I love how this story comes to a close. With the twist of Young still being alive, you really see the triangle between him, Charlotte, and his brother, Minseo. The twist on a typical Camelot story in which Merlin is a woman is so intriguing and the growth of magic n Charlotte’s daughter draws the reader in. Great job.
This book is the best of the trilogy. It follows from book two seamlessly and is well developed and well written. The characters all have individual personalities and the character dynamics continue to develop and evolve through the book. The story is action packed and full of twists and turns. It had suspense, intrigue, emotion, hot chemistry and romance. It is an excellent conclusion to the trilogy. I’d highly recommend this book!!
I received an arc for a voluntary review.
Book 3 of the kingdom cold series was not what I was expecting. Betrayed by the the one you love is never easy. There were parts of the story that killed me I was not expecting it to take the turns it did while I was hoping for a different ending I’m glad it still had a happy one. This story was worth the read and I’m glad I was able to read it Charlotte, Young and Minseo all fought for love in their own way while fighting outside battles
This series was such a fun read. I really enjoyed it. I enjoyed the characters and the story line, and the authors writing was fascinating!
This is a fantastic read that captured me right from the first page. This is an epic story that is fast paced and full of action that had me on the edge of my seat. The Characters are very well developed. This is definitely a must read.

This is one of those instances where I get to be excited because I got to watch a new author go from pretty good to fantastic in the course of 3 books. And I’m so pleased to have decided to follow that!
I was going to lay out the storyline up to now for everyone reading this, just to let you all know where we are in the saga. However, it has occurred to me that you may be jumping the gun and reading this before reading books 1&2. So, rather than ruin the whole thing for anyone, I’m going to be wonderfully vague, you know, just to drive y’all nuts.
In Kingdom Cold we have been given a completely topsy turvy version of King Arthur and his court at Camelot. That is the first thing I loved about this series. The second thing was the development of the storyline, the world building and the character development that took place over the course of the 3 books. I love watching a story unfold, keeping me on the edge of my seat, wondering who will live, who will die, who will be good, who will be evil, who will capture my heart and who will make me want to beat them to a pulp. To me, only a truly good storyteller can make me feel all those things, genuinely. And boy did I feel them here!
Often a new writer will struggle with the first book. I always try to go that extra step and look at what they wanted to tell me rather than how perfectly they told it. In this instance, Brittni became an adept at telling that story as time went on. Thank heavens I gave her that chance! Book 1, Kingdom Cold, gave me the background and the groundwork for what was to come. It gave me the characters that would evolve as time went on, but were already real enough for me to start forming opinions. Book 2, Kingdom Soul, gave me the intrigue and suspense and true love of characters that kept me hanging on for the next edition. It gave the story meat to chew on which exploded with flavor. Book 3, Kingdom Untold, really brought the whole story home, giving me a total tale of love and hate, romance and treachery, magic and abuse of power and most of all, a tale that captured me, carrying me through to the very end, not once wanting to put it down.
So, if you haven’t read her series yet, read book 1 with the eye of a reader who can see the story unfold. Go to book 2 with an open heart because that’s where she really starts to bloom. By this book, she’s darn near a master at it. You won’t regret reading the Kingdom Cold series. Of that, I’m sure. It is so unexpected, and so gripping, there’s no way you’ll put it down until you see just exactly how it plays out. Brittni Chenelle has become quite the “hang onto your hats” writer.
I can’t even begin to say how Excellently Done, Brittni Chenelle! Excellently Done in-very-deed!
I received this as an advanced copy and am giving this review in my own words and of my own volition, as always.
