Enjoyed it
Of all the “Laurent and Maggie” French mysteries this is one of the best.
Can’t get enough of these characters and tge South of France,
I have read in this Maggie Newberry mystery series and have enjoyed them all. Maggie usually seems do do something ‘stupid’ which gets her in hot water so thee’s always excitement and her family and friends are wonderful characters.
This book is suspenseful right to the very end.
I found it hard to distinguish characters….confusing at times.
Nice at building atmosphere.
Love this series.
Love French settings for this series and Kiernan-Lewis always weaves an interesting story.
