This is a really bad idea…She just showed up on my doorstep. My best friend’s daughter. The girl I remember is all grown up,But she’s still a brat.A place to stay?I’ll give her that and a whole lot more. She needs a firm hand,And a little bit of discipline.Or maybe I’m just looking for an excuse to put my hands on those gorgeous curves…She can whisper all of her secrets into my ear.But I don’t … curves…
She can whisper all of her secrets into my ear.
But I don’t think I’m going to be able to let her go.
My best friend might have been her father…
But she’s never had a Daddy.

Are you ready to meet Greyson Foster? He’s rich, successful, hot-as-sin and British. — The kind of man you want to call Daddy.
Kelli’s Note: Each book in the “Once Upon a Daddy” series is a full-length standalone romance novel. Leave your panties at the door. You won’t need them when Daddy gets home because you’re going to want to be a bad, bad girl…

Very steamy with a lot of spanking and I do mean a lot. I am not really into the whole daddy issue thing but I did enjoy the story.

Chrissy moved to California into her Dad’s best friend Greyson house. She is excited to have a friend and place to live while chasing her dream to be like her Dad. What she doesn’t expect is to find out who she really is and what she really wants to do with her life.
Greyson helps her with guidance and support she needs. As they are together they become close. When she slips and they have a crisis will they be able to work together or will it pull them a part?

This story is quite a good one even though it certainly isn’t one of her top five. Still I enjoyed reading it very much and it kept me at it from the beginning and all the way through till the end and it always feels like the ultimate goal for the story to be just like that. So well done to the author for this story and enjoy the beautiful four stars.

Another great story by Kelli Callahan.
To me this is a story about a young woman finding her path and the older man that helped show her the way. Chrissy lost her father when she was young. Her mother was there but seemed to be dealing with her own issues to be more of a guiding force to her. Chrissy is now off to college. Due to circumstances she is staying, at least for now, with Greyson, a very handsome friend of the family. Greyson not only provides her with a place to stay but with structure that Chrissy hasn’t really had before. There’s also the underlying attraction they both feel. Chrissy wants Greyson to be a firm hand when she needs it but also more. If Greyson can get past his reservations and also see her as the woman he’s falling for the HEA is their’s for the taking. Great story. Age gap romance. Light Daddy dom. Oh, and an interesting blackmail plot twist.
Daddy’s Best Friend by Kelli Callahan a five-star read you will devour. I enjoyed this one so much, I am not always a fan of the Daddy / little Girl stories but this one was done so well, there was more to the story that just that one relationship. It was such a well-done story that I will be looking out for more In the Once Upon a Daddy series. Greyson Foster was a good man, who knew his limitations, and they showed me a great side to him. Crissy was a lucky young lady that her farther knew such a good man.
Wonderful older man/younger woman romance.
This is an awesome story and I love the characters. Chrissy is going off to college but her scholarship only pays for her educational needs and not housing. Lucky for her a friend of the family, Greyson, has graciously agreed to let her stay with him while she goes to school. The last time Chrissy saw Grayson she was a little girl, so when they meet again it is easy to tell there is a mutual attraction. This is an excellent read and I highly recommend it!

I was unsure if I would enjoy this book, but decided to give it a try as I generally like books by this author. The main female lead has a bit of hero worship for a flawed father she never knew. The main make lead feels obligated to take care of his mentor’s daughter due to a promise made before he died. They start an interesting journey down a forbidden path, with some twists that I didn’t see coming.
I honestly don’t know if I would had read this bok without the opportunity to read an ARC, but the opinion expressed in this review is my own.
This was a good read. It is an older man/younger woman romance with some light BDSM and a hint of Daddy kink. The chemistry between Chrissy and Greyson was smoky. There is a touch of drama in the book but mostly it just focuses on the characters relationship. The heat level was only moderate in my opinion, so if you are looking for something scorching, you will be sadly disappointed. The characters were OK but I never worked up much of an emotional connection to either of them. My single biggest pet peeve with this book was how often the word, “Smack” was used. Yes, there are multiple scenes spankings in this book but I got really sick of this word.
This book is a little different from her usual books, in that there is only one male interest. It is also a Daddy Dom dynamics book. While it doesn’t get into to the heavy BDSM kinks, there is light spank-discipline scenes. There is really only one sex scene and it is very PG-13. They whole plot and premises of the book is almost a “How to be a Daddy Dom”. It drags a little. Overall, I’ve read better books from the author

I enjoyed this book so much. The characters are well described and their feelings become too. It is wonderful to read how they feel and that they build their relationship. From me therefore 5 stars .. definitely recommended by Kelli.
