He goes on the Alpha dating sight and is matched with Isa, human, CEO of fVitale Global, her own security firm. The same firm that has been calling Locke, which he has been ignoring. Nicely done!
Alpha Mine: Linnea and Brandon were in love but struggled with their union. They didn’t fully communicate spending a lot of time in their own heads. Brandon was encouraged by not taking Linnea for granted. Linnea was encouraged by going after what she wanted. Their story was short but they learned a lot of lessons during that short period of time. Nice story. It was good hearing Brandon’s story. Will he go into Oncology? Will he mate with Linnea? Can Linnea accept herself and open her heart to Brandon?
Burn For You: Keaton is a widower Alpha dragon struggling to communicate with his daughter. He sent her to private shifter school and thinks all is well since she hasn’t communicated with him. Is Kendra ready to open her heart and start living again?
This is a great boxset. Each story is well written with lots of emotion. Here are my reviews for each story:
Makeshift Mate (4)
Two Alphas meet from different worlds. One the CEO of a successful company, the other is the leader of the local Werewolf pack.
Both are workaholics and neglect their lives outside of work.
At first there’s instant attraction between the two but things soon go sour. Isabella ends up going toe to toe with Locke. Showing him she is every bit an Alpha in her own right. Locke is intrigued by her but Isabella wants nothing to do with him…or so she said. Locke’s determined to make her see they belong together. The question is how to go about doing that?
I enjoyed reading Makeshift Mate. It was a story about finding balance, forgiveness and second chances. Locke and Isabella are a great match. They helped each other to realize that life outside of work is just as important, if not more. I loved the relationship between Isabella and Locke ‘s daughter Sara. Finding in each other something they both longed to have, Sara a mother and Isabella a child. It was wonderful to see Locke, Isabella and Sara not only grow as individuals but a family as well.
Alpha Mine (4)
Brandon and Lin’s story is about loss, overcoming fears, forgiveness and healing. It was easy to relate to the two and it wasn’t long before I was completely invested in there tale. I really enjoyed going on this journey with them.
Burn For You (4)
Keaton and Wren’s story pulled at my heartstrings. I definitely needed a few tissues.
I loved how much Keaton adored his daughter and Wren. The way their little family comes together just warms the heart.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This book is about Locke Winfield that needs a mate not just any mate his true mate as soon as he can. Locke goes to a online mating site to find his mate for him and his preteen daughter . Locke is paired up with Isa Vitale a CEO that is a workaholic. Isa is trying to find her a mate too but she is trying to keep away from Locke by saying no to him. Now is the time to buy the book to find out what happens to them. I will be buying more books from this author.
A very good set of stories that I was not putting down until I finished reading the set. The stories are Makeshift Mate, Alpha Mine, Burn For You, and Whisk’er Away. This for four stories is a very quick set to read. I enjoyed reading them all. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Meet Your Alpha seeks to find the perfect mate. In each of the novels, couples don’t always find the road to happiness without bumps. However, I enjoyed the chemistry between the main characters and was drawn into their world. I recommend this boxset.

Makeshift Mate –
Alpha Mine –
Burn for You – Keaton lost his mate 5 years ago and thought boarding school was the best place for his young daughter. Boy, was he wrong!! Being a single parent is even harder than being an Alpha. When his daughter is expelled, he meets the guidance counselor Wren and his dragon takes notice. His clan sets him and his daughter up on a cruise…a singles cruise. Wren thought that she could learn more about shifters by going on a cruise with a bunch of them, never expecting to find Keaton and his daughter on the ship with her.
This trio is really awesome. Jinx is wonderful and I hope that we get the chance to know more about her. Keaton and Wren are amazing together. Can’t wait to see what comes next for this series!
Whisk’er Away – Leo is super busy getting ready to take over both his father’s company and the pack. His mother is pushing her grandbaby wishes on her son and dad meddles in business. Kendra is mourning the loss of her husband, its been a year and everyone thinks she should be over it. Both decide a vacation cruise is just what they need. Kendra was awesome and I loved her little sister! I was shocked at the ending, and someone gets what they deserve for sure.

What a wonderful collection of stories! I enjoyed each and every one of them.
* Makeshift Mate (5 stars): Locke is the Alpha of his pack and so busy all the time that he doesn’t realize how much his young daughter needs. His pack finally steps in and forces him to face how bad of a dad he really is. When he signs up for Alpha Singles, his thoughts are to find a mom for his daughter (so he can carry on with being Alpha) and (maybe) a mate for him. Isa is human and is tired of being alone. She signed up for Alpha Singles ages ago but has had no luck…until she gets matched with Locke. Could he be the future she’s looking for? Or will she just be a convenient mom for Locke’s daughter? I completely recommend you read for yourself and find out.
I really enjoyed this first book in the new Alpha Singles series. It was fun and interesting and had very likeable characters. And while each book is a stand-alone, I think you should read the prologue to the series, How To Meet Your Alpha: Alpha Singles, Cruising with Alphas (https://www.amazon.com/How-Meet-Your-Alp…) to see how this fun new series began.
* Alpha Mine (4 stars): Very short second-chance story. I enjoyed it…just wish it was longer.
* Burn for You (5 stars): Keaton Lafay has his hands full trying to run his dragon clan and deal with his grief after losing his beloved mate. He sends his daughter, Jinx, to boarding school in order to keep her busy and to help here in the grieving process as well. He thinks he’s doing the best he can for her…but is he really? Wren Michaels, a human, is the counselor at Jinx’s school. She’s trying to help the students in any way she can. When dominant fights and Jinx are brought to her attention, she tries to help settle things…but she feels a bit like a failure when Jinx loses control, shifts, and then expelled from school.
Forced on a cruise by his Beta, Keaton tries to connect with Jinx but he’s at a loss what to do…then he sees the very delectable Wren is also on the cruise, and his dragon roars MINE! Can these three figure things out together? Or will Wren step aside so that Keaton and Jinx can have the time they need to heal? Read for yourself and see.
I loved this story and I’m excited it’s the very in what sounds like a very interesting series. I look forward to reading more books in the Bad Alpha Dad series.
* Whisk’er Away (5 stars): A sweet and spicy story with interesting characters, a few laughs, some tears, and an excellent twist at the end. Loved it!!
I enjoyed reading this box set, it has great storylines. The interaction and chemistry between the characters is wonderful. I received this box set as a FREE ARC copy and I voluntarily leave this review.
Makeshift Mate sweet falling in love story…Wolf style. I love the storytelling in this book, the pacing is just right, no real action, but angsty enough. Isabella is human so she is just like you and me, until she is matched with a werewolf by an online dating sight. This couple has the same problems we have, but he’s so sexy and growly and still slightly flawed, so drool worthy. A great short read.
Alpha Mine is a short story with so much heart. When Meet Your Alpha brings together two estranged almost mates they have to face heir broken hearts. Linnea and Brandon are characters you can really feel for. This tale has all of the elements for a great lunch time read.
Burn for You is heartbreaking, funny, sweet, sexy, and just an overall fun read. Keaton is your typical grumpy alpha widower. He doesn’t know how to communicate with his tween daughter and basically put his personal life on hold since his wife died. Wren is very progressive for a human, a student councilor to shifters she just wants to understand them better. Their meet cute is anything but. When they find themselves on the same cruise it’s game on. Maybe, possibly, hopefully their HEA is coming.
Whisk’er Away is definitely my favorite. Oh, what a heartwarming and hopeful read. I’m glad this story picks up a year after Kendra’s mate’s death. She has taken it hard but at the year mark is ready to get out and spend time with her sister. Pressured by his parents to mate Leo just wants to have some fun. Instant attraction may have brought them together but their courtship makes for a sweet sexy read. Love these characters, love this tale, and the major twist was jaw dropping. Five stars is not enough!
