I’m surrounded by dragons, and they’re all afraid of me. At the age of nine, I mistakenly touched someone else, giving him excruciating pain. Through that awful experience, I found out that a graze of my fingertips could torment any being with dragon blood. Because I was surrounded by them in my kingdom, my ability labelled me as cursed. And with that, my family lost everything.I promised myself … everything.
I promised myself to never be shunned away again. That I had to be someone important for people to look up to. A crucial vote was coming up and I would do anything to win it. Then I met them. Four hidrae princes, dragon-shifters of the most powerful kind, who were immune to my abilities. Being able to touch someone else was intoxicating. Associating with them was killing my chances of winning the vote, but the princes drew me in—Rylan with his regal demeanor, Micah with his mystery, Kael who threw all care to the winds… and Gaius? Gaius should just fall on his face and die.
Don’t miss this slow-burn reverse harem romance, set in a world of fantasy, dragons and intrigue!

*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.
Book one in the brand new Sera’s Curse series and what an interesting start it is too. We get to meet Sera who does have a power that is seen as a curse. She is shunned in her hometown so when she gets a chance to better herself she jumps at the opportunity. This leads her to the four dragons princes where fireworks fly when her curse does not work on them. Whispers have already started when her secret is exposed and the race to pretty much safe her life ensues. i have to say there is some good world building going on here with all the dragon types and the societal hierarchy stuff. Each prince drew me in with their different personalities and thoughts. The interactions had me giggling and I am really looking forward to where this story may be heading since a secret is still hidden I just know it. If you enjoy a great paranormal reverse harem romance novel with dragons none the less then I highly recommend this book to you. I really enjoyed it so I give it 4/5 stars.
I absolutely adored this book. This author is amazing at world-building (which is something I greatly admire and believe should be pointed out more often because it isn’t easy to do) and I was completely drawn into the story. She had me laughing one minute and crying the next. It was awesome. My full review is on my blog, if you’re interested 🙂 http://www.alatedbibliophile.com
Conflicted Dragons
I love her;
I love her still,
but I can’t be with her.
Sera is cursed to afflict all dragons except her 4 royal boyfriends. They find her enchanting until worry over rumors tear away their trust. They are hundreds of years old. She is merely 19, but she handles their rejection with more dignity. In some ways, this is a sad little story. You must read the other installments (3 more) to see if Sera’s faith in her dragons is fulfilled. I loved being with these people. It’s a story that will stay with you.
4 stars for printing errors, which I will be reporting. It’s too good of a story to be plagued by it’s errors.

The first book was great. I really got into it. The curse was a nice twist and played well with the story. I was turning so pages so quickly that the pages were getting stuck in the middle of my screen.
The second book started out well and I think had a great continuation from the first but somewhere in it got muddled. I had hoped that the third would bring it back around as some do. By the fourth book and death, I was not as into the series as the first book had led me to be. The ending was nice if not a little sad and then anti-climatic.
All in all, it was a passible series I think it had interesting points. I think it just lost something in the second book and never found it again.
