** spoiler alert ** Since she turned 18, Peach hasn’t been able to get her father’s best friend out of her mind. Ryan’s life has always been about football, but everything is about to change. Will they be able to make it through the media storm? Will her father approve?
Another steamy Flora Ferrari hit! I love how a lot of these have backgrounds between the characters, but it isn’t creepy. I loved how strong Peach was and how she didn’t give up despite what they were facing. Ryan was determined to do anything to protect her and was willing to sacrafice himself to do it. Steamy read!
This book was great read. I liked how the twist in the plot brought out the true characters in the story. It was sweet and endearing. The bond the characters shared was strong. The ending was absolutely beautiful.

Since it’s the start of football season….
Since it’s the start of football season, what better way to celebrate than a football themed story? When you add the insta-love chemistry of a story by Ms. Ferrari you can’t go wrong. Peach and Ryan were “hot” together and the stalker issue gave the story a little “intrigue” .

Peach is a student journalist and she wants an interview with her fathers best friend Ryan who is the quarterback for the Sharks football team. She has been in love with him for a few years, since she was 18. They meet up and he is smitten. Then the story tells how they get to an eventual HEA. I must admit in not caring for Peach as much as most of Flora Ferrari’s heroines.

I really like the direction she is going
Peach, a journalism student, has known Ryan, a professional football player, for a few years through her dad. As the story progresses a chance to explore arises, numerous roadblocks must be overcome, and the final stretch may just require a hail-mary to bring everyone back together. Flora Ferrari’s Dad’s Football Friend is another steamy addition to her A Man Who Knows What He Wants series. The additional meat she is adding to her books is welcome and helps provide that additional support that is needed to take her to the next level. I really like the direction she is going and can’t wait to see how she continues to develop the series.
I received a free copy of the book from the author via Booksprout. I had the opportunity to review or not.
This book is part of the A Man Who Knows What He Wants series, it’s a standalone romance with a insta-lust older man/younger woman, daddy’s best friend storyline.
The characters are incredibly likable, Peach is incredibly mature for her age and has loved Ryan since forever, I love the twist in the story. Highly entertaining.

Peach and Ryan when they confess their true feelings never expected them to be so strong. What they worry about is her dad, his best friend’s reaction to them. When they hit a major situation everything seems lost to them. Can they figure out what to do and will the truth set them free to move on?

Another entertaining older man / younger woman romance by Flora Ferrari who once again does a great job bringing strong characters and building the story. She pulls you in with the drama and anxiety as well as the sizzling passion and steamy romance. It’s told in the dual POV which I enjoy and as usual in her books, I loved the epilogues. I enjoyed and would recommend this book.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. All opinions in this review are my own and freely given.

Well done Flora. I look forward to the next book!
Peach fell in love with Ryan when she was 18. But Ryan is her dads best friend. He is ten years older than her and is a professional football player. Now Peach is 21 and doing her degree in journalism and for one of her assignments to stand out from the rest of her class, she has talked her dad into setting up an interview with him.
They meet up and both realise they love each other, but there is the age difference and Peach’s dad to think of. Peach has a stalker and Ryan steps in to help her and their night ends in violence and anger and raging passion. Ryan ends up in jail, his career is in danger and he decides to cut Peach free so he doesn’t ruin her life.
Peach decides she has to step in, he can’t take the fall for it all. She calls for help in the college community for girls to come forward to help with her case. But all ends well with a happily ever after.

Ryan is her crush – and best friend to her dad! At 18 she fell for him. Now about to be a college grad, Ryan looks back at her.
Peach might be off limits for a fling, but wow! Ryan finds himself thinking about more. When Peach has trouble with a stalker, all kinds of boundaries are crossed – and he wants more, and eventually forever.
An HEA with some twisted interference from others.
