They’ve always hated each other…so how could they ever fall in love?
Between raising her smart, sassy daughter and starting her own architecture firm, the last thing on Abby’s mind is a relationship. Especially one with the immature owner of the local pub, who’s hired her to design his expansion. Braden doesn’t take anything seriously, and he doesn’t seem to remember that he broke Abby’s heart a … broke Abby’s heart a long time ago.
Which is totally fine. Abby doesn’t care anyway.
Much.
Except no matter how she fights it, Braden’s easygoing smile, and fun-loving ways get under her skin. And when you add in a fill-in-father pie-eating contest, an oh-so-romantic fireworks show, and a too-smart-for-her-own-good ten year old teaming up with the town’s meddling matchmakers, these two just might get their second chance at love.
FALLING FOR THE WRONG GUY is the fun and flirty fourth book in the LOVE IN HOLIDAY JUNCTION series of standalone romances. If you love small town love stories with strong heroines, swoony heroes, and a quirky cast of characters, download today!

Abby is an architect and a single mom who is hired to expand a local pub called the Shamrock. The Shamrock is owned by Braden. He loves his job and the fun atmosphere of the bar and feels Abby is too stiff and complicated for him. But Abby’s daughter teams up with the town’s matchmakers to out them together. Great ending.
Braden and Abby had pretty much been enemies through school, although some of the misunderstandings had been promoted by others. This is their chance to see what the journey might hold for them. A really sweet romance.
The great plot was well written and the characters were so well developed that as I turned each page the chemistry between the characters kept me totally hooked until the very last page!

Opposites attract, and Holidays are fun days
This adorable opposites attract romance takes us back to Holiday Junction. I really wish this was a real town. This was another cute story taking place in a small charming town that I think I’d like to move to. Braden and Abby are sparking right from the start. She’s focused, he’s laid back. They don’t get along, but with the help of Abby’s matchmaking daughter, they start to see one another with new eyes and realize that each is what the other has been looking for. The book is fun, you will enjoy it.

Tami Franklin is a new-to-me author and I have been blown away with this series. I loved this book! Sweet, fun and oh so romantic! The perfect Sunday (or any other day) and summer read. Can’t wait to get my hands on another book by this amazing author. Happy reading!!
This was so cute! My first read from this series and I want to go back and read the others. Sometimes you just want to read a sweet book without all the drama and I highly recommend if that’s what you’re looking for. There were some sad moments but definitely worth the read.
Lovable characters. Clean writing. Hit the spot!

This story is about Joey, Abby and Braden. This is another book in the Holiday Junction series. Abby is a single mother to Joey as her husband Daniel never returned from his last leave in the military. Joey is about 10 years old and hasn’t had a father figure since she was five, but her mother has done wonders with her. Abby is an architect and Braden is a bar owner who has decide (by help of others without him knowing) to hire her for his expanding business. Of course, note that this story is drawn more by Joey, she is the mastermind in the sense of going to the right people for help on getting a man for her mother and a father for her. She happened to choose Branden for that role, of course without them knowing. She manages to have them spend time together so that they can get to know each other as Abbey is no to found of him. This story is one my favorites by far as a kid knows what she wants, and she is hoot. The question is can both Braden and Abby realize this in time for a good connection to happen between them?

Book four in the Love in Holiday Junction series a well written story of enemies to lovers. Take a ten year old Daughter with a mind of her own on what she wants, and neither architect Abigail Harper Joey’s Mother or bar owner of the Shamrock Braden McKenna stand a chance. I found myself laughing at some of the things that happened. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I loved Joey Harper in the last book. She was so funny and mature for her age. I was happy that her mom Abby was getting a second chance at romance. I thought her integrative based architecture company was interesting and it was clear she was very passionate about what she did. It was funny that Abby and Braden had secret crushes on each other high school and never knew it and misunderstandings kept them apart. He was immature and still is somewhat with his teasing with Joey, but he’s grown up and runs a successful bar and wants to venture into beer making with Abby’s help in designing his new expansion. This was a bit of an opposites attract romance since she was smart and he was athletic.
In this latest installment of the Holiday Junction series, the author is able to convey such realistic, humorous interplay between the characters. I’ve read some books lately where the humor just doesn’t work; it falls flat or tries too hard. I enjoyed the funny little moments between Joey and her mom and Joey and Braden. Children often do appear in romances where the characters are a bit older, but I absolutely love how sometimes Joey was actually the viewpoint character. I don’t think I’ve often seen romances do that, and it was very well done here. Joey was a fantastic character, and I love the way that she looked at the world, her approach to it, and how much she cared about her mother. Abby and Braden definitely have chemistry, even at first when they are clearly at odds. I like the way the author slowly revealed their backstory that showed how their somewhat turbulent relationship came to be.
As in all the other Holiday Junction books, the residents of the small town were deeply embroiled in the story between Abby and Braden. Gotta love those Matchmaking Mamas! It certainly adds an undercurrent of fun to this book in particular and the series in general. The way the characters came to understand one another and grow and evolve seemed natural, not forced in any way. One of the elements that I really liked in particular in this story was how Abby was dealing with her grief of losing her husband; it seems so real when she would have little conversations with his photo while she was trying to figure out things. This is definitely a story that delivered all the feels that you want in a romance. I enjoyed seeing a little bit more of Lena and Gage; their story is a particular favorite of mine from this series. The only thing I didn’t like about the story is that it didn’t end with the definite HEA. Yes, it seems like things are heading in that direction, but they’d barely gotten straightened around when the book ended. I like my HEAs! No matter; I still highly recommend this book and the series.
Another great book to the Holiday Junction series. The author once again does a fantastic job developing her characters and pulls you in with her descriptive writing and vividly painted scenes. I loved Abigail and Braden’s characters and watching them come together. I was hooked from start to finish reading their story and would highly recommend this book.

I love all the books set in Holiday Junction and think this may be my favourite of them all
Abigail Harper has moved her daughter Joey and herself to the small town of Holiday Junction hiking it would give them a better life but at the moment all it is causing is stress as she sets up her new architect business. When she meets Braden McKenna the owner of The Shamrock the town watering hole she finds him immature. When she is tasked with renovating the pub they are thrown together and their feelings are complicated So why does the town think they would be perfect together and will the meddling matchmakers get them to rethink their feelings for one another. A sweet fun book that keeps you entertained as you realise that opposites really do attract
This is by far, my favorite of the series so far. Each book can be read as a stand alone, but the whole series is great and should be read.
I loved, loved, loved Abby and Braden. Also, could not help but to fall in love with Joey and Harry. They were super cute and the best of friends. This book was entertaining from the first page and I did not want to put it down. Super strong characters that I fell in love with so quickly. Fantastic description to details that sucked me in making me feel as if I was a part of the story, and engaging dialogue.
Written as a 3rd person, multi pov, with a HFN ending. I hope there will be more to this series.
Would I recommend this book? Absolutely!!
Would I read more from this author? Yes!!

Braden McKenna is my favorite male lead of this series. Ms. Franklin did a great job of developing both lead characters with rich multi-faceted personalities. I fell in love a little bit…okay a lot.

You can’t fall in love with someone you don’t even like. Or can you? Abigail and Braden really don’t like each other. She thinks he’s immature and he thinks she’s uptight. Her daughter has other thoughts and thinks they would be perfect for each other, as do others in the town of Holiday Junction. Will Abigail and Braden each get past their stubbornness, and realize their feelings toward each other could lead to a romance between them and a future together? A fun and entertaining story line, great characters with great chemistry and a joy to read.

Once again Tami Franklin delivers a lighthearted, feel-good story that gave me all the warm fuzzies. I enjoyed my return to Holiday Junction and meeting new and old friends alike. 🙂
I especially had fun with the POV of Holiday Junction’s newest (and probably youngest, so far) matchmaker – so cute! <3
