Cat Davis never meant to have an affair. She certainly didn’t mean to have one with her own husband, lying, cheating rat that he is. Unfortunately, Aaron has Cat wrapped around his little finger, and when he calls, she answers. When Cat meets Blake, a surgical intern with a heart of gold, she is determined to end things with her estranged husband for once and for all, but this only fuels Aaron’s … fuels Aaron’s desire. Aaron wants what he can’t have. And the more Cat denies him, the further he’s willing to go to get it.
As the flames of Aaron’s twisted lust spiral ever higher, Cat needs to find a way to douse them before she’s consumed by the fire, and her relationship with Blake gets burned beyond redemption.
Will Cat be able to fend off Aaron’s attention, or will she succumb to his wicked ways and risk losing Blake forever?

Another amazing story. I absolutely enjoyed listening to this audiobook. It’s really good from start to finish. I wish for more of Blake and Cat. Overall a must listen!!
I have to admit that I am not a fan of cheating and was worried when I first stay listening to this book. Luckily there is enough in there to keep me interested and the ending was perfect. I will still be jumping into the next.
Awkward Infidelity
Awkward Series, Book 3
By: Rachel Rhodes
Narrated by: Katlynn Millions
There is something about this series that just draws me to it. I think the “awkward” is what does it. There is always some aspect of the story that is easy to relate to. This one was extremely entertaining and I found myself wrapped up in the story. We meet Cat. She has been separated from her cheating husband for a year, but secretly meeting him for the past several months. She is dating Blake, the man dreams are made of. Becoming a doctor, handsome, understanding and compassionate, it’s impossible not to love him. So why they draw to her ex? This is where I find things to be so relatable. While not to that extreme, there is always something that draws you back to your first love. But what I love about Rachel Rhodes and her writing is how she has Cat work through her relationships. It’s realistic and you an feel all her emotions. Adding in her family dynamic just made the story that much more enticing. I love this series, and can’t wait to see what awkward situation is next.
Katlynn Millions is amazing, and I love her narrations. She flawlessly brings out each character and gives them personality and inflection to either make us love or hate them. She enhances the stories with her ability to fine tune all the emotions. Loved this one!

Awkward Infidelity
Awkward Series, Book 3
By: Rachel Rhodes
Narrated by: Katlynn Millions
Rachel Rhodes masterfully pens another wonderful book for her amazing “Awkward” series and I enjoyed every word of it. The storylines she created are original and interesting, they grabbed my attention as well as my heart right from the start and held straight to the end. The characters are complex and nicely developed. I liked Cat Davis but hated her weakness for Aaron, her manipulative, cheating ex-husband. I loved her devotion to her mother, I was hoping she would pick up that same devotion to herself. She keeps falling prey to Aaron’s games she is going to lose the best thing that ever happened to her, Blake MD. Blake is one sweet guy and does not deserve to be a pawn in Aaron’s game, Cat does not either but can she find the strength and self-esteem to know what is right for her? I loved how this story played out, loved how Kat started to see the errors of her ways and started to grow as a person. And Blake, all his patience and understanding, he has a huge heart but sometimes there is only so much one’s heart can take before breaking. There is never a dull moment in this wonderful, there is drama, angst, some nice twists and some hot romance. There is a great ending too! Rachel Rhodes thank you for another wonderful story and the emotional rollercoaster ride.
I listened to the Audible edition, Katlynn Millions is a talented narrator and voice performer. She gives each character their own voice and personality, as well as heart and attitude. You can hear how much heart she puts into her work as she projects the emotions of the characters into her performance as well as the drama of the story. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen
Awkward Infidelity (Awkward Series, Book 3) is a blend of heart and humour. I absolutely love this series. Deceit Faith, infidelity, and honesty are all aspects of this audio. This author writes a romance with characters who envelop uncertainty, enviousness, passion, and possesive hold. Diving into Kat’s dilemma begins with ups and downs and smooths out a path of true-heartedness. I loved Cat & Blake together and felt her dilemma in a upset the applecart kind of way. Character’s are compelling and continue to flourish. An engaging twist that is swirling through the tracks will have you smiling. I love how it ended.
I absolutely love how Katlynn Millions narrates this series. A flawless performance that brings more to the narrative. Her intonation is smooth and intoxicating. Her style is organic and brings a realism to it.
Looking forward to listening to the final audio in this series.
Is it considered infidelity when it’s with your estranged, cheating husband? Why does Aaron have a hold over Cat? When he’s close , the fireworks ignite. That’s the only thing they have in common, is their mutual sexual attraction. Cat meets Blake, a surgical intern, they develop a loving relationship. Aaron doesn’t bother her until he learns she is dating Blake. He doesn’t want to let her go. Although he’s living with the woman he cheated with, it’s hard for Cat to refuse his advances. Does she go back to her cheating husband and not file for divorce or does she choose to stay with the level headed, Blake. An issue of self doubt, jealousy, love, possession. Cat has to do some soul searching and heal herself, before she can commit to anyone. Rachel Rhodes, writes about how trust, infidelity, lies and telling truths can harm and heal relationships. Letting go of once was and finding strength with love and a new found family. Katlynn Millions brings this story. to life and does an excellent job portraying each character. giving them their own voice and personality. I was gifted this audio an offered my honest review.
Wow this is an awesome read. I love the series that this read is included in. Kat has quite the decisions to make. As you listen to her story and the hurdles she has to get past really makes you feel for the character. This is a well developed story. I loved the humor and emtions that come out in the character. There is never a dull moment in this read. And the Narrator done. Great job at bringing the different characters out as well. I definitely recommend this read.
