Donaldson’s books are not easy to read, but they are worth the extra effor for the characters and the plots are deep and amazing. Donaldson doesn’t just write adventures in different realms, but also adventures into human behavior and their potential manafestations.

I like Donaldson. Have all his books. The One Tree was a very good sequel to the 2nd Chronicles of Thomas Covenant – a 10 book series.
