The Gentileschi Sisters are daughters of a king, princesses who come to the U.S. to pursue their careers and fall in love with seemingly unsuitable men.Ravenna Marcello Gentileschi can’t be in love. She just can’t. She’s a die-hard rebel and he’s Mr. Straight Arrow. But when she books a show of her post-modern art work at the prestigious Parkers, a gallery that bears his family name, she’s forced … she’s forced to work with him and eventually, she her attraction to him can’t be denied.
In Blake Parker’s world, Ravenna Marcello is an aberration of nature. She’s as unsophisticated as they come, she dresses like a biker’s moll and she shows no respect for anything or anybody—including him. So what if he’s forced to work long hours with her setting up her show? So what if she helps students in her art therapy practice? So what if just a glance from her makes him hot under his starchy white collar? The thought of falling for such an inappropriate woman is untenable.
But fall in love they do and the question becomes, “Where do they go from here?” Readers will enjoy watching these two opposite people come together in both tender interactions and red hot sexual encounters that terrify them both.
Don’t miss this charming six-book series of novellas: I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU, THIS GUY’S IN LOVE, CAN’T HELP FALLING IN LOVE, HOW DEEP IS YOUR LOVE?, LOVE WILL KEEP US TOGETHER and I THINK I LOVE YOU!

The sixth book in the Gentileschi Sisters a well written book that kept me turning pages I know I want to read the next book. Ravenna Marcello Gentileschi and Blake Parker’s story about two people that are complete opposites but they so work together. I enjoyed reading how these two work out their differences and get their happy ending. I recommend this book. In received a copy of this book and I am voluntarily reviewing.

I Think I Love You is book 6 and the final book in the Gentileschi Sisters series by Kathryn Shay. Loved these sisters and how they find their HEA!!
Ravenna, post modern artist and know to most as Raven is getting set for her art show at the prestigious Parker Gallery and has been working with Blake Parker. When their mutual attractions stirs them up Ravenna is determined to ignore it…Blake on the other hand no so much…
Can total opposites fall in love and have a future or will Ravenna’s past issues keep her from finding her HEA like her sisters????
Raven and Blake are pretty different, he goes with the flow of things and Raven likes to go against the grain. When she finds out that he is basically living life much like what was expected of her, she has a hard time dealing with that. It brings up old feelings of the conflict with her father but boy is the attraction to Blake strong! They have to work together for her opening and they have a hard time resisting each other, yet she tells him they can’t be together. I don’t give spoilers, so you’ll need to read the book yourself to see how they get to their HEA. Last in the series and enjoyed revisiting the other sisters and seeing how they are getting along. Great series! I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving my review.
The sixth in the Gentileschi sisters’ books, this follows Raven (Ravenna), the sister who has struggled the most with their father’s attitude in the past. She’s an artist that is about to have a major exhibition, and she butts heads constantly with the gallery owner. He’s a hidebound traditionalist, still dependent on his father’s approval for everything, including who and when he’ll marry. They should have nothing in common, but the attraction is hot and steamy. While I loved Raven, I was distinctly ambivalent about Blake, and I found the ending moderately unsatisfactory (a very personal feeling though). As always, this is beautifully written, and, unusually, we see more of the Gentileschi parents, which is a treat. It’s not necessary to be familiar with the other books and sisters’ stories, but it makes this experience richer if you are.
I received an advance copy of this novel, and the views are exclusively my own.
I received a free complimentary book and voluntarily reviewed it.
This is the sixth and final book in The Gentileschi Sisters series. This is the story of the remaining sister, Ravenna (Raven).
Raven is an artist who paints modernistic pictures. Twice a week she visits a private school for disabled children where she works with them using art therapy. Also, Raven is preparing for a show that will be held in a new wing in Blake Parker’s galley. This show is dedicated to artists, like Raven, who work in this genre.
Blake Parker is the son of the actual gallery owner. Since Blake has just turned thirty-five, his father now plans to turn over the gallery to him. However, this will only happen if Blake marries a woman of his father’s choice.
After Blake meets Raven, his goals slowly change when he realizes that he is not happy with an arranged marriage. He has fallen in love with Raven. Unfortunately, Raven is not the type of woman Blake’s father would approve. Raven is a mellow and easy going person with very little ambitions except to show her pictures.
Throughout the story, Blake tries to fight his attraction to Raven. He has never questioned his life before, so it is difficult for him to start now. Worst yet, he is already engaged, and their families are already preparing his wedding.
Raven also has her doubts. Even though she realizes that she and Blake have a lot in common, she does not respect a man who allows his father to rule his life. Blake is, definitely, a man who is under his father’s thumb. He will follow his father’s orders even if it includes marrying someone he doesn’t love. This totally upsets Raven because she had the same problem with her own father. Yet, instead of following her father’s will, she left her hometown of Casarina and moved to America. Since then, she has rarely spoken to her father.
This book also has a little bit of intrigue. It doesn’t last long and is easily solved. However, it is necessary because it helps to move the story line.
One of the best parts of this book is in the last chapter. Ms. Shay updates the reader on every one of the six sisters.
Also, be sure to read the Author’s Note at the end of the book. Ms. Shay explains some unusual information about how she created the story of Raven and Blake. She also gives the reader her own perspective and feelings on the main characters in this book.
I loved this book, as I love all of Kathryn Shay’s books. She does her research on all aspects of her books and I’ve learned a great deal about many professions from reading them. This is the last in this series, I’ve only read the first and last……will haveto read the others!
I Think I Love You by Kathryn Shay is Book 6 in The Gentileschi Sisters series and definitely worth reading.
Ravenna bucked most things that had rigid constraints and a lot of rules. Leaving home was the best thing for her and finding her way in the art world, but Blake Parker is the straitlaced gallery owner who never broke the rules so when they found themselves fighting an attraction to each other, they both were extremely surprised.
I’m enjoying this series very much. It is one that you won’t want to miss.
I was given an ARC from the author/publisher. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.
Raven, is the daughter of a king that has come to the United States to pursue her career as an artist. She is also known as a rebel and tells her life through her paintings. She is not looking to fall into love until she meets, Blake. Blake run the gallery where she will be selling her paintings. They are complete opposites, but they can’t deny the sparks that they share.
This was a quick read that I thoroughly enjoyed. Loved how they worked out their differences with their families. A great epilogue to tie up the series. This is the sixth story in the Gentileschi Sisters, but can be read as a stand alone.
Raven revealed! Raven is the Gentileschi sister that I feel we knew the least about. Her story slowly revealed her true character and feelings. I love how Kathryn Shay actually tells Raven’s story through her paintings with the description of color and emotion. And then there is the angsty Blake Parker, who is the curator where her art will be displayed. I really enjoyed this book. The epilogue really ties things together and I will miss reading about these sisters. The entire series of six books will provide a wonderful binge reading experience.
I enjoyed this book!! The characters were well thought out and the storyline was good. I would recommend this book with the caveat, cheating. It loses a star for me because of it. Otherwise the book was wonderful!!
