Byron chases after Noemi once her father tells her that he has arranged for her to marry his soon-to-be-business partner. She runs off to Colorado and meets up with gorgeous “Cason.” Sparks fly and all is good until she realizes who Cason really is. There is a rough patch to overcome, but love wins out in the end. Great story, very well written. Another must read from Lindsey Hart.

I loved Byron and Noemi’s story. There was humor, sadness, and heart-wrenching truth. Byron went after his bride when she ran away. He knew her but she did not know who he was. He was going to talk her into a fake marriage but once he met her, his thoughts turned to wanting to know her in a more loving way. You will need to read the story to find out exactly what happened. I recommend His Runaway Bride by Lindsey Hart.

I absolutely loved this book! It focused on Noemi, whose father has an European shoe line and who arranged a marriage without her knowledge for a business expansion, and Byron, who needs to marry Noemi as part of the deal to expand his shoe line into a global business. Neither Byron or Noemi have met. When Noemi is told of her impending wedding she runs away to Colorado to hide. It’s up to Byron to track her down to secure his business deal. When they meet Byron gives her a false name and. background story, but soon develops feelings for her. What will Noemi do when she finds out the truth? You’ll have to buy the book and find out.
This book was delightful, humorous, steamy, and a real romantic journey for the characters. Byron’ self-talk was hilarious at times! This is another OUTSTANDING read by LindseyHart! I strongly recommend reading this book.

Oh my goodness! This book was so good! Byron and Noemi make such a good couple even though she doesn’t know who he really is. His biggest mistake is lying about who he really is. Will she forgive him and marry him or will she run farther?

Byron is ambivalent about marrying Noemi as her father has demanded in order to get his partnership in expanding his business globally. Byron’s entire motivation is wrapped up in a conversation he had with his father just before his father died several years ago.
Noemi was horrified when her father announced he had arranged for her marriage to Byron. She stopped listening and immediately made plans to leave New York to escape.
Byron chases Noemi to a resort town in Colorado to propose a platonic, temporary marriage that gets each of them what they want and still satisfies her father. He doesn’t really have a plan for how to convince her, so when he finds her Byron ends up creating a pack of lies to get Noemi to spend time with him.
They end up having a real connection with each other that surprises them both. The story was good, but it seemed a bit choppy and didn’t flow well.

Its hard to believe that in this day and age that a dad would offer his daughter to marry a stranger for a business deal. You want to not like Byron because he’s rich and good looking (and he knows it) but then you start to see a side of him. This book was a good read and draws you in. It has a little of everything including heat. I would recommend it as a good read.
When Noemi learned her father arranged her marriage Byron, a man she’s never met, she flies across the country hoping to avoid this disaster and start her life over again. What she didn’t expect was for Byron to follow her or she’ll actually like him and the things that ensue due to some liquid courage.
I enjoy the book. The characters are likable. It’s a quick read, less than 3 hours, but the plot is well written.

It took a bit for me to get into the story, but I still enjoyed it. I appreciate the heroine because she did exactly what I’d do. “You want me to what?!? BYE!” Then she tries to take control of her life with the information available to her at the time. When it backfires spectacularly, she still finds a way to allow herself to love.

This is book seven in the Alphalicious Billionaires Series, however any of the books in this series may be read as a stand-alone plus they are all five star reads. Byron agreed to marry Noemi for a merger to go global with his company. Noemi decided to run and she met Carson who is really Byron. The story is interesting and engaging while it flows well. You just want to love these two main characters, but ask how dumb is Byron! Lol. Great read!

Noemi is your typical good girl, loving , sweet and caring to those around her, but when her father tells her he needs her to marry for a business merger, good girl goes out the window. Byron is the supposed fiancé on the hunt to track his bride down who ran off, ensues the hilarity of this matter. Neither have ever met, but when they do instant attraction plays a huge factor and is Byron being open with not only Noemi but himself and his past. Make sure to get comfortable when you read this because you won’t want to put it down.

Another great book Lindsey !! I enjoyed the whole story. Arranged marriages aren’t something you see or hear about much anymore. To go searching and finding her just to talk and things turn out waaayyy hotter than that….and it wasn’t even his idea !! But when she finds out who he really is stuff really does hit the fan. Will he be able to convince her to give him another chance or will she say forget you. Recommend reading.

This was a fun, enterprising surprise of a book. Noemi’s father is a rich European shoe manufacturer. Byron is an American shoe manufacturer who would like to expand his shoe sales/line to the overseas market via Noemi’s Dad. Her Dad makes a deal for Byron to wed Noemi. When Noemi is told about the deal, she immediately packs and flees halfway across the country. Byron follows her. Noemi has no idea what Byron looks like even though she knows his name. Here is where the fun really starts!

The author has brought Byron and Noemi to life. When Noemi finds out that her father wants her to marry someone she doesn’t even know, she does what any normal woman would do, and takes off for parts unknown. Byron tracks her down because he has a “plan” that could fix everything. Too bad said plan backfires.

All Byron wanted to do was sell his shoes in the European Market under the De’ Luco line and in order to do that he had to marry the man’s daughter. When Noemi was told what her father wanted, she booked a flight and left the city. Now Byron is in a resort town trying to woo his fiancé under pretense. When the dust hits the fan and everything is out in the open, will he lose her and his opportunity?

This Lindsey Hart book starts off with a bang and never lets up. Both main characters are wonderfully written – smart, complex, vulnerable and so very likeable. In this one, Noemi is pretty much as she seems from the very beginning while it takes the entire book to bring out the real Byron buried deep inside his wounded soul. The hotness is through the roof and it’s mixed with humor, heartwarming moments and the perfect HEA. I always enjoy Lindsey Hart’s books and I absolutely loved this one. Highly recommend. 🙂
I liked this book. I thought that the storyline was fun and I liked the characters. Byron and Noemi were likable and I felt that they had good chemistry. There is plenty of drama, secrets and emotional turmoil that must be dealt with along the way.
This was a fast paced romance. The description of the story was interesting. The book was ok. The steamy scenes didn’t seem that steamy. This felt very rushed to me.
One thing I found strange was that Byron went from being kind of cold and hard to besotted. Based on the description of his character, I didn’t expect his walls to crumble so quickly.
Noemi kind of threw herself at him, no holds barred. I suppose it was because it was her choice, and not her father’s.
I liked Byron after a while. I liked Noemi even if she tended to fly off the handle without much thought. It was like they both had split personalities. There were some things that happened that made no sense to me.
***********SPOILER ALERT**********
What was the purpose of the sweaty nightmare of it was never described?
If she loved her father so much, why did she never call him to tell him she was ok?
What was the deal with the bathtub scene and Noemi’s statement about “not being sanitary or healthy to get water up in there”? Had she never taken a bath before, or was it because Byron was in the tub already?
After the truth came out and she kind of agreed to see him again, next thing you know, it’s two years later. It would have been nice to have a bit more detail on what happened during that time.
Did they merge companies? Did Noemi work hot her Dad’s company or Byron’s? She obviously liked both company’s shoes. She was wearing her dad’s in one sceene, and after the fallout, she was wearing Byron’s.
I honestly wasn’t feeling much chemistry between the two of them. Byron and Noemi jumped into a sexual relationship so quickly, I really got no sense of connection. The book moved so fast, I felt like it left unanswered questions, unless I missed the answers.
I would recommend you read this book and judge for yourself. I voluntarily read and reviewed the Advanced Reader Copy of the book via Booksprout.
