A baker who sees the dead. One too many suitors. And a killer. Living in Honey Hollow can be murder. A laugh out loud standalone cozy mystery by New York Times Bestseller Addison Moore All books in the series can be read individually but are best enjoyed in order. My name is Lottie Lemon, and I see dead people. Okay, so I rarely see dead people, mostly I see furry creatures of the dearly … people, mostly I see furry creatures of the dearly departed variety, aka dead pets, who have come back from the other side to warn me of their previous owner’s impending doom.
The holidays are upon us, Christmas day is within reach and there are so many parties to cater. The very first one is on the ritzy side of town, and if the snobby socialites weren’t enough to make me squirm, stumbling upon a body takes the joy right out of the season. But I’m determined to find the killer and salvage what I can of this holiday fiasco. However, with the ghost of a reindeer who happens to have a hankering for whiskey, and a convict on the loose, it’s going to be tougher than it looks. To top it all off, I’m quickly burying myself in an avalanche of lies.
The snow is falling, the sugar cookies are baking and mistletoe abounds. The holidays have hit Honey Hollow. And it’s beginning to look a lot like murder.
Lottie Lemon has a brand new bakery to tend to, a budding romance with perhaps one too many suitors, and she has the supernatural ability to see dead pets—which are always harbingers for ominous things to come. Throw in the occasional ghost of the human variety, a string of murders, and her insatiable thirst for justice, and you’ll have more chaos than you know what to do with.
Living in the small town of Honey Hollow can be murder.

Enjoyed reading Yule Log Eulogy which is the 16th book in Murder in the Mix by Addison Moore which tells you how much I like the series, keep buying the next one! It keeps you entertained, thinking “well what next” or “oh my gosh really” during the entire book. Would definitely recommend the series to anyone.
What a cute story with twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. While this could be a standalone I recommend reading the previous books to enjoy it more!
Lottie Lemon lives in Honey Hollow and runs the Cutie Pie Bakery and Cakery. While this is the happiest time of the year for most, it isn’t so happy for Lottie walking in on a dead body in the middle of a holiday party. Although this isn’t anything new. Lottie sees a spiritual animal when someone has been murdered, and this is a clue to help her know what is going on. In this case it is a reindeer that is helping her find clues to know who the killer is.
All of this is happening while she is getting party after party to provide desserts from her bakery and balance her ever growing life of lies. Now most of her friends are lying with her to protect Noah, from having any relapses. All of this is starting to weigh on Lottie, but one way or another she is determined to make it through the holidays with out anymore pain for those around her.
Fantastic read, well written with a great plot and characters. Book 16 has mystery, suspense, romance, twists and turns, and of course murder. Lottie Lemon once again stumbles upon a dead body with the help of friends, family and a deceased reindeer….can she find the killer? Besides trying to solve a murder she also has orders for parties to make her delicious desserts. I absolutely loved this book and the series is one of my favorites. I can’t wait to read book 17 Pancake Panic! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book from Booksprout.
No spoilers here, I promise. I was looking forward to knowing who Lottie’s heart belongs to, and watching them live their eerie, odd happily ever after while solving murders and trying to keep friends and family safe. But no! Classic Addison Moore. Hijinx and hilarity go hand in hand. A fun installment in the life of Lottie Lemon and her cast of surrounding characters.
Book 16 in the Murder in the Mix series just proves that Addison is a master at what she does. We join Lottie and her friends and family as they embark on another journey into the world of murder and supersensuals. Yule Log Eulogy is another fantastic addition to series. Full of twists, turns, love, doubt, mystery, ghosts, and of course a murder investigation. Perfect read for anybody who loves cozy mysteries with a paranormal twist. Now to wait impatiently for Pancake Panic to arrive.
I love this series! I just don’t know if poor Lottie can handle any more on her shoulders. She has Noah back and couldn’t be happier about it but having to lie to him to keep him from relapsing proves to be exhausting! Everett has taken on a case against the very dangerous Canelis and Lottie is a nervous wreck over it. Then there is always the mandatory murder in Honey Hallow that she has to try and solve. Her powers are growing so her supernatural helper this time can actually eat and drink. Unfortunately for Lottie this one has a hankering for whiskey and yule logs…..I loved the book. There’s a lot going on for Lottie and I can’t wait to see where the next book takes her!
Murder, mayhem, romance, comedy, inebriated reindeer….wait. What?!? Yep, Lottie Lemon’s found another body and the spectre in this book likes to drink. To catch a killer this time around Lottie will need help from Noah, Everett, her family, friends, and even a few unexpected helpers. Just when you think everything is solved, a shocking ending will have you begging for more!
The series just keeps getting better and better. Every time I read one of these I think, ‘Now I’ve seen it all’, then I read the next book and I have to rethink that. The author is brilliant and her stories reflect the creativity that she has for story telling. Her characters are lifelike and loveable, entertaining. I can’t get enough of Lottie and the whole Honey Hollow crew. Well done tot he author for another amazing story. I can’t wait to see what comes next.
Great book. I loved it. Such an amazing series
This series just keeps getting better! I love love love Lottie and the Honey Hollow crew! This book does not skimp out on the twist and turns and funny predicaments Lottie always seems to find herself in. This book leaves us with a little bit of a cliffhanger. Can’t wait for Pancake Panic!

This book was amazing to read as it finally took my favorite people in the direction I wanted!!! However I never forseen the mixed emotions when the time finally came. Addison has a magical way of keeping readers on their toes, wanting more! This book has it all: murder, magical appeal and mayhem during the best holiday season!
After reading this one I just do not think that poor old Lottie can catch a break. IF she is not tripping over dead bodies and trying to solve those cases as soon as she can then there are other things going on in her life that are beyond her control. Most of the time the things that are beyond her control are what is going on in her life. IF you have read the last book then you will know that things can go from bad to worse. It is proven in this book. While I love the plot twist and turns I wish in a way that poor Lottie could catch a break. Of course, if that happened then the book might not be half as interesting as it is.
I just love reading these books as Lottie and the gang feels like family and now that I am done with this book, I will be eagerly awaiting the next book to find out how things go from this book to the next. Such cliff hangers we have been getting.
You can read these books as stand alone, but I recommend that you read them from book one on up. I know as soon as I get o the last book, I will be starting over and reading them all one after the other as they are all just awesome.

This whole series is to die for. Can be read as a stand alone, but these characters are just too good to miss a bit of their stories. Lottie Lemon, two very sexy men, delicious yule logs, a murder mystery, and a whiskey loving reindeer ghost… What’s not to love? Add to that a shocking ending! Yule definitely love this book.
Lottie Lemon sees ghost pets of murder victims before the murder occurs. This time it is a Yule log and whiskey-guzzling reindeer. Rudolph (as he’s aptly named) appears at the Honey Hollow Jingle Ball. Lottie has brought all the desserts from her bakery, including lots of Yule logs. During the holiday ball, Lottie stumbles over the victim. There are lots of possible suspects. Rudolph is not a big help as he is more interested in drinking and eating the Yule logs whole. Yes, this ghost can eat and drink! As Lottie tries to solve the murder, her personal life is a mess. Noah is recovering from a coma and she and Everett are hiding several truths from him. Her friends and family also know the truth and are shielding him from finding out. The storyline has an unexpected twist, as well as an inevitable ending. I’m already looking forward to reading the next book in this great cozy mystery series.
