I thoroughly enjoyed their story – a lot of angst and heat, and with the mafia dictating their moves and dogging their heels with every step, this was sure to end with a bang! Loved their story and the twists and turns!

I loved this book!!! Beginning to end this was perfect and Serena and Enzos back and forth banter was great! Neither new what to accept during a night that was suppose to be there last hoorah or the next day when they met there fate and what came after was great!!

We also have Serena, whose father is also in the crime arena. Enzo & Serena, are set up by their parents to get married, in an arranged marriage. However, the two meet the night before at a club, and wind up going home together.
Enzo & Serena, can’t believe they are together again at Serena’s parent’s house.
Will Serena be able to cope with Enzo & his male Alpha ways? Will Enzo be able to put up with Serena & how sheltered she has been?

ARC review For honest review this is a story of enzo who is the mediator for the gambani side of waste management for the conti’ crime family and when he wants to move up in the family his father tells him he is to marry daughter of Mr conti’ serenen a kindergarten teacher. Awesome story I love the pull to these two characters.
An arranged marriage between two mafia families brings Enzo and Serena’s story. Each wanting one last fling meet at a bar and a have a one nighter not realizing who the other is. She’s not happy with the way he dismisses her the next morning. Imagine their surprise when they discover they are engaged! The author does a fantastic job developing the story and describing her scenes in vivid detail. She pulled me in and had me turning the pages as fast as I could with all the twists and turns as well as the steamy romance and still left me wanting more in the end. I’m looking forward to the next book. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful mafia romance, the chemistry between Enzo and his last one night fling is sizzling but unfortunately it wasn’t to be as he was going to be meeting his arranged marriage fiancee in the morning. Serena’s emotions are all over place when she meets the man her parents arranged for her to marry, it’s none other than her last fling Can this couple manage to come together amid all the drama of mafia life and miscommunication to have their HEA?
This book is well-written and fast-paced, incredibly entertaining and quick to read. The characters are amazingly likable and relatable. Loved it….
Enzo was a great mafia romance w/action and many twists and turns. Couldn’t put it down. Enjoyed Enzo and Serena’s story. Their chemistry was off the charts.
This story is more about love instead of the inner works of the mafia instead it’s about two crime families coming together to join their children into a marriage that will bring the Gambani and Conti families together. Enzo plans to take over for his father, but he has one thing he will need to do he needs to marry the daughter of the Conti family by his father’s orders. So he decides to have one night of fun and maybe a hook up when he heads to the club. Serena decided to have one last fling when she agreeds to her fathers demands. When these two meet each other at the club, the sexual attraction between these two was instantanous and they decide to have one night of passion. The next day Enzo tells her she needs to leave as he has an appointment, Serena gets a litte upset by his brash undertaking to their sleeping together and leaves mad. When the day arrives that they each are going to meet their intended, they are in for one hell of a shock! It turns out the the Enzo and Serena never knew that their one night of passion was to the person they are going to marry. No Enzo has a fight on his hands to tame this feisty woman and have her agree to marry him even go up against both father’s wrath when once again Enzo is being judged for a incident he had no control over. Now Enzo has a fight on his hands to get this woman to agree to marry him. Through all of this drama, the one thing could not be denied is the strong attraction and love they have for one another. A fantastic arranged married Mafia romance story. This interesting storyline is intriguing, includes, action, romance, and lots of twists and turns keeping me addicted page after page. The characters were explosive with fate bringing them together with a terrible ending prior to arrangement meeting. I loved these amazing interesting characters and kept rooting from them. I voluntarily read and reviewed this ARC an excited for more.
This was a book that had me hooked from the very beginning with a well written storyline and characters that were written with such great detail and depth that I read this book in one sitting!
This was a fun read. Enzo and Serena create plenty of heat and sparks as the story unfolds. The combination of drama, duty, emotion, tension, The Mafia, hurt feelings, misunderstandings, steamy chemistry and a huge lack of communication will capture your interest and have you eager to keep turning pages.
A Windy City Mafia Romance. . .
One I started reading I was hooked and had to keep reading this Chicago-based Mafia romance. The storyline is unique in that the author gives us two strangers, Enzo and Serena, who hook up for one night as a “last fling” type romp. The next night they see each other again but in her family living room being introduced as arranged betrothed to each other. This is the agreement of two Mafia families. Serena always knew her marriage would be an arranged one as her parents were one so she was comfortable with the idea. Enzo knew the chances too. Unfortunately they were not good communicating and a lot of mixed signals were given that resulted in hurt feelings. Within short order all this needed to be sorted out. But will it?
Savannah Rylan continues to know how to write about the underbelly world that makes it not only palatable to read but to immensely enjoy when finishing the last page. So it’s without question I’m recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure.
