I loved Mecca as she was a mix of a confident woman as well as vulnerable but boy does she know how to deal with problems from her snappy Boss Carter, a fire bug, a cook his does his own thing but her own feelings can be another matter. I get why Carter tries to keep Mecca and arms length but when he gets close to her and trouble arrives good golly did I want to shake him! This yet another fantastic addition to the Cinnamon Bay series and can not wait to read more!!

I love this author, she’s one of my go to’s when I need something sweet and light. Her books have a little drama, a little angst and tons of fun. The coffee house trio are back and it’s fun to watch them do their thing on the sideline and this time we actually are given a peep into their dealings and, well you’ll have to read it. I love this small town and the residents and these two are no different. Him carrying the guilt and weight of a relationship gone wrong and why. Her tired of running and ready for things to change in her life. Neither one is looking for love so it’s a battle through and through. I got my warm brown fuzz going on so it’s a winner to me.
Highly entertaining, witty, fun, sexy and engaging romantic journey that is so hard to stop reading…. was a great read from beginning to end. Really enjoyed reading this heartwarming and exciting story about a sweetly thrilling couple. Great read.
A well written perfectly paced story pulling you in from the start. This one about Mecca and how she stumbles onto a job in Cinnamon Bay. Also how Carter as the Park Manager deals with a past he thought was taken care of. A great series about small town living.
Book four in the Cinnamon Bay series a well written story that held my interest throughout. This is Certified Camp Director Mecca Raleigh and park manager, the handsome and stubborn Carter Lewis’ story and everything they go through to get their happy ending. A book I enjoyed reading. I hope there is more books to come.
Mecca is on her way to a job interview in Jacksonville, Florida when she impulsively applies for the camp director position at Camp Lionheart in Cinnamon Bay, North Carolina. But the counselors are lazy and don’t want to listen to orders, the kids start fires and get into trouble, the cook causes food poisoning, the camp is having trouble getting funding to keep it open the rest of the summer never mind year round, and she thinks her new boss Carter can’t stand her even though they can’t fight their attraction to each other. There were several funny, crazy, and back and forth moments in this summer romance.
Certified Camp Director Mecca Raleigh was on her way to Jacksonville, FL for an interview for a Camp Directors job but, she took a slight detour in Cinnamon Bay, North Carolina. While she is there the perfect opportunity falls in her lap. It was a Camp Directors job at Camp Lionheart which she takes. One day Carter took Mecca to a secluded place and things got heated up sexually between them and then they start to have a relationship with each other. Carter thought he was divorced but, then one day Carter’s wife shows up and it turns out they are not divorced due to some snapfu and if that wasn’t bad enough one of the campers wandered off and on a dare managed to get into the Lighthouse which he was told the first day to never go near.
