Hometown Hotshot by C. Morgan was a sweet second chance romance with some heat. The characters were well written and quite intriguing. A very well written story it is emotional, has some twists and definitely some heat. Jake and Olivia has some great chemistry and they were easy to like. A good story that I enjoyed and highly recommend.
Lovely little story. What was once a high-school romance and annulled marriage turns into a hope for a second chance at love and happiness when Jake returns from 5years in search of happiness – it was waiting in his home town all along. But will Liv give him the chance he so desperately wants after being treated so badly last time????
This is a fascinating story of a second chance at love couple, Olivia and Jake. They still have the chemistry but does he have to gumption to go through Olivia’ s task list? It is one of the best story Chloe Morgan wrote this year. with some intriguing twist and turns that makes this a fabulous story. I honestly volunteered to review an arc copy.
C. Morgan’s Hometown Hotshot is by far a well written story, fantastic characters, an interesting storyline leading to HEA. One click it and journey with Jake & Olivia on their bumpy ride.
Another five stars for this author.
I have voluntarily read and reviewed this advanced readers copy provided by The Parker’s ARC team
This is one of Chloe Morgan’s best written love story yet!! The way she combines drama and love mixed in makes for a very riveting book. A true must read just like all of her books!!
Sweet, with heat. As only Chloe Morgan can do it. This is a second chance romance with a twist of the green-eyed monster. Liv and Jake are really quite adorable together. I loved seeing them get another shot at making their relationship work. And as someone who’s years (and years, and years,) beyond where they’re at, I loved Liv’s list of “impossible” tasks for Jake to complete to prove his devotion.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
It was a cute, short story that left me with many questions. Jake returns to town and I am really not sure why he is there and if he is working or planning on staying. Liv wants nothing to do with him at first but he “proves” his love for her and they end up back together.
The story was too short for me to truly believe this was a HEA but the epilogue helped to show this.
I received an advance copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving this review.

ONE TANTALIZING ADVENTURE!!!
Reeking havoc! Morgan seizes the dynamics, lays the foundation and stabilizes the form on this rough and tumble treat that spins so intricately and interweaves with such precision it blazed this jewel together piece by piece. One chart topping, mind blowing, block busting, prize winning masterpiece propelling this gem into a tailspin with mystifying impacts. Conquering the trials and tribulations keeping pace with a slew of plot twists and engaging turns blasting this baby to life spectacularly. The characters are realistic, intriguing and authentic with depth and qualities that add just enough flaws for diversity. The scenes are so vividly detailed and descriptive it gives the illusion you were right there in the middle of ground zero with them. Remarkable job Morgan, thanks for sharing this bad boy with us.
