Though she wasn’t looking for romance when she fled Earth to escape its tyrannical government, Charlotte Calder ended up as the mate of four handsome aliens. But will the conflict which is tearing their world apart end up costing Charlotte her chance at happiness, or even her freedom?

This was my first time reading a book in this series, and oh wow! I’m definitely going back to read the other 3 and any others that the author will write. This book was full of chemistry, steam, emotions, and strong Alphas. …definitely my kind of book.

A realistic story about a relationship that encounters the highs and lows that love is famous for, no matter how hot their feelings run. Though the story proves a lot of steamy details, it also touches on the vulnerability that lovers feel about each other. I couldn’t put it down.

When I started reading I couldn’t put it down.Sassa Daniels is magnifysent and amazing writer.I cannot wait to read more of there books.Keep up the great work. You should definitely read this book. Can’t wait for the next book.
OK, this overall was not a bad book, but there are several elements that I didn’t like. The story starts really abruptly, in fact in the first 2 pages we are told that the alien heroes meet the heroin and decide to take her to their ship because she is badass, and then they had feelings for her and decide to mate her. I felt that there was a whole story missing behind their first encounter, not just a couple pages… Then, the story goes on really fast and sometimes in an unconnected and incoherent way, lacking information. Seriously, when they arrived at least at their planet, I thought that it was the end of the book. Then, I checked and had reached just 50%. However, that was the point, where the story got interesting and started making sense, with a nice flow and detailed, well-thought plot till the end. The book was action-packed, full of suspense, drama, steamy scenes, and fast-paced. Though I found the heroine really annoying when she rejected them and tried to make them leave. She did deserve every bit of punishment her mates gave her due to her behavior. I believe that If the book had a better flow at the beginning with more details, it would get 5 stars, because indeed it had potential.

This was a well-written, dark romance, and a book 4 in the Brides of Taar-Breck Series by Sassa Daniels. This story was intriguing story and iit had some very well-thought out scenes and plots. These characters have very strong wills and personalities and she is in a constant emotional upheaval but is accepting of her fate and is willing to learn her new world aftermany trials. He is different than I originally thought he was going to be. This wonderful story and it has some interesting aspects to it.

Sometimes you have to almost lose love to know what you have and how precious it is. Trust, understanding and love, as well as knowing all the nuances of the society that she was to become a part of nearly tore them apart. Learning to submit to be truly set free to love her mates is the journey that she must now take to become stronger than ever. Her mates realized almost too late that their assumptions and indulgence of her caused almost as much harm that needed to be addressed, so they could move on. Good read.

I’m not 100% sure how I feel about this one. It was good, don’t get me wrong, and very steamy. I’m just not totally sure how Lottie realistically thought her plan would work out. Was she truly that insecure that she thought her unfounded accusations wouldn’t affect them? Or that they wouldn’t care? Also, with her friends and her friends’ mates involved, how did she really expect to get away with it? Honestly it makes me wonder if perhaps she was injured.
The four men’s reaction I kind of get, but, at the same time, Lottie just came out of a 3 month long coma! At least have her head checked up on! Like Lottie wasn’t held for observation or anything really, it was awake and start the plan, which naturally led to the consequences.

After months Charlotte wakes but wants nothing to do with her mates so as to protect them from who is after her. Her mates don’t believe her and after being kidnapped they pull together to get her back. Plenty of adventure, action, treachery and love. Will Charlotte ever make up to her guys for betraying them? Fast paced and steamy with discipline. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This story can be read as a standalone but I believe you will definitely have a much better idea of whats going on if you have read the first books. Lottie needs to leave Earth as soon as possible at anytime she could be arrested for her activities she is incredibly attracted to 4 brothers Bylanthian’s who want to claim her. she agrees to their claim and leaves Earth. She is very happy with her new males and they adore her. However when an explosion almost kills her leaving her scarred she believes she is holding them back and lies to escape their bond. By doing the is she has shames them and they must earn back the respect of their people as they are the leaders. Lottie must endure punishments some of them cruel. Can she earn her status at their side back and remove the lave collar they have given her? This is a dark read make no mistake if you have triggers this is not or you however. If you enjoy the darker side of alien domination this is a story you will enjoy.
This is the forth story in the series Brides of Taar-Breck. You don’t have to read the first three stories to understand this one, but being that some of the characters from the previous books are in this one, and of course the whole story about how Earth is would be better understood. This book can be read as a stand alone without the others, but it is an awesome story. Looking forward to more.
I did enjoy the story even though I haven’t read the first three stories. It might have been better. I enjoyed the characters, I liked how they dealt with adversity and how they overcame it. I like women to stand up for themselves and are not weak, even if they may submit in the bedroom. I like men to know how to treat a woman good inside the bedroom and respect them outside.
This story starts with Charlotte already in a relationship with the four brothers. Apparently they have been together for some time, it must have started in the previous story. Jax is the eldest and has been raised to take over the Bylanthians kingdom after his father passes away. Then you have the twins Marc and Ren. Marc is always serious and in charge of security. Ren is always the happy go lucky one. Always with a smile on his face. Last is Daen, the baby. He is the medic of the family, ship and kingdom. He is also very in touch with his feelings and is the more sensitive one, not a warrior. There has been a battle over Bylanthia since their father died.
Charlotte was assisting them with some negotiations when she smells the chemicals of a bomb. Unfortunately, it wasn’t fast enough. She was caught in it. She ends up in a coma on Taar-Breck for three months. Her mates stayed there with her, but only Jax can stand to be around her. They all feel so helpless and they are coming to the conclusion that they may need to leave her and find another mate, when she comes out of her coma. She awakes and when she learns that the guys stayed with her instead of leading the battle for their world/kingdom, she decides to seek asylum to get away from them. When Daen goes to talk to her about it, she screams at him and tells him she never wants to see him again. She goes through the trial for asylum, when she realizes that by doing so makes her guys look really bad. When they give her truth serum it all comes out. They were allowed to claim her as a prisoner and take her back to their planet after they won the war. Because of her ruining their reputation with false claims, she isn’t well liked on their planet. For the guys to formally claim her, she is going to have to really show submission. Daen doesn’t want to have anything to do with her. This could cause a huge rift. The brothers have to all stand together. When someone decides to kidnap Charlotte and sell her as a slave, the guys stand together.

A Warrior woman and her Royal Mates
by sewsummore
Charlotte was a human woman mated to four alien Princes. When life on Earth became too dangerous her father organised for her to travel with the Bylanthian Warrior Jax Brant away from Earth. Jax was the heir to the throne but had been ousted by rebel forces. He was impressed with Charlotte and before long she found herself mated to him and his three brothers. Their’s was an unusual relationship because most Bylanthian women were submissive to their men. Jax and his brothers treated her as a warrior at the same time punishing her when she needed it. I loved the romance of this story and the care her men lavished on Charlotte. Their’s was a male dominated society and when she flouted the rules she had to pay the price for her disloyalty.

Sassa Daniels is a new author to me, and holy water buffalo, she knows how to melt my Kindle’s megabytes.
This is technically a standalone, but I think I would have gotten more out of it knowing something about the Taar-Breck universe and characters from those previous entries, who also make their appearances here.
The story started out…oddly, perhaps, with the prologue setting up the reverse mating couple, which seems a little rushed, but within a chapter or two I was all in with the story. It’s very hot as well as emotionally affecting, and I felt Lottie’s fear, desire and longing.
I sort of wish there had been more description, and I never really got a sense what the Bylanthians looked like (other than the purple man-gear), but that’s not much of a failing since I can just mentally green-screen a 7 foot Keanu Reeves that spanks.
Can’t wait to read the Taar-Breck backlist, as well as any new material the author puts out.
