This book happens.
I loved the twists and turns in this book. The way the story unfolded and the way Chase and Axel had such a trip in order to make sure Keira was fine was pure genius. I loved every second of this book
This book was good. It was entertaining. The feud between the packs gave the book an edge. The love and the passion was spot on. It was an overall a good read.

This is another super read from Lola and enjoyed every last page. This is Axel and Keira’s story these two meet in a bar where Axel is drinking to get over being dumped by his long term girlfriend on touch and these two realise they are mates but it is not until the next day that they figure out they are from rival packs. This was a super read the storyline was really great and I just thought these two were great together. I would recommend this book
Axel is an alpha bear shifter, who had been dumped by his long-term girl-friend. While he is drinking away his pain and loneliness, a strange woman enters the bar and they start drinking together . Fairly drunk they realise they are fated mates. Next morning, Keira realises what they have done. Because albeit being fated mates they belonged to feuding packs, and Keira was the other pack’s alpha’s sister.
Solving this dilemma takes a few witches, a near death and time travelling. A really interesting mix of elements that make a fantastic story. A fairly unique approach I had not yet come across.

Axel got dumped by his girlfriend of almost 20 years, and decided to get a bit sloppily drunk to mourn the fact. Byron offered him some sympathy – but not a great deal, as they had all known when they got together that they were not mate bonded.
Byron seemed to be in the middle of giving some tough love advice when a stunning blonde arrived. Keira. A single touch from her and he began to know the difference – what a real mate connection felt like between them, what it demanded of them.
And naturally, she was a girl from the wrong pack – and worse, the sister of the Alpha of a rival and cold war type enemy. Chance was by no means as small and friendly as his sister. Both alphas knew there was a long nurtured antagonism between their packs, but neither knew the specifics.
When Keira is injured during a challenge between her brother and her mate, they must go to extreme lengths to resolve the situation, heal their pack rifts, and save Keira.
An intense series of adventure, with time travel, family, and petty disputes between – with the hope of a once again more connected future for the packs, and the witches they once protected.
Fast paced, steamy and action packed KU read.
I received an advance copy from Booksprout. I read the book on Kindle Unlimited – and I own, or have borrowed from KU, several books from this author.
A challenge to death that went wrong, a coven of witches, a generation old feud, and time travel are all involved in this read. All are involved in the chance for Axel and Keira to reach their HEA. Good read!

Alpha’s Enemy is an intricate story that has intergenerational complications. The characters are complex and the storyline engrossing. Lola Gabriel has created another great novel.
