A great friend to lovers’ book. Dane and Sterling finally realize after being friends for ever and a game of truth or dare that there is more to their relationship than just friendship. It was fun to watching them make that transition to lovers. They had some bumps that they had to work out before they can reach their happy but that is normal in any relationship. You will laugh and cry and swoon and fall in love right along with them. Such a good book with wonderful characters.

This is book one in The More Duet. Fane and Sterling have always been the best of friends. When Sterling’s boyfriend breaks up with her from what seems like out of no where, she begins to fold in on herself. Dane is not going to let her shut everyone out. It all begins with a game but not jusy any game, the dangerous, and unpredictable game of Truth or Dare. Dane and Sterling have often thought about each other with the possibility of more than friends but it was never openly expressed. Now? Could things change? Is it all worth the gamble? I cannot wait to see how things all shake out. Remember, this is a duet so the HEA.ending is not in this book, fingers crossed its comes in book two. I loved reading this book, I automatically selected the book as I have read this author’s The Neighborhood series and love her work! Enjoy!

More Than Friends is a beautiful friends to lovers romance that will have you smiling large as Dane and Sterling discover that some friendships are the foundations of forever. As drama, tragedy and life in general make for an interesting journey for these two, the one thing that never wavers is the adoration these two have always had for each other. A story that will at times break your heart but will also have your soul rejoicing with how beautiful some love stories can be. Their path to love is flirty, passionate, sensual and steamy. As you take the ride with Dane, Sterling and the people that mean the most to them, you will experience the highs and lows of life as their story leaves you with complete fulfillment.
I really enjoyed this book the characters were great. The friends to lovers is something that I have always liked reading. I like that fact that this story continues after they get together. The story line and characters are great.

This was a new type of book for me to read by Tarrah Anders – first full novel rather than short story/novella. I completely fell in love with the two MCs, and the supporting cast added that special something without detracting from the story at all. (In fact, Tarrah set up Max, Dane’s best friend, for a great next installment in this new series – can’t wait!)
As I said, the MCs were amazing. Dane & Sterling had known each other for 17 years, since 5th grade. They were supportive, protective, caring. They shared everything with the other person. Dane had feelings beyond friendship for Sterling for quite some time, but her constantly being in a relationship, and his not wanting to damage their friendship, kept him from acting. However, following a harsh breakup, Dane insisted she socialize with their friends. This lead to an intimate situation between them where truths were revealed, and hearts were mended.
This story was not all sunshine and rainbows. Tarrah put the reader through their emotional paces, but in the best possible way. There was heartbreak, loss, anger, empathy, frusteration, joy, excitement, death & new beginnings. The pacing and storyline were fabulous. Kept the reader wanting to know what happens next and flipping pages until the very last sentence!
I am most certainly not going to tell what happrns, and if you want to know then you need to get your copy and start reading – like TODAY! I happened to receive this book as an ARC, but I won’t be waiting for the rest of the series – they’re going on my Kindle now. I thurough enjoyed this book, and I hope you do to!
It’s time to explore more than friendship
I love friends to lovers! Dane & Sterling’s journey from best friends to more was perfect.
I will admit this book was evoking major deja vu for me. There’s a reason for that. More than Friends is a reboot of The Friend Zone. I enjoyed this just as much this time as the first.
I like the feel of realism in Tarrah’s stories. Friendships, life, work, tragedy, happiness, comfort, passion, all the feels!
Dane and Sterling finally, after decades of friendship, a game of truth or dare, and body shots, change the path of their friendship. And boy, do they change it!
A standalone but also the first half of a duet, very enjoyable with no cliffie while also setting us up for the second book. Bring on Max now!

This is the 1st part of a duet, and Dane and Sterling’s story is a wonderful introduction. This is a well written story which is an emotional roller coaster journey, as well as a riveting read from the very beginning. This story is humorous, with witty banter, heartbreak, twists, and is a steamy read. I was intrigued and hooked throughout, and cannot wait to read the 2nd book in this duet. I highly recommend for all readers.
I really enjoyed reading Dane and Sterling’s story. They have been best friends since they were kids, although Dane has kept quite the secret from Sterling. Thanks to a game of truth or dare and some alcohol with their best friends, things finally start to happen. The chemistry between them is off the charts explosive. Their story is full of steam, love, humor, a twist that blew me away, and a beautiful HEA.
This was an amazing friends-to-lovers book! I loved watching Dane & Sterling figure out that there was more to their relationship and the best way to figure out how to make it work. There was a small twist, but for the most part this was an amazingly light-hearted read! Just make sure you have the time to finish it because you definitely won’t want to put this one down!!! 5 stars!
Loved this story! Best friends forever and finally figured out that they loved each other. Even through tragedy, these friends were destined to be together forever and in a love for a lifetime. Tarrah did a great job pulling you in and really making you feel for the characters. Can’t wait for the next book in the duet!!
I really like this author, she makes her books so easy to read. I always fall in love with her characters and their great chemistry. The story is always written so well.
I love best friend to lovers romance story and this newest release did not disappoint. I enjoyed Dane and Sterling’s friendship, it was sweet and cute, but when things start heating up with them it became more. The storyline flowed well and their chemistry was hot. An enjoyable read from start to finish.
