This is the first book I have read by Mindy Neff but it won’t be the last. Very enjoyable with character development and story pot and twist with a great ending.
It was a good easy read. A great love story.
What woman doesn’t love to read about good looking, honest, sweet, honorable men who respect and back their women.
I liked this so much I’m now on book 4 of the series. I enjoy books where they have sex and I know it but it’s not in my face. I don’t want to watch. It’s much more romantic for me that way.
I love the happy ever after but this story resonated because the heroine was pregnant with her ex husband’s child and had toddler. The hero had lost his wife and son to an accident and cherished the toddler from the start. Both main characters showed development and change as the story progressed. I also love series where each successive story …
This was a very nice story.
Another winner for Mindy Neff. A Sweet small town romance.
I liked both Wyatt and Hannah. They seemed to have more than chemistry. They had a true connection. I loved that Hannah didn’t back away from what she wanted. She completely embraced Wyatt, the environment, and everyone in town. And how could you keep from falling for Ian.
I have to …
I’d never heard of this author before, but I was actually pleasantly surprised by this story! I thought it was rather cute, and loved Hannah’s desire to become a rancher’s wife, fully realizing that it was hard work that she wasn’t really suited for at the time. Wyatt was a great tortured hero, and I loved watching actually fall for Hannah and …
Hannah arrives at Shotgun Ridge five mo th pregnant with his four years old son Ian with as the ranchr’s mal-order bride. When Wyatt, the future husband, discover the plot behind this surprise he is keen to help Hannah find a husband and learn about the ranch’s life, encause he is done with love. But is really Wyatt going to help Hannah fins …
I really enjoyed this first book in set in Shotgun Ridge. The storyline of a modern-day mail-order bride was great especially with groom unaware of his bride’s arrival. The characters were well-developed with enough backstory to understand why Wyatt thought he didn’t want love again and why Hannah was looking for a new life for her and her son …
A wonderful series that shouldn’t be missed.
This book was good and I enjoyed it. I would have given it an excellent rating but I felt like the hero’s constant inner dialog of why he couldn’t love the heroine was just repeated way too often. I sort of felt like he just needed to get over it already. The premise was good but just a little over done with the angst.
