Olivia Rothschild has made yet another mistake. She tries to follow the advice of her social climbing Aunt Beatrice, but she never quite plays the game of a debutante to her guardian’s satisfaction. This time, she’s kissed the wrong man — in plain view of her biggest rival, no less, who can’t wait to spread the scandalous tale. According to her aunt, she must marry the man with haste or face … complete ruin.
Jordan Branson and his brother run a vastly successful mail-order bride business, but sometimes he grows a tad weary of arranging everyone else’s happily-ever-afters and never his own. He’s in just one of those moods when the wealthy heiress, Olivia, wanders into his office, utterly distraught at what her life has become after the loss of her parents. She’s desperate for a fresh start, far from the jaded social whirl of the big city.
After a short interview, he decides any man with red blood running through his veins would be overjoyed to court a woman of her wit, kindheartedness, and beauty. However, he finds himself in no terrible hurry to marry her off to the next would-be groom in line. Perhaps a compromise might be in order — one that requires him to hold off selecting her perfect match until her arrival in Arizona. He takes it a step farther and personally accompanies her since he has business in that direction, never imagining what perils of the heart the gesture would set in motion.

Olivia is young, but not too young. Very impetuous! When she is seen kissing a young man, tongues will again! Her Aunt and Guardian has finally had it and insists she must marry this young man, even though he is NOT the one her Aunt was vetting her for.
She is not happy and bursts out of the house to clear her head. She is approached by Jordan who in this twist on matchmaker stories is a MAN! This will make for an interesting adventure when she convinces him she must help him search for his long lost sister in Arizona, as a Mail order bride.
The adventures begin. A little hilarity, some danger and they are off and running!
You are going to enjoy this story as much as I did. Jo Grafford’s characters are well written and enjoyable.
I received an ARC of this story and am choosing to leave an honest review.
Olivia has really done it now, she kissed a man and not any man but the wrong one. Now she got forced to marry him something she doesn’t want. When Jordan finds Olivia just in front of his office’s front step he’s intrigued and smitten. As owner he has to find mail order brides for his clients, not fall in love with one of them. But Olivia is different and she offers her help to find his missing sister. And then the adventure begins.
I loved this story, the humor and connection between the main characters. It also has a great epilogue that forms the friendship of all the brides in previous books of this series. And there’re still a couple of ladies who need a good husband……can’t wait.
Just think of it – the matchmaker is a MAN this time and he’s a little weary of making other couples have their HEA! When Olivia Rothschild comes into his mail-order bride establishment with a unique problem, he decides that perhaps this could be HIS HEA!!!! A fun story that is a little different than other mail-order bride stories! Olivia is a strong heiress who has been caught up in the whole Boston debutante life and doesn’t like herself anymore but she needs to escape that life to get out of an arranged marriage. Jordan is just the man to help her although she’s never met him before she stumbles upon him one night. Their adventures in the wild west will have you engrossed in this fun story! And if you’ve read any of the previous stories by this author in this series, you’ll enjoy some of the previous characters! However, you don’t have to have read the stories! It’s just fun to see the characters! A fun, clean story I think you’ll enjoy!
This series just keeps getting better and better in each book. I love all the characters and the sweet romance the book has to offer. I can’t wait to read more! I specifically love the last parts of the book you just really have to read it till the end.
