Secrets galore and plenty of danger
This book is totally worth the time to read. Every page will have you enthralled and panting for more. Let’s not forget to mention the chemistry of these two. You can really feel the passion.
The twists in this tale just adds spice to an already exciting and adventurous tale
that will shock you. I highly recommend this tale and eagerly await the next book in this series.
Truly romantic suspense – great plot and fantastic characters!
Very well written full of suspense story. For me it was a perfect combination of romance and criminal novel. It’s pure romantic suspense where author is perfectly maintaining a full mystery and at the same time do not loose the focus on the courtship between two people. Even if in this story Brian and Lucy are the main protagonists we also have glimpses to the relationships of Jay and Naomi and start to what I suspect will be story of Damien and Jess.
I loved how the tension was building with every chapter, the suspense, the mystery and all the twists in the plot that kept me interested. Loved how the story line was progressing and the ending was just perfect. It was first book of this author that I’ve read and I can say that’s not the last one for sure.
This is a nail-biter! I was on the edge of my seat with every compelling page turn! I love the characters and the story is so well-written, I could be a part of the story.

This is a well-written, fast paced romantic suspense novel. It has likable, engaging and diverse characters, a strong and capable female protagonist, a wonderful sense of family and an interesting plot. It is a real page turner and an excellent conclusion to Ms. Schultz’s outstanding Windsor series. It is great when read as a stand alone, and is even better when read in order. I am looking forward to reading Damian’s story in Ms. Schultz’s next series!
I was fortunate enough to read an early copy of Into the Dawn by Tamsen Schultz. What a great read this was!
The main characters are all so real and the types of people I’d enjoy being friends with. The settings are very well described, making you feel as if you’re there and the technical, computer information is so fun to read! Of course, I’m a bit of a nerd, but even if you don’t think you are, that aspect will call to your inner nerd.
The mystery is something that will pull you in immediately and will have you breathlessly turning pages faster and faster, hoping that not only will Lucy be rescued, but that the traitor within the FBI will be identified. I’ve loved watching Brian and Lucy dance around each other during the last several books, hoping they’d have their time…their story…their chance to experience happiness together. So seeing how they related to each other in Into the Dawn was a great addition to their story.
If you like well written, fast paced mysteries that keep you on the edge of your seat and up at night wondering who and why, this is the series for you. You can definitely read them as standalones, but I’d recommend reading the series in order for maximum enjoyment.
Thank you to the publisher for providing an ARC at my request. All thoughts are my own and happily given because I loved this book and am already looking forward to the next one.
This is the perfect story to wrap up the beloved Windsor series. This book completes the story that began in Through the Night. We see previous events through Brian and Lucy’s eyes and their story continues as the suspense builds. There is action, tension, romance, and humor all set among a great cast of characters. Fan favorites make an appearance and things are set up perfectly for Damien’s series. Everything has been leading up to this massive shocking plan and it’s a race against time. Brian and Lucy are the ideal pair to thwart the threat and to finish the series with. I can’t wait to see what happens when Damien’s book comes out. I have a feeling we haven’t seen the last of the Windsor series family.
It’s not my first book by Tamsen Schultz and I just love it. It keeps getting better and better. Love a good mystery mixed with romance and witty characters? Then this book is a MUST-READ for you! I couldn’t put the book down! Apart from being a page-turner I just love the characters. So looking forward to Damian’s own story. He’s so adorable!
3.5 stars
This read was little slow and predictable. I didn’t bother finishing the book. There were a significant number of typos.
I know I’m in the minority with this book, for me it didn’t hold my interest for long I kept putting it down and reading other books in the middle. I read about 10 books before I finished this one.
Please don’t get me wrong I liked that Lucy was actively participating in her own rescue, she’s the strong type of female character that I enjoy reading. Brian was all in to finding his lady and making a future. The camaraderie with the team although a lot of it felt a bit stilted to me was great.
Normally I’m all over these types of stories and I can fill in holes on past events pretty easy but for some reason I just wasn’t able to really get into the story. It may have been the beginning where the bad guys came off like every other bad guy in the movie’s bumbling and annoying or the slow start to the book before things started picking up, whatever it was I never really clicked with this storyline and it may be just a case of me and not the story.
