He’s determined to claim her.Rachel is too busy working to support her brother and her helpless mother to worry about the aliens taking over Earth – until she breaks one of their rules and finds herself imprisoned on a spaceship with a group of other human females. Determined to find a way to escape and return home, her overwhelming attraction to one of the massive … of the massive horned warriors is an unwanted distraction, no matter how strong the bond between them.
Commander T’chok knows that intimate contact with the potential Breeders is forbidden, but never has he met a female who stirs his blood like Rachel. With her propensity for trouble, she needs a strong mate to protect her, care for her – and provide her with a firm, guiding hand.
Can Rachel escape her prison and the alien warrior who is determined to claim her? Or will T’chok do whatever it takes to keep her?
Each book in the Alien Invasion series can be read as a standalone romance. This sweet and steamy HEA is intended for adult readers and contains scenes that may disturb some readers.

An old soldier goes home at last
T’Chok has been a Yehrin warrior since childhood’s end. He’s seen war on planet after planet, and six times attempted a breeding contract with a female of the conquered race – with no success. Resigned to a life of battle, his best hope is that he will die an honorable warrior’s death. But a home? A female? A family? Those he will never have. Then along comes Rachel, the most maddeningly, persistently defiant young woman Earth ever produced – and T’chok ends up chucking it all – career, honor, rank – in favor of the minx who loves to submit to his dominant desires, while she breaks every rule the Yehrin have imposed on humans. This fugitive pair has a steamy love story and a happy ending, but not like you might think! It’s great entertainment, but don’t leave this book where the kiddos might find it!
Loved every minute of this book. As usual, Honey Philips has spirited me away on an amazing ride with wonderful characters and a world I loved reading about. Highly recommend.
This is a nice story with some steam and a HEA. There are some things in this book that some readers might not like, the main one being the relationship between Rachel and T’chock is along the lines of a Daddy/little relationship. I really enjoyed this story and there’s enough going on to maintain my interest, the author has done a good job of sharing her world and its characters.

The next chapter in the Alien Invasion series is the story about Rachel trying to care for her younger brother. She gets caught out after curfew trying to get his meds refilled, and it’s off to confinement for her. T’chok falls in love at first sight, but the rigidness of the Yehrin system causes problems for them from the start. Rachel desperately needs to get back to her brother, and she is determined to make that happen.
Most of the story is a sweet tale, but I had some problems with their relationship. I am not a fan of the Daddy/little girl dynamic between two adults in any tale, but that is just me. I know there are others who will enjoy it.
fun read
*WARNING* contains explicit sexual situations and violence
T’chok was sent to the breeder ship to clean up. T’chok did not expect to find his female in that group of breeders.
Rachel has never been a child. Rachel has grown taking care of her brother because her mother is worthless. Rachel new about the aliens, new she wasn’t allowed on the roads after dark because of the curfew, but her brother needed that inhaler and her mother didn’t get it like she said she would.
Phillips has not written a book that I haven’t liked. I read the first book in this series too and these can be read as stand alones even though prior characters are mentioned. I really like these aliens. Most of thus race tries to be honorable. This is a great story because this alien gets more than what he signed up for and willingly accepts with no questions asked. The characters are likable. The story is interesting and enjoyable. It’s well written and entertaining. RECOMMENDED
Once you start, you can’t put it down! Rachel and T’chok start off a little rough but their story builds up quickly. Rachel’s backstory is tragic, but she continues to show and share her strength with the other captive females. T’chok shows up and is just an honorable dude who falls into his feelings with the “stinky one”. Her continual quest to get back to her brother borders on foolhardy but it really makes you wonder what you would do in a similar situation. The story is addictive and builds from a strong start through so much action and story depth that it’s impossible to put down!
The second book in the Alien Invasion and the series just gets better with each book, I know I want to read the next one. This is a series when it is finished I will be reading again. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I’ve been waiting for this story since T’chok was brought into book one. He’s everything I vote for in an alien invader…..and if there are any aliens reading this…..pick me next!! I mean don’t get me wrong, not like I wouldn’t miss Earth but really…….it wouldnt be a great hardship if I got one like him, lol.
Rachel just wanted to escape and save her little brother…..who’s more like her son since her mom is anything but loving and caring. I couldn’t fault her for trying to escape and she’s by no means a wimp…..this one has some guts and determination that’s for sure!
Can a human woman who’s determined that no matter what she’s escaping and a stubborn alien who wants her for his own have any kind of relationship? Will he be able to wait til he can claim his human?
This one kept me lost in the story til the end……and I’m already antsy for more. I’m one of those readers…..is it out yet??? Lol, it’s probably a good thing we can’t nag in person, I’d probably have a restraining order, hahahaha!
But really, I love this series and hope we get more and more and more!!
*squeel!
I love happy endings.
Rachel has got to be one of my favorites.
She made everyone, especially T’chok work for her trust. She was so brave, stubborn and oh so perfect for T’chok. Then their dynamic…ooooh that was HOT. I would highly recommend this book.
I can NOT wait for Sarah’s book.
Happy reading!

Rachel
I was told to be accommodating. I didn’t bathe. Didn’t wash my hair. Didn’t eat. Wouldn’t change my clothes. I needed to get back home to my little brother. There was no one there to take care of him.
I was doing fine until he walked in. The new Commander. I couldn’t take my eyes off of him. For the first time in my life, I was affected by the sight of a man/male.
T’chok
My commander’s L’chka asked that he take care of the women who had been picked up for violating curfew. When he went to introduce himself and to check on them, he saw her. The dirtiest little thing he had ever seen. She was his.
Honey Phillips has done it again. HEA and no cheating. I loved this book. I couldn’t put it down!

Love this book. As with most of Ms. Phillips books, her aliens look like aliens (never going to pass for human!) which is great. She packs plenty of action, adventure and steam in her books and Alien Prisoner is no exception. Great characters and a fast pace story line keep the pages turning till the last page. Enjoy!
Fine new book in the Alien Invasion series!
I love Rachel! She has been taking care of others since she was nine years old. It’s really nice to let someone else take care of her. What a creative, impetuous, and brave young woman! When she decides to do something, she lets nothing stand in her way – not even common sense. Watching her relationship with T’chok, her Yehrin guard/caretaker/mate, develop is quite a lesson in social dynamics. He’s a bit rough for my taste, but his devotion to R’chel is undeniable.
Because she was out past curfew getting medicine for her little brother, Rachel now finds herself a prisoner of the aliens occupying earth. Determined to escape to get back to care for her brother, Rachel takes some rather unorthodox measures. Refusing to eat and not showering are at the top of her list! In walks commander T’chok. One glance at Rachel and he’s not just smitten, he thinks he’s met his mate! This leads to a very significant clean up of his beloved and moving the humans earth side from the ship. Rachel, along with a few new friends, comes up with a brilliant escape plan. Thus enters some major action in Alien Prisoner. And the chase is on. T’chok is beside himself. Will he find his mate unharmed? Will he get in trouble with his superiors for violating their rules on waiting? Will Rachel be able to find her brother?
Alien Prisoner had everything: hot alpha alien male, desperate earth woman, bad guys, adventure, and some very steamy times with T’chok! Great addition to the Alien Invasion series! I love Honey Phillips! 4.5 stars
Five AH-mazing Stars!
From start to finish, I was enthralled with Rachel and T’chok. I love the dynamic of their relationship! The way the author built this story up and brought it to life was like watching a movie play out. I couldn’t put it down. This story was too good to stop!

I gave this second book in the series a try after Alien Conquest, because of this author’s previous work. This book was even harder to get through and I ended up skimming over many pages. The sex scenes seemed gratuitous and overwhelming within this books length. The Daddy/little girl dynamic and anal scenes really turned me off. Especially since the female lead was just 18 yrs old and sexually inexperienced to begin with.
Again, this book took me longer than usual to complete and I kept looking for it to end. Unfortunately, this will be the last in this series.
I read this via Kindle Unlimited and am glad I didn’t spend any $$ on it and wish I could get my time back. 🙁
