I never in a million years thought that finding a lost pair of keys would lead to adventure. All my life, I’ve been perfectly average. Compared to the rest of my high-achieving, type-A family, it feels impossible to stand out. While I’d love to make my big artistic dreams happen, I’m kind of stuck, thanks to a bunch of lame things like “affordable rent” and “keeping the internet on.” Dreaming … Dreaming doesn’t pay the bills. Freelance design work and part-time rideshare driving does. And it’s nice, for the most part. Finding a passenger’s thumb drive usually means reporting, returning, yay-hurrah-good-job-me. Except this time.
This time, I put the thumb drive in my computer. Hey, I’m just trying to be helpful! Suddenly a chat window pops up and the owner of the drive is bribing me to fly halfway across the world. Today. Turns out he’s the super hot fare I haven’t been able to stop thinking about…who just so happens to be Logan Weiss–the crazy-hot 29-year-old billionaire known as “the most eligible bachelor in tech”. What the hell am I even doing?

Logan meets this amazingly charming young lady on the way to the airport. How did he find her? She is his driver for this trip. In a hurry, he rushes off – leaving something behind. If he is to get his project off the ground, he had better talk that charming driver into making a spontaneous trip to where he is.
Chloe drives lots of people. She tries to make money to survive while she is working on getting her art to pay her rent. Then the trip drops in her lap. This trip is a chance of a lifetime, returning keys a billionaire asks for. He needs help. Is it crazy?
I found this book very entertaining. I loved the banter. The heat grew in intensity and was weaved nicely throughout the story. The pace was steady. I really found this one hard to put down.

An absolutely adorable debut!
Chloe and Logan’s story was a lot of fun to read–sure, it’s fairly insta-love, but that adds to the story’s overall fairy-tale feel and they don’t actually make any truly life-changing decisions until the epilogue, after a more sensible amount of time has passed.
The whirlwind state of their romance (flying separately to Helsinki, where the bulk of Logan’s says were spent working meant starting a relationship got squeezed in where time permitted) didn’t leave a lot of time for basic get-to-know-you kinds of conversations, so the fact that their black moment was essentially caused by a misunderstanding pretty inevitable. The way it all came down really worked with their characters, though, and they both both took responsibility for what went down and worked to fix their issues, making one of my least favorite romance problem causers actually work in a logical way for a change.
Ms Carter’s writing made me laugh out loud more than once while reading–Chloe’s internal thoughts and her back-and-forth texting with Logan were especially funny. I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us next!

LOVED! I could not put this book down! This was such a well-written story with amazing characters! Mia Carter is such a great author! Logan and Chloe’s story was perfect! FIVE STARS!!
What a different type of story! While Chloe has a passion for the arts, while she is trying to establish a career in that aspect, she is working as a rideshare. When her next customer surprises her by jumping into the car since he didn’t have a picture attached to her account, she is surprised at how attractive he is and how attracted she is to him. Feeling bummed about a missed chance, Chloe continues her day, only to find a set of keys left in her car. Plugging in a jump drive on the key ring in an attempt to return them, she finds that they belong to the mystery hot guy named Logan, and he offers the trip of a lifetime to return them to him in another country. Deciding to go on a whim, Chloe agrees, and off starts her whirlwind adventure. After delivering the keys, the pair starts to build a friendship while also fighting the attraction between them. While nothing is going right in Logan’s professional life, he decides to give his personal one a chance and take a risk with Chloe. But when Chloe misinterprets something, which is really just a ploy to run before she gets hurt, we wonder if the pair will make their way back to each other. I really loved both characters in this storyline, because we see growth in both a professional and personal capacity. This was my first read from Mia but won’t be my last, as this was an enjoyable storyline and great characters!

This is the first book that I have read from this author and I really enjoyed it. Chloe and Logan were such a great couple. They first meet in a ride share and that was just the beginning of their adventure together. Logan lost his flash drive while in her car as she was driving him the airport and Chloe ends up traveling to get it back to him so he can do his presentation. This chance meeting of two very different people will turn into something that they didn’t realize that they needed. If you are looking for a quick read that has laughs, romance and heat then this is the book for you.
I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
Chloe and Logan meet in a ride share. He is quiet and focused. She is unsure and timid. This is a sweet and steamy love story. As Chloe takes a leap of faith she has to learn to give up her hangups and insecurities and admit that someone can love her just the way she is. Logan is fighting the demons of his past and a hostile takeover in the present. The author takes us on a sweet ride through this tale as two people who seem so different find common ground. The supporting cast (her sisters) are a fun addition to the drama. You will very pleased with the happy outcome.
Lust rather than Love 3.5*.
I loved the humour in this book, especially in the online chat between the H and h and with the three sisters but I was disappointed that safe sex wasn’t practised (pregnancy is not the only risk) and I didn’t understand why a stranger was tasked to bring the H his thumb drive rather than his assistant or an employee. Each chapter is told from alternate POV but whilst their individual insecurities came across well, I didn’t really feel any emotional connection between the two of them.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Driving Me Wild by Mia Carter a five-star read that would drive you round the world. This was such a good story, its one that you do need to drop reality for, Billionaire in a rideshare…. But do you know what I didn’t care, it was sweet and funny and honest in a surreal manner, honest in an emotional sense. I am excited to find a new author and will be looking out for more in the future. There was a realness to Chloe, an honesty that took my breath away, the description of her and her comic was so clear that I could see Chloe and her comic strip in my mind, imagining I was in the tower awaiting my Knight in White Satin. Talking of Knights Logan Weiss is everything a knight should be and so much more, he has his hidden vulnerabilities, in more than just his software. This is an easy read, that you would be sorry to miss.
