A baker who sees the dead. One too many suitors. And a killer. Living in Honey Hollow can be murder. A laugh out loud standalone cozy mystery by New York Times Bestseller Addison Moore All books in the series can be read individually but are best enjoyed in order. My name is Lottie Lemon, and I see dead people. Okay, so I rarely see dead people, mostly I see furry creatures of the dearly … people, mostly I see furry creatures of the dearly departed variety, aka dead pets, who have come back from the other side to warn me of their previous owner’s impending doom.
It’s the morning of the big all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast and everything that can go wrong has. I’m burning breakfast for the entire town, I’ve run out of syrup, the ghosts from my mother’s B&B have shown up to stage a protest, and my ex has arrived with another woman dripping off his arm. Some days I wish I would have stayed in bed, curled up with my cats. And to make matters worse, I find a body face down in a plate full of my light and fluffy pancakes. The new year is off to a terrifying start at best.
Lottie Lemon has a brand new bakery to tend to, a budding romance with perhaps one too many suitors, and she has the supernatural ability to see dead pets—which are always harbingers for ominous things to come. Throw in the occasional ghost of the human variety, a string of murders, and her insatiable thirst for justice, and you’ll have more chaos than you know what to do with.
Living in the small town of Honey Hollow can be murder.more
Addison Moore has once again brought to life a story full of surprises, mystery and laughs. I just love Lottie and the whole gang. Honey Hollow is a quaint little town that has seen it’s fair share of mystery in recent times and I can’t get enough of it. I look forward to seeing what antics Miss Moore has in store for us and the residents of Honey Hollow next time.
I can’t get enough of these books. They’re great!
Lottie Lemon doesn’t disappoint in this latest book of the Murder In The Mix series. Addison Moore has built Lottie into such a dimensional, honest, down to earth character that you would definitely want as a friend. Her antics are entertaining and her love triangle has created a ‘Twilight Fan’ effect with Team Noah versus Team Everett. (Go Team Everett!) In Pancake Panic Lottie seems to struggle for the first time with her amateur sleuth skills and solving the latest crime. Poor Lottie encounters hurdles in multiple facets of her life and is truly challenged emotionally. I can’t wait to see what unfolds next for Lottie in the books to come!

Oh how I love Lottie and her adventures! I really wish she’d settle on the judge and cut Noah lose. Will this be the book where that happens? You’ll have to read go find out! This time Lottie has a very near and dear ghost helping her solve a murder of a fireman that happened during the pancake fundraiser. Originally Lottie questions whether or not to solve the case but when she finds out that solving the case means her powers grow which lead to visits from her loved ones, she decides to solve the case. With lots of twists and turns and drama in between, you won’t be able to put this one down!

Fantastic read and series! Well written with a great plot and characters. I was engrossed from start to finish. This book has mystery, romance, intrigue and murder. At a pancake breakfast fundraiser Lottie discovers a dead body……but with all the chaos the murderer slips back in unnoticed. Lottie is also still in her love triangle with Noah and Everett. She is also trying to find the killer…..will she succeed? Read to find out. I can’t wait to read the next book! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book from Booksprout.
Such an amazing book. I loved the storyline and how the story flowed. Great book
Murder, romance, comedy, pancakes, pregnancies, ghosts, family, friends, bakery, and Honey Hollow. All of these things make up the next book in the series with Lottie Lemon, Everett, and Noah. When Lottie finds another body she begins her sleuthing skills again to find the murderer, with her friends, family, and ghostly friends helping her along the way. Will she find the killer in time, or will she be the next victim??? Read this awesome Addison Moore book to find out!
I can’t get enough of Lottie Lemon! As always, this has been a fun read, and I can’t wait for the next one!
This time, she gets the help from her someone she doesn’t want to leave, so she tries not to solve this murder. Also, the ghosts that haunt the B&B are on a strike until they learn how to taste all the yummy treats that Lottie makes. Apparently, the new ghosts have the ability to eat now. She still cannot choose between Noah and Everett, and even the ghosts from the other side are itching to see who she chooses. Will she solve this one or just hold on to the ghost that was supposed to help?
This is another great entry in the Murder in the Mix series. Lottie is still torn between her two loves, murder and hijinx still ensue, and it still continues to be entertaining after all this time.
Pancake Panic is just as wonderful as every other book in this series. Lottie Lemon is at it again. This time she is a little reluctant to solve Flip Alexander’s murder. Her helper from the great beyond is none other than her father. She doesn’t want to lose him after the killer is caught. Luckily for her and some of her hungry gohst friends, her powers are growing and she may be able to see her father and who knows who else more often. This book was not as stressful for me. I have gotten so attached to these characters! It was a lighter read and there was not as many life altering aspects in my opinion.
It was definitely a little easier on my heart! I can’t wait to see what the next book brings!
Pancake Panic is the seventeenth book in the Murder in the Mix Mystery series. This series builds on each other so I would suggest reading them in order to get the most out of it, but you could read them as stand alone if you wanted.
Lemon has a gift of seeing dead animal of those who will experience back luck soon, but lately deadly luck.
In this book the murder is at the fire station while having a pancake fundraiser breakfast. And right before the body is found all chaos breaks loose and is the perfect distraction for the muderer to slip off and blend back in with the crowd. The victim was close to Lottie’s father so this time she gets to spend time with her father, which makes her not want to solve the mystery to extend her time with him.
I don’t know what I enjoy more the murder mystery or the love triangle that Lottie found her self in. But one thing is for sure every time I get a new book I can’t wait to jump right in and learn more to the story.
Addison has killed it (pun intended) yet again with Pancake Panic!!!
The Honey Hollow FD hosts a pancake breakfast that abruptly ends in fists and murder. Lottie has to solve this one before a select few spooks shun her, and a couple of beloved ghosts disappear.
The excitement of the ghosts that come back to help Lottie this time will have you SHOOK! The man drama, the food, the humor, and the ending will have you dying!! (Pun)
I love that these can all be read as standalone novels, and as a series.
But, boy oh boy, reading them as a series BLOWS it out of the water!!!
Addicting reads ahead!!!.
Another Lottie Lemon story another murder. This time it is during the Fireman’s Breakfast. This story has more twists and turns then previous stories and it does end in a cliffhanger (fair warning).
I loved the emotional aspects of this story with who the ghost is, the issues that are dealt with and the journey of family relationships that we take with Lottie. Also I like that she is still undecided between her two loves and while I have a favorite man, I just want her to be happy.
Balanced with the emotions is the humor the author added throughout the story. While it might not be as lighthearted as past Lottie stories, it is well balanced to allow the reader room to breathe.
This can be read as a standalone story so if you are starting here you will be fine. I received an ARC via Booksprout and am leaving an honest review. Now, off to make pancakes…
Lottie Lemon is back at it again. Another murder in her small town of Honey Hollow. Will she solve another murder even if that means sending her most loved ghost back to paradise? Will her other friendly (not so friendly) ghosts who haunt the bed & breakfast help her? Will she chose who to give her heart to?! (I’m team Everett) You will have to read to find out. You won’t be dissapointed.
This is another great Murder in the Mix book and has plenty of surprises to keep us guessing. Can Lottie bring herself to catch the killer knowing it will send her favorite ghost yet back to the great beyond? Such a wild ride from beginning to end!

I have to say that Pancake Panic was by far my favorite book of the series, with the emphasis on Lottie’s family and the cliffhanger at the end! While these books are made to have the option to be read individually, it will definitely leave you wanting more.
I am so glad to be back and reading about Lottie and the gang and the antics they get up to this time. There are so many ups and downs in this series that you can not wait to get the next book to read and find out what Lottie and the gang are getting themselves up to this time. As you go along reading this series of books Lottie. Noah, Everette and the rest of the gang start to feel like they are part of the family so you just need to know how things are going. It is like reading a letter from home.
I do know that this book was just as good at the others and I am now sitting here waiting to read the next book in the series as I can’t wait to see what happens next.
If you have not read all of these books then you don’t know what you are missing. They are stand-alone books but you will love the entire series and I suggest that you read them all.

This series is like a cozy mystery and a rom com had a baby. If that peaks your interest this is totally the series for you! Lottie Lemon can see the dead, and happens to stumble upon newly dead bodies more than she would like. Addison spins a world with mystery, murder, humor, and romance that is impossible to put down. You could read each book on their own but I would highly suggest you go back and start at the beginning, to get the whole picture. The Murder in the Mix series quickly stole my heart and has kept me needing more and more, this one even made me make pancakes.

Everyone is eating pancakes when Lottie discovers another dead body! Who is guilty? Read to find out in the latest great addition to the series by Addison!

I just love this series! Lottie Lemon is at it again as she stumbles over a murder at the Firemen’s Breakfast Fundraiser. There are lots of twists and turns. Complicating matters are that, this time, the ghostly presence is her adopted dad. Lottie is reluctant to pursue the murderer as it will limit the time he’s allowed to stay here. The group of ghosts that haunt the Bed & Breakfast her mother owns, are also not helping. They’re mad at Lottie because new ghosts have the ability to eat real food and they don’t. Lottie ends up using her sleuthing abilities and the group of ghosts does help to get the murderer. She’s still torn between the two men in her life that she loves, Noah and Everett. I’m still rooting for her to end up with Everett. All of the books in this series are stand-alone novels, but I really recommend that you read the whole series. There’s just so much detail and background information in them. I know you’ll be as hooked on these books as I am. Addison Moore’s creativity and story-telling continue to make her one of the best Cozy Mystery authors there is.
