Interesting, contemporary story of two sisters as they transform a dilapidated beach house into an inn. First in a series of three books, best read in order.
I do not want this series to end!
It was a pleasant enough story. A little too long and dragged along a bit. I guess I just expected more. The details pretty much tells the whole story.
I have had great difficulty getting into this book. Seems to drag. I always commit to completing every book that I start but this may be the first.
I liked that it brought in some history to the romantic story.
Pulling together to reach goals does bind family together. I can get lost in tales of overcoming challenges and the emotions surrounding the effort.
I enjoyed this first book, and learning the characters. It was a good plot and the main character was a good person. Makes you want to see what happens next.
A breezy little book to read if you want to just relax and enjoy.
Ivy Bay Marin is a fun, strong, highly capable woman. I’d hang out with her!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was just what I needed, something light, easy to read, & set in an area of the country that I think would be a fun place to live. The fact that it’s a bit hokey was something I was prepared for, & in this stressful year was sort of needed.
Very good read
Wonderfully written series. Loved Seabreeze Inn, the first book in the Series. I promptly bought the second and third, and read all three in two days. I’ve already preordered Book 4. Relatable characters and situations, along with a lovely mystery. Can’t wait to read Book 4!
Endearing characters and interesting plot twist created a story that I couldn’t put down.
it was a fun summer read.
it was ok but unrealistic
