NOAHInheriting a debt-ridden golf course was not the opportunity I was looking for. While I desperately try to salvage the business, she bulldozes into my life–intent on fixing everything for me. I’ve never been rescued before—definitely not by such unconventional methods. But what will happen when there’s nothing left for her to fix? I want her to stay. Now I just have to convince her.PAGE… her.

Spending the day golfing was not my idea of fun. Ruining the golf course’s main attraction? Definitely not what I had in mind. When I meet the attractive golf course owner, I want to make everything better for him. He needs help with the golf course and—though he won’t admit it—he needs an adventure.
He’s organized and a rule follower. I’m a free spirit.
Even worse, he likes tea…
I’ve got my work cut out for me.

What a fun and adorable story! Page and Noah are so cute together. The author did a wonderful job of portraying the characters realistically and the story flowed smoothly. From the title I assumed this was a friends-to – lovers story, but it was more of an opposites attract. It was such an enjoyable story and there were so many times I laughed out loud – I could not stop reading!
I have not read any of the other books in this series, but I really loved this one. I’m looking forward to catching up on the first two books!
If you like clean rom-coms, you will definitely want to read this book!

A really sweet and witty read. I absolutely adored Page! She is quirky, loveable and looking for her place in the world. Noah is a businessman who is quite exacting and it was adorable how Page just softened him.
My only complaint is that the book could have been proofread a bit better. There are unfinished sentences that are quite noticeable.
This is a great read with great characters that are well developed and engaging and the chemistry is hot and steamy. The storyline flowed smoothly from beginning to the end.

(4.5 stars) – a modern madcap comedy
In some ways, despite the lack of a psychotic killer, this is even more zany than “Neighbors Like That”
Accept before you start that Page is a little bit off the wall & that the beginning of the story is a little bizarre (though you really do have to appreciate Page’s golf swing), and then just roll with it.
Page is almost like a terrorist except that you can’t help but like her nearly pathological enthusiasm for life. Which I guess is kind of the opposite of terrorism. So maybe she’s more like a hyper puppy.
It’s certainly one of the most unconventional romances I’ve ever read. But even as I was shaking my head, I couldn’t stop reading, & literally laughed out loud at times.
There’s a moment when Page made a decision that led me to go “What? No way”, and it was funny because it was as if the author knew I was going to object & arranged for her secondary characters to essentially explain it to me/the reader. Then I sat back and said “Ok, I actually can see it when you put it like that. Now what?”. At which point she answered thru her characters again. And oh what a fun resolution!
It’s not perfect – there were still a few moments that seemed too much or to go too far – but with each of her books the author is fine tuning the level of hilarity that stays relatively believable & doesn’t swamp the plot. I’m eager to read what she does next!
*Clean romance level: passionate kisses, nothing graphic
I really enjoyed reading this book about Page and Noah. There romance was very interesting to read, and how they got to there happy ending. They both had a lot to overcome to get there.

Friends Like These is the third book in the “A Love Like This” series.
Laughter, life, and love are combined in this book to make a wonderful romance story. There are so many hilarious hi-jinks, mischief, and mayhem, that I could not put the book down until I finished the last page.
I definitely recommend this book.

This is a fun and entertaining story with strong, likable characters in Page and Noah. The author does a great job bringing the story to life with her descriptive scenes and laugh out loud moments.
