She’s finally free… if she can stay alive.Freed from marriage to a brutal pixie warlord by his death, Joy knows her life could be counted in weeks… days probably. her husband’s death put a price on her head as every pixie warrior in the city plots to claim her and take her husbands place as Lord. Surviving long after that… yeah, she’s not that stupid. Her only chance is to take down her late … to take down her late husbands criminal empire before they can stop her. Behind bars, she can make sure none of these bastards hurt anyone ever again. But for that, she’s going to need some help…
Help that arrives in the form of PPA operative Nick, a panty-wetting, ripped… actually, she’s not sure what he is. He’s strong, ruthless and might just be her only chance at making it to Christmas alive.
Frost killed his wife, so now Nick’ll take what belongs to him: His daughter.
Since the death of Mrs. Claus thirty years ago, Nicholas Claus has been hunting down Jack Frost to make him pay. The original Santa, he’s not always been the guy in the red suit and working for the PPA allows his… other side out to play. The side that is far older and way more dangerous than the chocolate box image.
hen a new case drops Frost’s daughter right into his lap, he can’t believe his luck. All his has to do is put the girl in danger and wait for daddy dearest to show up. But Joy is different, unlike any woman he’s ever known before, and Nick finds putting her in danger is harder than he thought. Posing as her lover is the easiest thing he’s ever done. The hardest? Telling himself that it’s all for show.
But when his enemy finally shows, will Nick take his vengeance for the woman he loved… and lose the woman he loves forever?

Looking past revenge
This book was so much better than I thought. I didn’t really think that the story would be bad, just painful. I mean any story that starts with a thirst for revenge just has to be full of hurt. But the author did a fantastic job of building this story into a HEA I was so glad I didn’t miss. I hope the next book is just as good.
I loved this story, it was so different. Nick is not your jolly fat Santa without some magic, the rest of the year he is a tattooed bad boy. Looking for the revenge of the death of his wife he falls for the daughter of his nemesis. The story was entertaining and the characters were hot together. Well done, I recommend reading this short tale.
This is a Nick Claus like you’ve never seen and the feud between him and Jack Frost, well that just got real. Good thing fate has her hand on all this stuff or we’d just have testosterone fueled fights only. And Joy is real badass herself. Really love all the PPA stories.
What an interesting and innovative take on the characters that you loved and believed in a a child. Santa was never this hot until next time y’all happy reading.
A fun way to look at “Santa” and Christmas from a different perspective. Lots of fun.
Joy is finally free after her Pixie husband dies, now all she has to do is dismantle the crime syndicate he headed. Nick works for the Paranormal Protection Agency and he is the real Santa Claus! Hired by Joy to be her lover/bodyguard, there to protect her from the Warriors ready to take her husbands place. Nick hopes to draw out her father Jack Frost. He holds Frost responsible for the death of his wife Eva yrs ago. Neither expects to catch feeling and revenge can destroy everything! This was a quirky, fun, sexy, dirty Santa read. Check it out today!
An engaging, sexy, exciting to read story! I loved this twisted little tale so much that I just couldn’t stop reading it. It is at times suspenseful, violent, sexy, emotional, and dramatic as well as funny. The dialogue is engaging, I loved the characters, and the story is just too good to put down.
Lets put it this way: this is NOT your average Santa Claus story. Unless you regularly picture Santa as being a tattooed biker dude with a shaved head and an attitude. Definitely a different take, and it was actually a lot of fun.
Nick and Joy make an interesting couple while simultaneously completely obliterating any preconceptions about Pixies or Elves. Or ya know, Santa Claus. I really enjoyed the dynamic while also loving the battle they fought against their own feelings. In the end, I am happy they both got their happy ending.
If you need a read that has action, romance, steam, kicka$$ elves, reindeer with a leather obsession, and a good old rivalry meeting it’s grand finale, this is definitely a book you should read. Lots of fun!
