Forgive me, Lord, I’m about to sin.
They call me mother.I’m the abbess at The Immaculate Heart of Mary.Though, in truth, I’m not even a nun.I’m a blasphemy in disguise, hiding from the MC club that wants me dead. But here at the convent, I find my place.I give the other sisters purpose, and they give me something that I’ve always yearned for:A home.A place of total acceptance.I have finally found … me something that I’ve always yearned for:
A home.
A place of total acceptance.
I have finally found my calling.
Everything in my world is as it should be until they show up.
Four sinfully, mouthwatering men preparing to take their final vows.
They’ve come to visit their old mentor, the retired priest who says mass at the convent.
The four call themselves ‘The Gospel Brothers’: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
They’re gorgeous.
And forbidden.
They could tempt a saint.
And I’m anything but one.
Warning: This full-length, reverse harem standalone contains material only suitable for readers 18+. There is strong language and content. Some might find this material offensive. The FMC does speak of being molested as a teen, but only references it (no detailed account) and religion/religious topics really only play a part in the backdrop of the story.

I absof*ckingly loved this book.
Even though it had some serious themes (foster care, used as a gift after successful business, gang violence) it was written in such a fun way, I couldn’t stop laughing with half the things Evangeline ends up doing.
If you want in depth characters and a very emotional ride this not the book. But if you want to have fun reading and just laugh out loud while doing this. This is absolutely the right book.
The story is about Evangeline who steals from her boss/lover/owner. She ends up running away, sister Evangeline hides her but is being killed while doing so. Evangeline tells her to get to the immaculate heart of Mary so she is safe. She decides to take over her identity when she’s not recognised by anybody of the immaculate heart of Mary. And after that all hell breaks loose. She becomes the mother of the convent. And brings life to it.
I would love to tell more, but that would mean spoiling the book. And this is so much more fun reading without knowing what happens
I love the writing style and the sassy, badmouthed heroïne in this story.
I also got a soft spot for the sisters and father McMann.
I’m definitely going to read more books from this writer.
3.5
So it wasn’t what i expected ….
It was funny, and steamy of course, and i liked it, but i couldn’t feel a real connection with the characters nor did i feel love between them: it was just lust for me.
Anyway It was a good book to close the year.
Nuns and puns and lots of funs!
I wasn’t sure what to expect when I started this, but I enjoyed this quick and OTT read.
What did I just read? This hilarious, filthy, blasphemous, sacrilegious book had me laughing out loud! Father forgive me but I loved this fake nun who corrupted every real priest in this book!
The four gospel brothers Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are too good looking for any congregation let alone a fake nun on the run. She tempts them like any Eve to taste her forbidden fruit – And boy oh boy do they feast one by one!
The laughs and sexy times continue throughout the book until the very last page. There are also some serious moments when they talk about their past but those moments are few. So read this sexy sinful book and confess to all of your friends how much you loved it. Then cross yourself say some hail Marys and forgive yourself for rereading this book again and again!
Wow!! I don’t even know where to start… Nor how to start describing this book. First thing you need to know: I loved it!!! Second: It is panty melting good!!! Third: Do not, and I mean Do not attempt to read with any liquid in your mouth because this book will make you laugh out loud! Evangeline is awesome, The Gospel brothers are so dreamy and so much fun!! I am catholic so I understand all the puns, lol… And now I so want to own a midget brothel
Raelynn has been property of the MC for years and it is time she get away, but will she make it unlike her other attempts. But she could not take it anymore. She runs and runs until she has to stop. But when she runs into the Holy Mother, Evangeline, and she protects her, she knows what she has to do, but can she really pull it off and seek protection at the covenant? Will she be found? Can she still pass as a nun when the Gospel Brothers (Matthew, Mark, Luke & John) come to stay with them? Will they expose her in more than one way?
This story kept getting better and better as it went on. It was funny, tragic and so much more. It could have not ended better than it did. What a great story!!! You will not be disappointed. This has danger, romance, love, lust, some taboo scenes and so much more. I laughed as Evangeline/Raelynn’s progress in the story. I received an ARC for free and I am voluntarily leaving feedback.
Couldn’t make my mind up with this book. The main character was likeable, but I wasn’t sure with the boys and their past. I think I needed to get to know the boys a lot more before being able to like them.
I almost did not choose to read this book, but I am so glad I did. It might not be for everyone but if you read any kind of MC romances, or actually a lot of diverse romance book you will love this book. The book has excitement, finding friends in the most unusual places, and finding yourself along the way. Raelynn came from a rough background of abuse, fighting for herself and the last 19 years she has submitted to the president of an MC. Now she is on the run, stealing money from him to run did not go as planned. Along the way and a series of unfortunate problems, she is now Mother Evangeline in a convent with a retired priest, nuns that actually like her and four ‘brothers’ on their way to become priests. Temptation right in her face. I loved the humor, the uncomfortable situations, and most of all I loved the ending with a HEA for them all.
Well this was a funny book to read. It’s starts out in the thick of some crazy stuff. The main character Raelynn Houke aka Evangeline is on the run! What could she have possibly done to be in the run? Well you will find out soon if you read this book. I will say that a nun and four Gospel Brothers are involved in her hiding. Oh boy does it get funny. I don’t think I have ever laughed so hard in some scenes. I feel for the guys because they are trying to become Priest however Evangeline is temptation. Lol can she change their minds? Can she escape her past? Will the brothers be there for her? I do know that I will not see a pew or confessional booth the same. This was a great book to read. I can’t wait to read more from this author.
