis. He is not the type of Dom she would have chosen but the roll of the dice says otherwise. The things he does to her should make her hate him, but somehow she doesn’t. The chemistry between these two is sizzling and I loved every word of this story!

Trained by Sue Lyndon will pull at your heartstrings. Xavier is a Daddy Dom with sadness in his life. To overcome this sadness, he signs up for Roulette. He never in a million years expected to meet someone like Dolly. She is perfect for him, but can he show her how much? I actually found this story both hot and sweet. You will too!

Unexpected by Measha Stone is a story of two people who are paired up at Roulette, and quite a bit goes on. Quinn is a beautiful woman but very uptight and not into relationships. When she is paired with Jack he shows her she’s not going to always get what she wants! I was intrigued by these two and really enjoyed their interactions. Sometimes opposites do attract!

Facade by Livia Grant is the last story in this incredible book and what a fantastic ending! Sean and Karly are the last couple paired up and he quickly realizes he needs to break down her barriers if this is going to work. She is a tough woman who isn’t really into BDSM, so he has to figure out what makes her tick. These two are perfectly paired and with each spin, just proves it more!

Now, if you want to know who wins the war between East and West, you are going to have to read this incredible book of kink, lust and maybe even love!
