As hard as it was to leave, she ghosted Kyle so she could focus on her career. I mean, who finds their soul mate in high school, anyway? When she’s passed over for a big promotion, the stress of her high-powered job hits a breaking point which sends her back to Hardwood … a breaking point which sends her back to Hardwood to regroup. Kyle’s not only still in Hardwood, he’s also newly single and her leading man.
Again.
It appears the stars have aligned for a second chance.
But when Gwen is offered her dream job, she’ll face the hardest choice of her life and this time ghosting isn’t an option.

I enjoyed this new “Hardwood Country Club” story. This is a fairly quick read and a great second chance at love. I really like Gwen and Kyle’s story. It’s a nicely written story that develops nicely. Sometimes you need to go away for a while before you can return and find that sweet spot.
I loved this second chance romance. It was well written with great characters and an engaging plot. I loved it and I would recommend it to others!

Thw Sweet Spot is that special time and place when all aspects of your life align up and come to that perfect moment.
Gwen always in her sister’s shadow or feeling she is not important, went looking for a place she belonged. It took her coming home to find her spot.
Kyle, loosing the love of his life, had a second chance if he was only willing to realize his spot was with her.
When you find that perfect moment it makes it that much sweeter.

Back to Hardwood
Gwen left Hardwood years ago, but keeps getting passed over for promotions. Not sure why she hooked up with Collin. So, it’s back home to Kyle. Kyle stayed behind and dated a string of girls in the meantime. I did not care that he just dropped the three little words to someone else, and then was immediately into Gwen again.

The Sweet Spot is the fourth book in the Hardwood Country Club series and is a great second chance romance story.
The characters of Gwen and Kyle are well developed, likable, and relatable. She still wants to follow her dream and he is understandably afraid of being ghosted again. The storyline is well written, engaging, and flows nicely throughout.

Book 4 in the Hardwood Country Club series. This is Gwen and Kyle’s story and it’s just as good as the previous couples in the series. They knew each other in high school and then Gwen left and getting to watch them reconnect again and seeing the chemistry that’s there was great. The story is well written and captivating.

This is the fourth book in the series but can be read on its own, this was another super addition to the series. I enjoyed Gwen and Kyle’s story these two have a history and I enjoyed watching them get to know each other again the chemistry between them was good and the plot had enough going on to hold my interest all the way through.
This is the 5th book I’ve read written by Amy Pinkston; she has done a great job at writing a good book; I can’t wait to read more of her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.
