Haven Hart stands on the edge of good and evil. Having balance between the two is the only thing keeping the town from crumbling to the ground. For years, one man has been charged with maintaining that balance. Poe. The air of mystery surrounding Poe is one of necessity. He’s the keeper of secrets and for good reason. He’s stood alone against the most ruthless men and women, always hiding behind … behind the curtain to help his friends defeat what seeks to destroy them.
Now, after all this time, the city he loves, the people he has protected, and the secrets he’s kept hidden are in serious jeopardy. Poe will need the help of his friends to fight the ultimate battle; not just save Haven Hart but everything and everyone he holds dear to him.
When the dust settles, will betrayals be forgiven? Will the city still be standing? Will Poe’s beloved be at his side or will everything crumble? One thing is for certain, everything will be tested, and questions will finally be answered. Raven’s Hart is the final installment in the Haven Hart Series.

I’m so sad to see this series coming to the finally, but what a way to go! I absolutely loved all of the characters throughout this series but Poe remained an enigma for me and I’m really happy I got answers to my burning questions when it came to him. I’m really bummed this series has come to a conclusion but what a conclusion it was! Poe is just such a wonderful character and this is fitting that he gets his own story told in the finale. I highly recommend this book!!!
Hugs, hugs, hugs to Davidson King for creating a world that’s so compelling I couldn’t wait to find out what would happen next! These stories are gritty, raw and romantic. The characters are unforgettable. I love them all! I’m going to miss them… At least I will until I start over and read them all again… I can’t believe it’s over… But… I’m thrilled to see what this author has up her sleeve for us readers next. Waiting… Still waiting… So excited… Waiting… Ok, I’ll try to be more patient… But it’s really hard when her Haven Hart books have been soooo good… Still here waiting…
It has been a wonderful and amazing ride!
Mystery surrounds Poe. Some say he is the heir to the Hart Empire. Some say he is the guardian of a lot of secrets pertaining to the Hart family and Haven Hart itself. Poe has been a force in this series, he has always been there for everyone. His presence assures support, albeit sometimes unwillingly for reasons unknown, but he is always there, a strong quiet presence. Now it is time to tell his story.
Snow, Christopher, Black, Quill, Lee, Jones, Ginger, Teddy, Riordan, Bill, Mace and everyone in Haven Hart somehow consciously and unconsciously know the power that Poe wields. He has given them his help in one form or another through their different problems throughout the years.
There are reasons why we sometimes keep secrets. Most of the time, we do it for people we love! But now it seems that things had come to a head in Haven Hart, and this time maybe Poe won’t be able to stop it! Would all the years he tried to make sure Haven Hart remain standing be for naught? Or will he be able to ask his friends for their assistance this time in order to save his heart?
This is the last book of this series, it has been a bittersweet journey because our main characters are amazing and their stories are full of love and sometimes gut-wrenching! Who would have thought that they would all end up as friends/allies. And let me just say that Simon is a very smart young man who would grow up to be so much more than his Uncle. Once again Ms. Davidson King was able to web an amazing story of adventure, chaos and mayhem in this last installment of the series. She incorporated friendship, unlikely alliances, trust and love. Thank you for an amazing journey Ms. King!
I think this book was they best I’ve ever read as an ending to a series.
It summed up all the things that had happened in the previous books and finally gave us the answers to so many questions. As a whole the book was phenomenal but it was that epilogue that actually brought me to tears.
RAVEN’S HART by Davidson King/ Meredith King is the perfect example for closing out a series. It was bittersweet in every sense of the word. I could go on for hours about this series and while I’m sad it ended, it left me with such a feeling that I can’t even put into words, that this was what was meant to be. So, thank you author Davidson King for sharing Haven Hart with us, for the wonderful men as well as the laughter and the tears. It was an amazing journey.
Fight for love
I’ve been alternating between reluctance and excitement for this book. I’ve anxiously awaited Poe’s story since the beginning of this series but at the same time, I didn’t want this series to end. Now it’s here and it is epic!
Evil is once agin threatening Haven Hart and it’s up to Poe to save his town. All the secrets are finally revealed and wow, they are Hart-shattering. I’m not going to spoil anything but will share that all our questions about Poe, his life, and how the events in Haven Hart tie in are answered.
To help fight the evil threatening Haven Hart, Poe reaches out for help and everyone gets involved. I loved seeing the interactions between them as a group and with their partners. Poe has lived with such a burden on his shoulders and I’m so glad that he learns he doesn’t have to do everything alone.
Poe’s insight and brilliance astounds me as he has a knack for choosing the best people for his projects. The amount and depth of love and loyalty he has for the people in his life that are important to him is breathtaking. I loved getting to see a new side of him with his tender and vulnerable moments. Also, I really want his bathroom.
Interspersed throughout the book were some creative and funny threats that evoked powerful imagery. Yet at the same time, I still get surprised when I see assassins being sweet. I don’t know why it continues to surprise me but it gives me all kinds of good feels each time. I also know what I want to dress up as for Halloween.
“My love, my life, my everything.” Raven’s Hart by Davidson King is everything a finale to an amazing series should be, and the ending is simply perfect.
Even though I knew this day was coming, I dreaded it! How do you say goodbye to a series that has captured your heart and imagination? Raven’s Hart is the 7th and final book in the Haven Hart series. Davidson King has perfectly executed the ending of this series while leaving the door open for Simon’s story!!!
Poe and Phin have won my heart. The richness of their love and long history is epic. The connection, chemistry and heat they share jump right off the page. Make sure you find a comfortable spot before embarking on this journey. You will not be able to stop reading once you begin.
This series will be one of my go to rereads. I know I will be revisiting this amazing world full of larger than life, bright, intense, loving characters many times over the years.
