Everything went wrong when I trimmed his bush. And no, it’s not what you’re thinking. I’m a professional. The client hired me to trim a bush in his garden for a party.I accidentally turned it into something that rhymes with “a big rock and walls”.Imagine my surprise when the art world decides it’s a masterpiece. Were my raging hormones the cause of my bush sculpting blunder? I mean, who would blame … sculpting blunder? I mean, who would blame me if they were? After meeting Harry Barnidge for the first time, my brain went straight to cavewoman mode. There were undignified fantasies of being bashed over the head and carried off to a cave, a significant loss of vocabulary, and maybe even a little drooling.
But I can’t focus on that. On him. I need this job to make my little sister’s dreams come true. Until now, I’ve managed to screw everything in my professional and personal life up, but I’m determined to make this work.
So when Mr. Heartstopper offers to help me manage my accidental art career, it’s impossible to say no.
It’s like the old saying goes. If you erect it, they will come. Or something like that.
Harry
I was done with relationships, until her. The new gardener took everything I knew and flipped it upside down. And once I saw her bush? Well, that was when I knew she was something special.
Women have tried a lot of things to get my attention, but Nell’s bush has to be the boldest method. I mean, there was the direct approach, and then there was turning a ten-foot bush into… that.
So of course, I asked her out. And when the biggest art critic in the country declared her bush a work of art, I offered to become her agent… even if my specialty was books.
Now I just have to convince her that I want more than our professional relationship. No matter the cost. Even when my biggest rival wants to steal her from under me and threatens to ruin me if I tell the truth about him.

This story is completely charming and amazing. I loved Nell and Harry together. They have these personalities that just leap out at you. Then we get to see William and Grammy with their antics. Boy was I laughing throughout this story. It is captivating and beautifully written. Our characters are of course beautifully developed as well. I absolutely adore these wonderful characters and they interact with each other. It is most definitely worth reading and will not disappoint.

As always with this series by Penelope bloom it’s a laugh a minute.
Harry was amusing but nell was hilarious. The banter between her and roommate davey, really set the tone of the book, but with William and grammy making an appearance I knew I was in for a good read. Great series love them all.
This Book Leaves you Feeling Happy You Read It.
There is a rumor that this book is the author’s swan song for this series, Objects of Attraction. To the author, Penelope Bloom, I give you a rousing standing ovation. I have loved this series. Loved the storylines, the characters, the energy but most of all the the writing. I have read some of the funniest dialogue ever! I look forward to whatever Ms Bloom writes next.
Now, Her Bush was silly (a good silly). Grown men acting ridiculous over women and artwork. By the way, having participated in art galleries’ First Fridays I can attest to the pompous nonsensicalness that comes from people like Maya, the patron of artists.
The love story between Nell and Harry was bumbling and precious as they’ve both been done wrong and both gave up relationships. Lucky (or unlucky?) for Nell she has a roommate, her friend from kindergarten, Davey, who like her, has no filter and uses the most inopportune time to share her embarrassing moments. Case in point. When Nell was young she believed by say “hoo” you could make yourself colder and if you said “haa” you could make yourself hot.
What’s sweet is that Harry believes Nell is a true artist, not one by accident, and sets out to prove it. If true will it drive them apart or bring them closer together? Will they realize their HEA?
Definitely recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure. I unquestionably believe it’s a “hoo” book you must read.
This terrific rom-com will have you laughing out loud, while it melts your heart. Nell and Harry’s romance was an incredibly fun read. I thought that these characters were not just like likable, they were lovable. Nell was so genuine. Her quirkiness, her love for her sister and her clever and thought provoking insights will have you charmed and looking at things in a new way. Harry was very swoon worthy. He was surprisingly relatable, smart, successful and rich. A man that seemed to have it all and yet, he could not find someone to love him for him. Along with the boatloads of humor, there is lots of banter filled with naughty innuendo, sweetness, emotional turmoil and drama. This is a standalone read but if you have read other books in tthis series you will be delighted by the cameo appearances of other characters; in particular, William and Granny. These two always add an extra layer of crazy to any situation. I thought that this was a wonderful book in a delightful series. I highly recommend it to readers that are looking for something light and funny.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Nell’s best friend Davey helps her to get a job she is starting to be a professional Bush sculptor after failing everything else ,but she wants to help her sister. she is Working at Harry’s home a literary agent . This is really funny and a awesome story 10 star
Let’s just say it is a good thing my e-reader is water resistant because I may have spewed coffee all over my kindle from laughing so hard. . . more than once. If you’ve read this author’s other books in her Objects of Attraction series (note: Her Bush is a standalone), then you will be thrilled to know that she does it again in creating a humorous romance full of sexual innuendos related to inanimate objects – in this case there is a bush. A literal bush, with leaves and roots. I loved both Nell and Harry. Nell is a quirky character who wants to be an artist and help put her sister through college. I found her to be refreshing and the type of girl that I would love to be friends with. Harry is the perfect book boyfriend. He had sworn off relationships, but he immediately knows that Nell is different. He is sexy, confident, and is pretty good-natured about his shrubbery resembling something phallic after Nell gets her hands on some pruning shears. This book had me laughing at their banter as well as their zany antics. I loved the appearance of many of the characters from the previous series – especially my beloved and the every hilarious William! This book is a great read that is sure to keep you laughing and thoroughly entertained until the very end. I received Her Bush for free and I looking forward to reading more of this author’s works.
