Rebel Vampires: Complete Vampire Romance Series

This boxset will have you on the edge of your seat the entire time! If you are not familiar with Ms. Johns way of writing be prepared to be delighted! She creates her own worlds of vampires that leaves you weeping yet exhilarated! These are not in any way like other vampire stories…it reminds me of Anne Rice’s Lestat! Light is his name and you will NEVER forget him! I love British writing and world! Do I think this is the last we will hear of this character?! I believe she will hopefully write more about Light at some point in the future..when he will knock on her door once again to re-introduce himself and start pondering the workings of the world in today’s society calling out to the rest to not conform…be your own hero!
Blood Dragons
This is the story of Light and his Kathy…his true love that saved him from the darkness. The book starts out with her suffering from dementia. Light is still true to their once-in-a-lifetime love no matter the consequences. He writes to her their story! He writes about before he met her and his time with Ruby. He writes about the love and passion she invokes from him. He writes about what affects her in her last days…his hopes, his dreams, and most of all how he will fight to stay true to her. The book evokes many emotions from the reader. Ms. Johns once again displays her in-depth writing through Light’s POV. Her writing resembles that of Anne Rice’s Lestat series. He is a very profound observer of life, that has lived in darkness and light. He loves and feels deeply…yet he conforms to nobody’s desires except his true love’s. It is a delightful and insightful character analogy that will leave you expressing many emotions. You will want to start reading this book right away to lose yourself into Light’s world!
Blood Shackles
This book is the second installment of the series. It will bring out deep emotions within the reader as we read about Light’s excursion as a S.L.A.V.E. It is horrifying yet enlightening what he experiences. It is like we are the ones suffering through everything instead of him. The look into his psyche is brilliant and expounds more realistic than any other book I have read. Ms. Johns continues to write with her one-of-a-kind brilliant perspective and insight! I could not put this book down until the end. Light is one of my new favorite fictional book characters!
Blood Renegades
This final book in Light’s journey brings us even further into his world! The book is definitely more involved than the first two. Ms. Johns keeps us on the edge of our seats not knowing what will transpire next! Family is the most single important thing to Light and he will display that between the pages of this third book! Light continues to love deeply, receive endless new tortures, stays above the rest of the evil ones in the book, and will continue to fulfill your darkest fantasies with his unorthodox view of life! He is a refreshing character we all need to stray away from the “typical vampire story”! He will delight you to the end! I cannot give too much away because I do not want to give out any spoilers! Just leave it to say that you should buy these books and be prepared to be immersed in a whole other world and you will love it!

This is a very intense and thrilling series. We follow Light through his love of Ruby, Kathy, Grayse, and Sun, and the trials and tribulations of both his lives. As well as the building of his family. This is a set worth reading.

An amazing box set. Buckle your seat belts and prepare for a bumpy ride as we go trough the emotional roller coaster with Light the Blood Lifer. For those he loves he will do anything to protect them no matter the cost to him and he is quite the rebel. There is a lot of love, passion, blood lifers, monsters, mystery and death.
