Sophie is a housewife with 2 kids and a boring inattentive husband. She has recently bought some toys for the bedroom and researched their use on a BDSM site. It seems our little Suzy Homemaker has been chatting online with someone, telling him her secret desires and he, his cousin and friend have come to collect her. Ms Brandon knows how to write a dark forbidden tale that you can’t put down. She has the female character doubting herself and torn between her duty to family and her dark desires and even feeling guilty for having them and blaming herself for this whole thing. Just remember folks, it’s fiction and if you don’t like it dark and forbidden you might want to read nursery rhymes…but they’re kind of violent if you really look at them.

This deserves so many more stars. What a conundrum. To have secret fantasies that you never think will never see the light of day and then, wham, they come to life. So much pleasure. So much guilt. So much passion. What’s a girl to do? This is one of those stories you shiver as you read while secretly wishing you were there. Don’t miss out on the naughty journey of Sophie into her deepest desires.
