She’s looking for that someone special, and he can’t get her out of his mind.Elena ConnersThe life of a Hollywood starlet has its advantages—fame, parties, and boys—just to name a few. But behind all that, I’m lonely. I want someone who’s going to make my heart skip a beat and send tingles through my body. When Bradley Mathas gets cast as my love interest, I know I’m done for. It’s a bad … interest, I know I’m done for.
It’s a bad idea—the worst. But I can only fight the pull so long. Now, I just need to convince him that our relationship doesn’t have to only be pretend.
Bradley Mathas
There’s no way a girl like Elena Conners would ever want a guy like me. She’s funny, smart, and sexy as hell. She’s also now my on screen love interest.
The next few months are going to get real interesting. I’m trying so hard to keep my feelings under wraps. But the more we film, the harder it becomes to fight our sizzling chemistry.
Do I risk it all and tell her? With the way she bats her eyes at me, I think I might have to.
Can two Hollywood stars fall in love, or is it simply lust?

I have been waiting for Elena and Bradley’s story since the first book and the best one was definitely saved for last. I DEVOURED this book. I was completed sucked into the story, the romance, the drama.
I love Elena, she is fully of sass, talent and she is caring. Bradley is super protective, especially when it comes to Elena. There was an instant connection and instant chemistry between the two of them. You could feel it from their very first audition together.
The drama and mystery that was mixed into the story added a lot of depth and kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time.
If you’ve read The Publicist and The Playboy you will recognize some overlap in some of the story, which I absolutely loved because I loved seeing the same scene from three completely different perspectives and learning more details about what had happened. If you haven’t read the other two books you can still enjoy The Starlet, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND reading them all!
I am sad this is the final book in the series, because I truly loved all these characters and I am just not ready to say goodbye to them.
If you love some drama, some steam (hello dominant, alpha Brad), glitz and glamour this is a MUST READ!
Another great addition to The Hollywood Lust series by Cara Wade! I loved Bradley and Elena’s story. It had plenty of hot chemistry from the very beginning and a perfect mix of emotions to keep you drawn in until the very end!
The Starlet can be read as a complete standalone, but I definitely recommend reading books 1 and 2, The Publicist and The Playboy, as the side characters in each of the books are intertwined
When art imitates life or the other way around you know it will get hot. The starlet is the sweetest girl ever but she’s not been very lucky in the dating department. Being taken advantage of has made her insecure and careful.
Meeting her new costar the chemistry is instantly off the charts but they both take their time due to their difficult past.
Bradley lost the love of his life about a year ago and he is happy to get his big shot in this movie. The instant attraction is surprising and he doesn’t dare to believe it’s mutual.
When filming begins the chemistry on screen is palpable and they have no difficulties with the love scenes because they are not really acting.
The backstory is not something I want to spoil but the characters are going through a rough patch to get to their HEA and I had a hard time putting the book down. I love the way we get to know them and the author manages to make them both flawed and larger than life.
I think this one was my favorite of the series. I loved Bradley more than the previous heroes , maybe because he wasn’t a true star yet and not jaded by the attention of Hollywood. Elena was sweet in the first two books and I’m happy to get her HEA story here. She didn’t have much luck with men in the past and the stalker aspect added a lot to the storyline. I hate to see this series end but I’m sure there are more good books to come from this author.
Wade saved the best for last in this sizzling series. I was completely caught up in the drama, the passion, and the mystery of Elena’s stalker– hours passed without me even moving a muscle! I could feel the chemistry between Elena and Brad through the entire book, and Wade did a fabulous job handling all the “side stories” that were happening with other characters without distracting from the central plot.
I did find the resolution to the stalker incident a bit… extreme, but Wade presented it in such a way that I could believe it. Elena also had a habit of “peeking from under her lashes” that was mentioned more than once, and the constant stream of “good girl” coming from Brad’s mouth quickly stopped having the illusion of seduction — but I am a picky, picky girl myself so I assume most people won’t be nearly as bothered by it.
Despite those minor flaws, this was still an absolutely addictive read and it kept me captivated from start to finish. If you’re looking for a steamy, drama-filled romance, look no further!
Another great book by Cars Wade. This is the final book in the series and what a way to end it. Bradley and Elena were such a great couple. It was so much fun watching them fall in love. The chemistry between them was off the charts. This book can be read as a standalone but I feel you need to read books 1 and 2 just so you can experience the other couples as well.
I received a free review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The Starlet was the best in the Hollywood Lust Series. I had loved both of the prior books in the series, but this one was even better if that is even possible. It was a real page turner. I like the way the story differentiated from the other two stories. I liked to see how Elena and Bradley felt the same way from the beginning for each other along with the other story line. Just when you think everything is alright for the two of them there is a twist. I don’t want to give away to much in my review, so I will say it keeps you on the edge of your seat until the end. This book is well worth the read and Cara doesn’t disappoint.
The third book in the Hollywood Lust Series a well written story. This is Bradley Mathas and Elena Conners’ story about two people who should not get together but doing so works for this couple I enjoyed reading their story. This book is sexy, fun, and page-turning! I got sucked in immediately and had it done in no time; why? Because the characters are so amazingly developed, and the teasing between them is sweet yet hot. Cara definitely understands strong women, but her writing from the guy’s perspective is so refreshing as well.
Bradley & Elena were like a moth to a flame. I enjoyed reading there journey on getting to know one another before taking the plunge & becoming a couple. Lots of romance scenes with a splash of mystery completed this book. I always enjoy getting caught up with the characters from the previous books.
This book was really good! I loved Elena and Bradley! They were such a cute couple and I hope to see more of them in future books! I also loved the suspense story line built in and the ending was very unpredictable. Overall really good book!
The 3rd and final story in the Hollywood Lust serise. The Starlet doesn’t disappoint, Elena – beautiful, sassy actress is paired with the handsome Bradley for their upcoming film, can they ignore the lust and desire that eminates between them…. I really enjoyed the interaction with these two character’s its was fun and light hearted and the steam factor a dramatic plot in this book made it even more great! I love the books by this author and you will too
She has the world at her feet but she is so lonely and now she has a new leading man for the next film. They find there is a spark between them and it is growing. Will it become more than pretend? Will they find what they are missing from their lives? See if they will

This was a good read. I haven’t read the other books in the series so I would definitely be checking them out.
