An interesting plot that is written well. The story moves along nicely and has lots of adventure and mystery to it. The characters are well thought out. It seems that there is more to this story as it doesn’t seem to fully end with this book.

Wonderful start to a new series
What I liked in this story is the amount of mystery and that plot left me guessing who is on the good and bad side and that it was not obvious. The ending left me happy but with a tons of questions and cliffhanger that made me wanting more. My first book about shifters. I avoided these theme for a long time but after reading this one not sure why. The story sucked me in and kept me on my toes till the very end.

The Wizards Daughter is a good start to the series. K. N. Lee has a way with her words that makes you feel that you are in the story or watching from afar. It has mystery, suspense ad oh no you didn’t moments. As you read about Elle and what she living through, you cannot help but feel like you just experienced it yourself. I was drawn into the book immediately. The mystery of what Elle is and if anyone really knows about her, had me on edge. There are wolves, dragons and fae mentioned in this book. Which you will meet 4 wolves and one dragon. I feel like there is more to the story and not all is revealed to Elle. There are other factors that take place and I felt like there is information missing. I don’t think that the wolves and the Dragon are not being completely honest with her and holding some information back/changing it to their advantage. So what will Else choose? Will she listen to her heart and soul or her head? The ending was very questionable for me and I need to see where Elle’s path goes.
