Valkyrie 102 is the perfect sequel to Valkyrie 101. Ylva has learned from her past mistakes, but finds some new ones to make. Even while everything is going a little crazy, her relationship with Ryoko grows, and the complex situations with the other characters only make things more engaging. I’d highly recommend this series to anyone who loves urban fantasy, academy, or Norse mythology!

Such a good story that twists and turns leaving you hanging as to what will happen next. A very good book. I can’t wait for the next one
Our heroine is attending the Afterlife Academy and dealing with the dead and the supernatural in addition to all the normal high school drama.
This is book two in the series and it does a pretty good job as a standalone. There are some references and back story which would have been more obvious if I had read the first book, but I was able to catch on to the essentials pretty quickly.
This story features an interesting blend of elements with urban fantasy as a base, but throw in a dystopian setting and a lesbian romance. Why not? Fortunately, the story is well written and the author manages to blend these elements into a fast paced story that kept me glued to the page in order to see what comes next. The characters are well developed as is the setting. There are lots of twists and turns to navigate in this one and many questions are raised, not all of which will be answered in this book. Nevertheless, I found it to be very engaging and enjoyable and I look forward to the next book.
Highly recommended.

Wow 102 is Awesomesauce. I couldn’t get enough of it so thrilling and mysterious I’m glad Ylva for Hyde and the other wolves back. We also get to know about more shadow creatures and a new secret about Ylva. I can’t wait to get book 3 I’m so excited to read what’s going to happen next.
In Valkyrie 102 Ylva’s journey continues as she finds out more about herself and what her life will be like as a Valkyrie. This paranormal story is filled with drama, action, mystery, suspense, secrets, twists and turns and so much more. This author has created an amazing world filled with intriguing characters and a story that pulled me in and had me flipping through the pages to find out what would happen next. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.
This was an amazing sequel! Ylva still has more to discover about who she is, what she wants, and her journey of becoming a Valkyrie. Not everyone is who they seem to be and people who she once thought had good intentions eventually show their true colors. There are many twists and turns in this book leaving Ylva more of an outcast and friendless than ever. One of the lessons she learns is that adults don’t always know best and secrets have their time and place. I loved the relationship growth between her and Ryoko and am still holding out for more. The characters are very realistic and it was an emotional ride to see how they handled everything thrown at them. Pickles had a few more scenes and I can’t wait to see her again in the upcoming books!

I thought it couldn’t get any better after the first book, but I was wrong. This book is a fantastic read, a unique spin on valkyries, Nordic mythology and the academy trope. The dust bunny is mine!

I love this series!! So we are still following Ylva and all the craziness that follows her. So much happens in this book that I could not put it down. One reason I couldn’t put it down was because you never knew what was going to happen. I was even crying because I felt so bad for Ylva. She finally sees what is going on with Ryoko and her. Then all of a sudden it’s like all she has done is unravelled. But hey the upside is that she has her dusk wolf Hyde back. The bullying doesn’t stop and only gets worse. I am surprised that Professor Brynhild or the Headmistress isn’t doing anything to help her cope with what she is going through after telling her what she is. I mean seriously where is the support? She has a lot to learn and a long road ahead, I hope that she doesn’t have to do anything alone and that her friends will see that she is a great friend to have. I can’t wait to read the next book.
This book took me on a wonderful adventure. There were so many twists and turns….I don’t want to give any secrets away, you really need to read the book to discover that not everything is as it seems. What a great form of story telling from the author! I was hooked on the book from the first line to the next and eagerly await the release of the next book.
I totally recommend reading this series of books.

Ylva is still in the middle of all kind of trouble while trying to find out more about who she is and her place in the world. She is keeping so many secrets too. I loved how easily this story flowed and how you could easily relate to the characters.
