So much drama, excitement and suspense!
What a great way to end this stellar series. This ended up being so different than your standard reverse harem bully romance! It had intrigue, suspense, crime, dark characters in a mafia type criminal world. There are the Lost Boys who work for a crime boss and there is another large crime boss who may or may not gain enough power to start a war.
Then there is Cordelia (a.k.a. Cora) our heroine who worked so hard in the first two books to get her father out of prison only to find out that he cares much more about status and money than he ever did about her and he thinks he could have gotten out on his own so he doesn’t even thank her for all she did for him.
Cora is starting to think her father deserves to be in prison and wishes she never got him out. She is having trouble sneaking out to see the Bishop, Kace, and Misael as well. Her father keeps putting her together with Barrett King despite the fact that she told him how much she dislikes him.
This book all plays out in ways I could never have guessed and the surprises keep coming one after another. I totally loved it. The romance was super steamy just like the first two books. I didn’t think I would like all the crime aspects of this series but I really ended up loving it all! Though the “Lost boys” and Cora were all seniors in high school they were all way older than their years.
The guys had all grown up in foster care and had been through a lot at young ages and they had been working in a criminal organization for a few years as well because their foster parents were in it for the money only and were never around and didn’t spend the money on them. So they had to make enough money for their own food, clothing and necessities.
Cora, though she had grown up as a rich princess, had never gotten any love from her parents, they were basically strangers to her. She was basically raised by staff who were paid to be there at certain times of the day. So she also was older than her years. Overall I really loved this series, it was original and creative.
Cordiala succeeded in freeing his father . But soon she realised what people said about her dad was true . When he throws her under the bus to keep his reputation and make connections and announces to engage her with someone doesn’t love .
But the boys are confident that they will figure something out and she’s there’s to love .
This book is full of twists and turns and would surprise you as it moves forward towards to the end . Will there be an happy ending ???
This book is a must read for bad boy romance lovers it also showcases how a life partner of a person coming from a criminal background sees things differently like no one else manages to do which is showcased beautifully and ofcourse the sex scenes get steamy and amazing asthe book progresses
This series is now in the list of one of my favorites .Eva Ashwood
That was a epic conclusion to Cora, Bish, Kate, Misael’s story. Deep down I knew Cora father was not innocent. Im glad Cora got her happy ending and with her new family. This story is a page turning full angst ride. Cora really grew up and came into her own. I so wish there was more to this story but I am very happy with how it ended. 1 click this series you don’t want to miss it!
Mad Love
5 stars for Mad Love by Eva Ashwood. This is the third and final book in the Slateview High Trilogy and holy crap what an ending it is. Now that Cora’s father is out, what will happen between Cora and her Lost Boys. “Not all prisons are made of steel and concrete. Some are made of the finest marble and expensive mahogany.” Coralee is a fighter and it shows in this book. She fights for her boys and does so until the very end. This final book is a great one and has an amazing end to the series. I was hooked all the way from page one of the first book till the end of the third book. Great Job Eva Ashwood.

This is the amazing conclusion to the Slateview High series. Cora, Bishop, Misael and Kace (AKA The Lost Boys) are back in their high intensity conclusion and ultimate HEA!!
I read a free copy of this book and this is my voluntary review.
Eva you have done it once again with another amazing series. From the very beginning of book 1 all the way to the end of book 3 Eva had me hooked. In this book we see Cora feel like her life it’s still falling apart because of her father’s request and demands she does everything just stay positive but it’s hard given the circumstances that she’s in. This is definitely a rollercoaster of emotions and we find out some things that are pretty cool and also twisted. Cora definitely gets closer to The Lost Boys and we see how they truly do love each other so much so that you can’t help but want things to turn out for the best. This will definitely keep you turning pages and wanting to find out the outcome of everything. You won’t be disappointed with how everything ends and the more intimate parts of the story awesome as well. I can only honestly say that Eva had yet to disappoint in any story I read by her this story is no different. The only thing about this story that I am sad to say is that it’s over I would love to continue reading about them in the future.
Such a great ending to this brilliant series. An ending chock full of lies, as well as truths, trust, love, loyalty and family. All the secrets from book 1 and 2 were uncovered as well as ones by the people closest to Cora, Kace, Bishop and Misael. Some were shockingly good! Just LOVED IT!!!!
This. Book. Is. Amazeballs! Eva Ashwood does it again with this final book of the Slateview High Series. I swear at one point in this book I almost started hyperventilating. I mean I was constantly on edge and holding my breath. It was a crazy mad ride! So as you know how book two ended with that epic statement, Cora is trying to figure out how to get out of it. I should have expected that her Dad would betray her. Cora is determined to out maneuver her father. She is still going to see The Lost Boys but her father is trying to block her attempts. He knows about the guys. She learns more about Barrett and definitely does not want to move forward with her father’s plans with the alliance. Then it gets crazy one night and she sees things in a different light. So what does she do? How deep does she go with the guys? This book will keep you on edge, and pacing back and forth. You may want a couple of tissues too. This was a great series to read. Don’t miss out!

Heat: 5/5
Drama: 3.5-4ish/5
Suspense: 3.5/5
No Extreme Spoilers.
This was a great read and flowed pretty well, the boys had even space with Coralee. It did feel rushed and I wish it came with an epilogue, I’m a sucker for those but I do feel like one was needed though.
I look forward to reading more from this Author!
Freedom for her father should mean happiness for her, but as he unveils his plans to marry her off “for the good of the family” everything comes crashing down.
The lost boys found her, loved her, treasured her, and gave her back to the life she originated from.
Was it all a mistake should they of refused to help her?
This is a direct continuation from “Wild Girl” and is the third book in this amazing dark high school bully romance series.
I was devestated at the end of book two, and hoped that within the first two chapters of this, that it would all prove to be a misunderstanding but alas no, the engagement is on, with wedding plans forging ahead.
I’ve read alot of reverse harem books, and this series continues to be one of my favourites.
The love they share, knows no limits, no boundaries and demands nothing it’s beautiful!
Together they become the four musketeers, and are quite the formidable team.
Apart they are each others unconditional support system. We all need boys like these!
Eva has created something so special that is truly unique and simply amazing from start to finish.
I cant shout loud enough about this series, I really can’t!
