** A Defying Gravity Prequel
If I hadn’t considered Amelia dangerous before, I certainly did now. She wasn’t anything like I had expected. Even after all these years–of living so close to her, of listening to her giggle with my sister in the bedroom next to mine–I hadn’t given much thought to my sister’s best friend. But in the span of one week, everything had changed.Everything.*Falling from … everything had changed.
Everything.
*Falling from Gravity is the Prequel to Defying Gravity (Available July 25).
Falling from Gravity was originally released in the Spring Fling Anthology.

Falling From Gravity was a short novella; a Prequel to Defying Gravity. It was just enough to leave you craving more!
Tobias was ready to get out of town alone, but Amelia somehow convinced him to let her tag along. A week together shouldn’t be a problem, right? Wrong! With both of them trying to fight their feelings, it could be a long week!
This was such a fun, sweet and sexy read! Can’t wait to continue Tobias and Amelia’s story!!
5 Stars!
Falling From Gravity is a prequel to K.K. Allen’s book Defying Gravity. This was my first read by this author, and I’m not disappointed. It completely held my interest from the start, and I couldn’t put it down until the end.
“I hadn’t given much thought to my sister’s best friend. But in the span of one week, everything had changed. Everything.”
Amelia and Tobias have been a part of each other’s lives for years, but they rarely interact with one another. I loved how they became friends and couldn’t resist their attraction. I loved how Amelia motivated Tobias to not give up on his dreams.
“You remind me of a better version of myself, a version I’d forgotten. But you’re good, Amelia. And you should know, I don’t do good well.”
Overall, It was a great introduction to Amelia and Tobias’ story, and it left me wanting more. I loved that we got this short glimpse into their past, and what happened in that week that they had alone together.
Now, I can’t wait to see how their story plays out in Defying Gravity!
Falling From Gravity is a prequel to K.K. Allen’s newest release Defying Gravity. This novella should be read before diving into Defying Gravity. This novella is told in both Amelia and Tobias’s point of view. Believe me when I say, you don’t want to miss out on this sexy camping excursion between a woman and her best friend’s older brother.
About Falling From Gravity,
Years ago Tobias received some news that shook him to the core and changed his whole perspective on life and what truly matters. Betrayal is a cold hearted bitch, and because of the lies he’s become a loner. Forget basketball and NBA dreams, this man has much bigger issues on his plate to worry about.
Amelia has only had one dream on her mind, and that’s to become a member of the Lion’s Dance Squad in the NBA. But because she’s on the cuff of turning eighteen, they still view her as too young to try out. With her dreams crushed for the time being she does what any girl with a broken heart would do, She dances.
With two broken hearts and two broken dreams, and the fact that her family and best friend forgot about her eighteenth birthday, Amelia and Tobias head off to Big Sur for a camping excursion.
My Thoughts:
This is the first time I’ve had the chance to experience the wonderful world of K.K. Allen’s writing. I have to say, I was addicted from the start. This author has a way of pulling people in from the start and adding little hopeful touches that keep the intrigue going. And intrigued, I was.
I loved this small glimpse into Tobias and Amelia’s world. It was fun with endless banter and a chemistry that is so unlike anything I could even begin to expect.
Overall, I was swept away on this short journey.. It left me not only wanting more, but absolutely needing so much more.

Great prequel to Amelia and Tobias’ story So good. Happy I could go right into Defying Gravity
A great short prequel story that will interlude the story of Amelia and Tobias to Defying Gravity. Lots of emotions that will take you by storm and leave you wondering how the story will go next. Can’t wait to see how it goes…
Amelia has always had a crush on Tobias but never followed through with anything since he was her best friends brother. He was always gone for a long while and then return to town without any explanation. She’s still chasing her dreams and tries to make them true. But one week together will change everything… Will it be enough for both to realise there might be something more than friendship between them?…
