What a great book. I won’t lie I did buy 30 Summers More for my Mom but I made the mistake of having it shipped to my address. Upon its arrival, I decided to flip through the first few pages. Well, fast forward 4 hours and a missed lunch date I found myself turning the last page. This was such a good read. Dwyane’s straight forward approach to longevity is a must-read for all ages.
I liked this book very much! It’s different from many other books because it covers EVERYTHING (and I do mean everything) to help you achieve longevity. Most books only address one issue or the other, but this book talks about everything from mood to gut health to sleep. The author has quite a bit of experience under his belt! As the founder of Aegis Living, Dwayne Clark has seen much of this firsthand, and he shares his observations in this book. And as a big proponent of Positive Psychology, I really enjoyed the chapter on life purpose and optimism. I can definitely give this book a big thumbs up.
I really enjoyed the whole-body/total-wellness approach to living a happier and healthier and longer life that this book conveyed. Tons of great ideas and tips to utilize, from diet, to sleep, meditations, exercise, and having a healthy social life. Definitely recommend!
30 Summers More is a straight forward, informative book about how to live your life with purpose.

If you have never heard of Dwayne Clark, you have been missing out. Such an Inspiration! As far as 30 Summers More is concerned, it is a thorough, information-packed guide to living a healthy and long life. What’s not to love about that! Micro-habits are a great addition, as I can implement them in my daily life, and I loved all the personal touches as well. Great Read.

Being a “woman of a certain age”, I am constantly looking for new and better ways to improve my health, and well-being, and feel better physically and mentally. This book has all of that and more! I found so many wonderful small lifestyle changes I can make or tweak that will yield me big results: from learning that building relationship will aid my health and the science behind this, to incorporating simple “micro-habits” into my daily life. After reading this book, I came away feeling more confident and in-charge of my health and life. Exactly what I was looking for!

Wow, what a nice change…NEW and useful information on how to live longer and feel better. I mean stuff I can actually do on a regular basis to improve myself without feeling so overwhelmed about it! So much I thought I knew about diet and sleep turns out to be outdated! I truly am grateful I found this book.

I was very impressed with the science-backed health and wellness information I found in rbis book. Really great tips that the author calls “micro habits” that I can work into my daily routine. I absolutely recommend this book for anyone, at any age.
